Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises hamstring stretching calf muscles stretching contrast bath.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. Your knee pain could be due to certain reasons but common ones are chondromalacia, pain due to knee instability, inflammation etc. If there is no history of any injury, and no s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness or local warmth on touching, then I will like to advise you for conservative management initially in form of: - intensive physical therapy with focus on strengthening of quadriceps and stretching of other group of muscles - gentle anti inflammatory medications like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol for 5-7 days usually helps in such cases - adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per requirement - ice packs at home for 3-4 times in a day and see how it goes for around 2 weeks time.

Hi good morning, your back pain is not because of bike driving, it is because of your bag sitting position while driving bike, especially on speed breakers& gutters on roads, try to sit straight you won't get pain once again, but now for your acute pain you have to take anti inflammatory & muscle relaxents for atleast 5 days, thank u.

Shin splints typically develop after vigrous physical activity. They are often associated with running. Simple measures can relieve the pain of shin splints. Rest, ice, and stretching often help. 1) Rest. Because shin splints are typically caused by overuse, standard treatment includes several weeks of rest from the activity that caused the pain. Lower impact types of aerobic activity can be substituted during your recovery, such as swimming, using a stationary bike, or an elliptical trainer. 2) Ice. Use cold packs for 20 minutes at a time, several times a day. Do not apply ice directly to the skin. 3) Compression. Wearing an elastic compression bandage may prevent additional swelling. 4) Supportive shoes. Wearing shoes with good cushioning during daily activities will help reduce stress in your shins. 5) Flexibility exercises. Stretching your lower leg muscles may make your shins feel better. Very few people need surgery for shin splints. Surgery has been done in very severe cases that do not respond to nonsurgical treatment.

It could be that your knee must have been injured during the workout. Kindly apply ice pack for 2 3 days if it does not subside you need to get yourself assessed for any ligament sprain.

Hi you need to do exercises for your back. Meet a physiotherapist and he will be able to teach you proper exercises for your back pain. Continue taking hot water fomentation twice or thrice daily. Wishing you good health.
