gout not controlled, even uric acid level was controlled by taking continuously zyloric 300gm. So requesting you for suggestion me of controlling the gout in the left leg angudha joint.

if you take alcohol then you have to stop drinking. you have to check your renal functions by doing appropriate blood investigations. because if your renal functions are not satisfactory then your uric acid will remain high

2 avoid forward bending.
3 avoid heavy weight lifting from the ground.
4 maintain body weight.
5 do regularly exercise.

I am getting a pain in my legs whenever I start walking and I am also playing volleyball I think it is due to that please give some suggestion about it.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Piriformis Stretch 1.Lie on your back. 2.Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3.Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4.Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5.Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6.Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

.this back pain is due to no back exercise.... due to this muscle get stiff .... when suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start..... in ayurved there is mentioned one procedure KATI BASTI ....DO THIS FOR FIVE DAYS WITH MEDICATED OIL if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation .... so consult ayurvedic doctor near you ... you will definitely get good result ..

That means your posture is not alright sit straight on the chair with your back touching the back support of chair and don't bend your head to look at the book it should be at level with your eyes

Firstly do relax the pain tk heat fermentation and apply pain relief ointment if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment swd and ultrasonic therapy and after relief. Lying supine position and make knee to chest position but head should be down hold its and do straight leg with your comfortable ness repeat 2 to5 times.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement.
