Hi White spots are due to multiple diseases. They range from idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis to vitiligo. From so much history, I gather its not a congenital problem instead an acquired one. Consultation is very integral in solving this problem.

Although there is no definitive cure, there are many simple and easy natural cures using common ingredients found in your pantry and refrigerator to prevent or minimize the problem toothpaste the toothpaste that you use regularly to clean your teeth can also help clear up an acne problem. Hello, 6 months pehle mujhe pata laga k mujhe diabetes hai. Uss time sugar level 400 tha .but ab mujhe sugar low ki prob hai. Before 3 months I got married. But ab mujhe aisa feel ho raha ha jisse mujhe erection prob ho rahi hai. I dnt no k stress ki wajah we hai ya age ki wajah we. Now we are planning for baby. There is no medicine without side effects. Won't be able to suggest regarding Shilajeet as its Ayurvedic medicine. Control your blood sugar well. Consult and endocrinologist. Exercise daily. Have a balanced diet. If still unable to gain erection and have intercourse get back.

Wash your face with lemon and water. Apply multani mitti and milk on alternate days on face and wash with water. Drink lots of water and have a simple less oily homemade food. Lots of fruits and vegetables.

Madam, seven years is a long time to suffer in pain! this pain owing to its duration could be diagnosed in several ways. It could be due to: a) bad mattress b) poor position c) nutritional issues like vitamin and mineral deficiency d) orthopedic issues which may include osteoporosis and decreased disc space making the back and legs weak. E) neurological issues likr a persistent slip disc. Whatever i've mentioned is based on the brief history you've given. It could be something really simple that needs small correction. Exercising and stretching should give you some relief. Although I suggest you get a complete workup done so that a more specific diagnosis can be made. Regards.

I am suffering from asthma but it was not inborn I started suffering from this from the age of 14 I can't walk long distance or run or doing anything which consumes lot of energy I can't play or do anything. Hi. I understand your concerns. Asthma is chronic and a common problem causing symptoms. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigations like chest x ray to look for infection. If it's normal then you will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. pl. send snap of it for better advice. Take keva -mineral drop 6 drops twice a day with 1 glass of water. Use hair oil minoxidil for hair fall. You can also use keva aloe –vera shampoo twice a week. You can also take tab. Fenfecia 1 mg once a day after meal for 100 days. Eat green veg., dry fruits, vit. B 12 , vit. C fruits. coconuts oil also apply on hair . Avoid stress. It sounds like a normal response. Avoid such situations and if you really need medications, consult privately and get prescription. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings.

To combat constipation. Take plenty of water, buttermilk, fiber rich foods, n fruits. Fever n pregnancy has no link. Fever may be the result of some infection in the body. Increase in breast size may be linked wid pregnancy or some tyms a hormonal imbalance due to fever. For the better results pls consult a gync. Take lot of vegetables. Avoid junk n processed foods n also outside hotel foods for combating constipation. Take asafoetida if you hav constipation as a home remedy..

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms,legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep and suhagra tablet contains sildenafil and perse I usually don't recommend because its a temporary feeling of erection and at that time it can cause headache and flushed feeling of the body resulting in restlessness and if taken for many occasions than it can cause penile ulceration And main thing is that you might get dependent on it lifelong.
