Hi, Take tab. Gasex 2-0-2 after food and tab. Shankha vati 1 tab 3 times a day. Do not keep the stomach for long hours. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink 2-3 litres of water per day. Walk for 30 mins daily. Take Himcocid Syrup 2 tsf 3 times a day 15 mins before food to relieve belching and bloating sensation.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. I have a pain in my left side lower back and left leg. And there is nothing wrong in x-ray what's tge reason of pain.

Avoid hard work relax your back do light excersise, give gentle massage with medicated oil after that give medicated steam on bact along with. It you consult for ayurvedic oral treatment it will help you a lot.

It feels like you are having knee Osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis can occur at any time of life but the incidence increases with age. It usually affects people over 40 years of age. There is no cure for osteoarthritis but the progression of the disease can be slowed and pain and disability reduced. Treatment options include: Healthy body weight: Maintaining a healthy body weight will reduce stress on the arthritic joints. Nutritional supplements Supplements such as glucosamine have been reported to relieve the pain of osteoarthritis and halt, or even reverse. So please try to take this supplement once a day. Exercise Exercise can assist with the maintenance of muscle strength and the mobility of arthritic joints. Activity at a level that does not cause pain is not thought to worsen osteoarthritis. Non weight-bearing exercises such as swimming or aqua jogging in a heated pool may be beneficial. Range-of-motion and stretching exercises will help maintain the maximum possible movement in the joint. Stretching will help maintain or restore flexibility to the joint’s muscles and tendons. Cycling is a good exercise. You can apply cold or heat several times a day to reduce your knee pain. Just remember to cover the cold pack with a towel and keep your heating pad at a low setting to avoid burning your skin. Whether you use heat or cold, remove it after 20 to 30 minutes. If the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities you should avoid until knee pain and swelling resolve: Squatting Kneeling Twisting and pivoting. 1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Avoid anxiety and stress.

It could be due to stress,anxiety or muscle pool.Avoid stress.Take one tablet of crocin 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily,apply volini gel and give hot fomentation.Drink plenty of water and take rest.If no relief ,get yourself physically examined by doctor

I did gym for around 20 days and was doing diet for last 4 months. This lost around 14 kg in 4 months. I used to run on treadmill a lot now I have pain in my both legs from thighs to calfs. Specially in knees?

It might be due to inadequate warm and muscle might have gotten tight by doing just strengthening I can show you few Stretches that you can do yourself at home.
