Pill was not necessary to take only after foreplay as to get pregnant sufficient quantity of semen needs to be deposited inside the vagina. After the pill, menses can come little irregular or even delayed or can come early by some days. But it will resolve on its own in a matter of days. She is expected to get her next menses around 25 only with little variation. It will not harm her in any way.

डायबिटीज ऐसी बीमारी है, जो महिला-पुरुष,बच्चे, बूढ़े, जवान। किसी को भी हो सकती है। शुगर उस चयापचय बीमारी को कहा जाता है, जिसमें व्यक्ति के खून में शुगर (रक्त शर्करा) की मात्रा जरुरत से ज्यादा हो जाती है। ऐसा इसलिए होता है क्यों कि या तो व्यक्ति से शरीर में इन्सुलिन का उत्पादन प्रयाप्त मात्रा में नहीं हो रहा हो या वह व्यक्ति के शरीर की कोशिकाएं से सही व्यवहार नहीं कर रही हो।

जब तक शुगर की बीमारी की असली वजह नहीं जान लेते तब तक यह रोग कभी भी ठीक नहीं होगा। जब शरीर में कोलेस्ट्रोल की बढ़त होती है। तो वो हमारी कोशिकाओं में जाकर उनके चारो ओर चिपक जाता है। और हमारे रक्त में विद्यमान इन्सुलिन हमारी कोशिकाओं तक सही तरीके नही पहुँच पाता। इसके लिए हमें इन्सुलिन के टिके लगवाने पडते हैं। कहने का ये मतलब है कि सुगर का सम्बन्ध कोलेस्ट्रोल से होता है ना की शुगर (चीनी) से।

एलोपैथी में तो कह दिया गया है कि उनके पास इससे होने वाली परेशानियों से बचने के उपाय तो हैं। पर इसे जड़ से ख़त्म करने की कोई दवा नहीं है। कुछ अन्य चिकित्सा पद्धतियों में ज़रूर इसे जड़ से ख़त्म कर देने का दावा किया जाता है। अब किसके दावों में कितनी वास्तविकता है इसमें ना पड़ते हुए हम जानेंगे ऐसे घरेलू नुखों के बारे में जो आपकी शुगर को ख़त्म भले ना कर सकें, पर राहत जरूर दे सकते हैं। ख़ास बात ये है कि ये सभी चीजें हर जगह बहुत आसानी से मिल जाती हैं। बल्कि कुछ तो आपके किचन में मौजूद भी होंगी।तो आये जानते हैं कुछ ख़ास उपचार जिनसे शुगर पर लगेगी लगाम।

1. करेला
करेले का खास गुण ये है कि इससे पंक्रियज को इन्सुलिन रिलीज़ करने में मदद मिलती है। और ये ब्लड ग्लूकोज के लेलव को कम करता है। रोजाना सुबह दो-तीन करेले लेकर उनका बीज निकाल दें और फिर उनका जूस निकालें। इस जूस में थोड़ा सा पानी मिलाकर खाली पेट पी जाएं। ये नुस्खा दो महीने आजमाकर देखें। फ़ायदा आपको महसूस होने लगेगा।

2. भिन्डी 
भिन्डी में भी ब्लड ग्लूकोज लेवल को कम करने का खास गुण होता है। थोड़ी सी भिन्डी लेकर उसके दोनों सिरे काट दें। फिर फोर्क की मदद से उनमें कई जगह छेद कर दें। अब इन्हें एक गिलास पानी में डुबोकर रात भर के लिए रख दें। सुबह ये पानी खाली पेट पी जाएं। कुछ ही हफ़्तों में आप अपने शुगर लेवल को डाउन होता पाएंगे।

3. एलोवेरा 
एलोवेरा की खासियत है कि ये फास्टिंग ब्लड ग्लूकोज को कम करने में अहम रोल अदा करके Type 2 Diabetes के मरीजों को काफी राहत देता है। एलोवेरा तेज पत्ते और हल्दी को साथ लेने से ब्लड शुगर कण्ट्रोल करने में ख़ास मदद मिलती है। इसे लेने का तरीका बड़ा आसान है। आधा चम्मच पिसा तेज पत्ता, आधा चम्मच पिसी हल्दी, एक बड़े चम्मच एलोवेरा के साथ दोपहर और रात के खाने से पहले लें। 

4. कड़ी पत्ता 
अपने खान-पान में कड़ी पत्ता इस्तेमाल करते ही है। बस रोजाना सुबह खाली पेट इसकी 8-10 ताजी पत्तियां चबा जाया करें। इससे शुगर में तो आराम मिलता ही है हाई कोलेस्ट्रोल लेवल को कम करने और मोटापा पर काबू रकने में भी मदद मिलेगी।

5. आंवला 
आपने ये तो सुना ही होगा कि आंवला विटमिन सी से भरपूर होता है। और शरीर को ताकत देता है। पर शायद आप ये नहीं जानते कि आवंला पेनक्रियाज को सही फंक्शन करने में भी मदद करता है।
दो-तीन आंवले लेकर उनका बीज निकालें। इन आंवलों को अच्छी तरह घिसकर पेस्ट लीजिए।अब पेस्ट को कपड़े में रखकर अच्छी तरह निचोड़िए। जो रस निकले उसमें एक कप पानी मिलाकर सुबह खाली पेट पी जाएं। दो महीने रोजाना सुबह इसे पीने से ही आपको फर्क दिखने लगेगा।

6. अमरुद 
अमरूद में भरपूर फाइबर और विटमिन सी होता है। ये शुगर को रोकने में बहुत कारगर है। शुगर के मरीज इसका छिलका उतारकर खाएं। पर दिन भर में दो-तीन अमरूद से ज्याना ना खाएं। 

7. आम के पत्ते 
आम के पत्तों में ब्लड में इन्सुलिन लेवल को संयमित करने का गुण होता है इसलिए आम के 10-15 मुलायम पत्ते रात को एक गिलास पानी में भिगो दें। सुबह इस पानी को खाली पेट पी जाएं। अगर आपको रोज-रोज ये सब करना न जमें तो बहुत से आम के पत्ते लेकर उन्हें छांव में सुखा लें। उसके बाद उन्हें पीसकर किसी बोतल या डिब्बे में रख लें। ये पाउडर रोजाना सुबह शाम आधा-आधा खाकर पानी पी लें। 

8. लो फैट 
लो फैट दही और स्किम्ड/डबल टोंड दूध ही लें। 

9. ग्रीन टी पीना अच्छा है 
चाय के साथ हाई फाइबर बिस्किट या फीके बिस्किट ही लें और अगर ब्लडप्रेशर है तो नमकीन बिस्किट भी खा सकते हैं। 

10. थोडा थोडा खाएं 
दिन भर में 4-5 बार फल और सब्जियां खाएं लेकिन एक ही बार में सब कुछ खाने की बजाय बार-बार थोड़ा-थोड़ा करके खाएं। 

11. फल 
फल अपनाएं यह एनी चीजों के साथ शुगर में भी फायदेमंद होते हैं। लेकिन ध्यान रहे सभी नही फलों में चेरी, स्ट्रॉबेरी, सेब, संतरा, अनार, पपीता,मोसंबी आदि खाएं।

For a woman with regular cycles of 28 days highest chance 14th day but as body does not work precisely like mathematics intercourse around 12-14-16 days should be fine.

Hello, if you have been taking your birth control pills regularly from day 2 of your cycle then you are pregnancy safe as you wouldn't have ovulated during this cycle at all.

Jan se march vala period 30 din pe hua. Aise me ovulation andaje se 16 Feb ke aas paas hua hoga (Ovulation din mathematics jaisa punctual nahi hota). Next shayad 18 march ke aas paas but next pahale se janana jyada mushkil hota hai. Next period ke liye bhi aisa hi, janne ka mushkil hota hai magar andaje se 30/3-2/4 ke aaspas.

Hello, I am married few months ago. I and my husband stayed in 2 different countries after marriage, so there was no physical relationship. Dear , you are already 26. I suggest you to start the process of conception. That is because of the cumbersome problems associated with life. I don't know your husband's age. Must be atleast 30. Sex in early pregnancy is not containdicated if there is no complication in pregnancy like bleeding or history of miscarriage but always do with precaution and no jerky movements.

The arrival of monsoon is of course the prettiest thing. Apart from selecting the monsoon attires and the umbrellas, choosing healthy diet for this season will help out to get rid of cold knowing your food to avoid and include will make you as your doctor.

The chemistry of lysine and arginine

1. Lysine and arginine are amino acids, which are the basic building blocks of proteins. They have an antagonistic 
Relationship with one another that results in lysine being able to reduce arginine’s ability to help synthesize certain proteins.

 2. Avoid certain foods, especially the ones high in arginine and low in lysine. Lysine does not promote cold but if you take a diet rich in arginine, the lysine will get discarded, in order to store the former.

3. Since arginine will support the production and multiplication of virus, your cold will get worse. So, you should concentrate on a diet that is high in lysine and low in arginine,

4. Lysine appears to help the body absorb calcium, and it plays an important role in the formation of collagen, a substance important for bones and connective tissues including skin, tendon, and cartilage. It plays an essential role in the production of carnitine, a nutrient responsible for converting fatty acids into energy and helping to lower cholesterol

Dietary sources

Foods rich in protein are good sources of lysine. That includes meat (specifically red meat, pork, and poultry), cheese (particularly parmesan), certain fish (such as cod and sardines), nuts, eggs, soybeans (particularly tofu, isolated soy protein, and defatted soybean flour), spirulina, and fenugreek seed. Brewer’s yeast, beans and other legumes, and dairy products also contain lysine. Many nuts also contain lysine along with arginine (lysine counteracts some of the effects of arginine).

Food not to be taken during cold:

  1. All types of nuts
  2. All types of seeds
  3. Beer
  4. Brown rice
  5. Carob
  6. Chick peas
  7. Chocolate (in any form)
  8. Coconut
  9. Coffee and tea, cola
  10. Eggplants
  11. Fruits and berries, including grapes, grapefruit and oranges
  12. Gelatin
  13. Mushrooms
  14. Oatmeal, soya beans, corn (in any form)
  15. Vegetables like onions, peas, pumpkins, tomatoes, carrots and broccoli
  16. Red wine
  17. Seafood with shells (such as oysters and shrimps)
  18. Sugar, artificial sweeteners
  19. Wheat

Foods to have during cold:

Given below is a list of foods that are rich in lysine. You should include them in your diet if you have cold. 

1. Dairy products like milk, cheese, curd, butter, yogurt etc.
2. Lysine-rich animal foods include chicken, fish, eggs and beef.
3. Fruits like apples, papaya, mangoes, bananas, pear and summer squash.
4. Figs, almond nuts and avocados can also be taken to fight cold sore.

Vegetarians can also go for lysine supplements. The supplement is safe to eat and does not have side effect.

First of all you want to know that it is not the Vagina that is loose, it is your Pelvic Floor Muscles. It is important to know when going about looking for a natural way to fix a loose vagina that you target the correct area. The pelvic floor muscle is what surrounds both the vagina and vaginal wall muscle. When the pelvic floor muscle is tight everything else will be nicely held and supported in place. The reason the vaginal wall muscle becomes loose is because it sort of looks and acts like a folded, very elastic and stretchy accordion. So when the pelvic floor muscle stretches, the vaginal wall muscle can’t help itself and will unfold more and more with it to.------------------------------------------ 1 Have an Orgasm – the fun part about toning your pelvic floor muscles When you have an orgasm – that is actually your pelvic floor muscle contracting. So the more you orgasm the more you start toning up your pelvic floor muscle. As your pelvic floor muscle becomes stronger, so will your orgasms. 2. Kegel Exercises are also known as pelvic floor exercises because they specifically target this area and prevent weakness in the pelvic floor area. The pelvic floor is often referred to as a “hammock” of muscles that hold all of the pelvic organs in place. Kegel exercises are a great place to start treating vaginal looseness, especially if you are struggling to reach climax temporarily. Plus, they can be done in the privacy of your own home, when no one is around, so no one has to know you are doing them. Kegel exercises can only help though if they are done on a regular basis. Pelvic floor muscle training exercises can help strengthen the muscles under the uterus, bladder, and bowel (large intestine). And Vaginal looseness.--------------------------- PERFORMING PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES: 1.Begin by emptying your bladder. 2.Tighten the pelvic floor muscles and hold for a count of 10.3.Relax the muscles completely for a count of 10.4.Do 10 repetitions, 3 to 5 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night). You can do these exercises at any time and place. Most people prefer to do the exercises while lying down or sitting in a chair. After 4 to 6 weeks, most people notice some improvement. It may take as long as 3 months to see a major change. After a couple of weeks, you can also try doing a single pelvic floor contraction at times when you are likely to leak (for example, while getting out of a chair). A word of caution: Some people feel that they can speed up the progress by increasing the number of repetitions and the frequency of exercises. However, over-exercising can instead cause muscle fatigue and increase urine leakage. If you feel any discomfort in your abdomen or back while doing these exercises, you are probably doing them wrong. Breathe deeply and relax your body when you do these exercises. Make sure you are not tightening your stomach, thigh, buttock, or chest muscles. When done the right way, pelvic floor muscle exercises have been shown to be very effective at improving Vaginal looseness.------------------------ 3. Exercise, Sweat, Exercise, Sweat Do explore other forms of exercise too, like yoga for strengthening your core muscles which together will help keep your pelvic floor muscles tighter for longer. 4. A Healthy Diet – Fruits, Vegetables, Juices, Smoothies To keep the muscles in your body strong, you don’t just need exercise, you also need to feed the muscle correctly daily to ensure its correct growth and repair. So, ensure you get a healthy diet full of wholegrain organic carbohydrates, organic lean animal protein (excellent muscle builder), and organic fruits and vegetables if you wish to keep your vaginal muscle healthy and strong. To all the women out there who currently have vaginal looseness, don’t fret, there is so much you can do about it starting today.

Please try naturally for at least one consecutive year before starting to get worried. If you conceived once, its very likely that you will conceive again too. Has there been any medical condition with wither you or your spouse since your first child was born? if not, just keep trying without getting worried. Stress and anxiety can by themselves reduce fertility. Good luck.

Frequency of intercourse should be 3-4 times a week to get pregnant. If you are already having this frequency and you are trying for more that one year, then you need to see your gynecologist as soon as possible. He will advise you with 2 basic tests that is hsg (which tests fallopian tubes) and semen tests and based on which your treatment will start.
