Dear lybrate user masturbation doesn't cause any kind of physical weakness or loss of energy. It is very common myth. So don't worry. So stop blaming yourself and don't be in guilt of masturbation. Physically it will not cause any weakness. But very rarely when people get addicted to it and do it very often - it affects ones professional focus and concentration. So focus on your physical health + professional life and in free time you can surly masturbate which will not cause any weakness. I hope this answer resolves your doubt.

I am Suffering from ED and I want to know which is the permanent treatment for ED.

I am Suffering from ED and I want to know which is the permanent treatment for ED.
Dear Lybrate user. Please don’t panic. You must understand erectile dysfunction. There is nothing called erectile dysfunction while having masturbation. Loosing erection in the initial stages of sex or not having erection at all or having late erection or lack of sexual desire are called erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction can be a sign of a physical or psychological condition. It can cause stress, relationship strain, and low self-confidence. The main symptom is a man's inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions. If treatment of the underlying conditions doesn't help, medications and assistive devices, such as pumps, can be prescribed. Yoga, meditation and diet could be prescribed once we know the basic reasons for it. Two natural treatments for ED that have shown promise are red ginseng and pomegranate juice. Ginseng is thought to increase nitric oxide production, leading to improved blood flow. Pomegranate juice is a potent antioxidant and can help too. Psychological reasons usually get cleared with sex therapy. I suggest online sex therapy. Take care.

What are the symptoms of swine flue and what all the precautions should be taken and please suggest medication.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
What are the symptoms of swine flue and what all the precautions should be taken and please suggest medication.
Hello symptoms of swine flu are similar to most influenza infections: fever (100 f or greater), cough, nasal secretions, fatigue, and headache, with fatigue being reported in most infected individuals. Some patients may also get a sore throat, rash, body aches, headaches, chills, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Good hygiene can help reduce the spread of a wide range of viruses, including the influenza viruses. 1. Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze. 2. Use disposable tissues instead of a handkerchief if you have a cold and throw the tissue in dustbin after use. 3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth too often as this can lead to you contracting the disease. 4. Wash your hands with soap and water or an alcohol based hand rub (hand sanitizer). 5. Viruses also spread by droplet infection which might have deposited on common objects like phones, laptops, common desk, and chairs so avoid touching too many objects and wash your hands if you do. 6. Try and avoid close contact especially with people who have flu. 7. Maintain a minimum distance of 6-10 feet to avoid airborne transmission. 8. Children less than five years of age and elderly should avoid crowded places.
