I am 25 years old and regularly suffering from backache and tries many treatment but can't get relief please help me this problem is with me since the age of 18 years old and now become a part of my life please tell me how can I prevent from this due to this I have been rejected from call centre where I was doing job as an employee because I can't attend job regularly due to this pain can you suggest me some painkillers or I have to suffer from a special treatment of this problem please help me to prevent from this pain please I request kindly.

•Lie on your back. •Move ankles up and down. Repeat 10 times. •Repeat 10 times. Heel Slides Lie on your back. Abdominal Contraction •Lie on your back with knees bent and hands resting below ribs. •Tighten abdominal muscles to squeeze ribs down toward back. •Be sure not to hold breath. •Hold 5 seconds. •Relax. •Repeat 10 times. ••Slowly bend and straighten knee. •Repeat 10 times Wall Squats •Stand with back leaning against wall. •Walk feet 12 inches in front of body. •Keep abdominal muscles tight while slowly bending both knees 45 degrees. •Hold 5 seconds. •Slowly return to upright position. •Repeat 10 times.

Dear friend I was getting back ache before going to toilet n right side on heap pain for the past 2 months. Then I went for scanning and found that there is a stone in kidney (5mm). After consulting doctor I am using the medicine - cystone. For one month it was alright and suddenly for the past 3 days savior pain complete back (heap area). I am continuing this medicine. Please suggest some remedy ?

I usually have pain in legs when I walk for longer period or when I stand for long. Recently I can also feel pain base of my foot (usually when I get up from bed. Can you please advice some calcium medicine which can be taken for lifelong. Also, can you please advise me treatment for this leg pain. Is it due to lack of calcium?

Dear your leg pain may be from your back, or due to deficiency, get yourself examined, get vit d and elemental calcium level done, and then get prescription on your condition. Empirical treatments are not advisable, and can even be dangerous.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Pain in back neck in every 5-6 days properly. Please tell me this cervical or else.
The most common causes of neck pain are: poor posture, muscle strain, arthritis, trauma from your symptoms I feel your pain is from poor posture or muscle strain. Try the following home treatment measures which will help speed your recovery. 1-heat or ice: use a heating pad on a low or medium setting for 15 to 20 minutes every 2 or 3 hours. Take a warm shower in place of one session with the heating pad. You can buy single-use heat wraps that last up to 8 hours. Try an ice pack for 10 to 15 minutes every 2 to 3 hours. 2-get moving, but carefully: movement helps your muscles stay strong. Avoid activities such as lifting and sports that make pain and stiffness worse. Do stretching and strengthening exercises to keep your neck flexible and strong and prevent stiffness.(please do private consult with a physiotherapist for specific exercises) avoid or change any activities that may be causing your neck pain, such as sitting for a long time at the computer or doing too much overhead work at a time. Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. Don't massage the injured area if it causes pain. 3-practice good health habits: try to reduce stress and tension at work and home. Practice relaxation exercises. Exercise regularly, including aerobic exercise such as walking. You should consult a gp immediately if the pain is accompanied by: -numbness -loss or strength in your arms or hands -shooting pain in the shoulder or down one arm. Best wishes.

Sir, go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax ur back muscles and give strength to ur nerves and muscles of back. also start some Yogic exercises - Tadasana, Dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This seems to be a deficiency of vitamin d. Kindly get your vit d levels checked. If low, you will require vit d supplements. Also, before sleeping at night you should keep you feet soaked in warm salt water for 15-20 min.

I have pain 2 to 3 inches above and below knee and back side of knee. It feels like muscular pain. Muscles get tired on climbing stairs but get better after 10 seconds of climbing. Is the related to muscle, ligaments or nerves? Which specialist shall I consult? My age is 33 years.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold). Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

I have back pain since last 10 year. When I drive bike 20 or more km I got back pain. When I work on computer 2 or 3 hour continue & I pull up heavy thing so I got back pain recently I done MRI but not big issue on my back so please give me best advice to cure my back pain.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

I have pain in my foot ankle. This pain happens whenever I am riding the bike, during the gear change, it pains a lot. Also while using the stairs, pain comes.

you can take parrafin wax bath. Do ankle exercises with exerciser. Use proper footwear to avoid intensional pain coz it is also one of the reason for pain in foot and ankle.

Do some stretching exercise of spine and avoid long sitting tk break after 30 minute do walk and spine extension exercise if it gives you relief then ok otherwise apply heat formation with rest time and tk muscle relaxant medicine.

I have severe lower back pain. I cant bend nor do any work as it pains a lot. This has been going on since 3 weeks now. Took medicines but no effect. I also get bad catch on my legs behind my knees on calf if I stretch my legs. It gives me a lot of pain. Feeling sick all the time causing headaches too. Please help me get rid of this and lead a normal life as before.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again.

Avoid sitting for long hours!! Take breaks in between. Do sit straight. Move your chair close to desk so that you can sit straight. Drink lots of water. Apply ice on affected area 2/3 times in a day! Avoid bending and lifting heavy weights. Do extension exercises.

Requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

For chest pain. Do x-ray and consult with physician. For back and knee pain do hot fermentation and stretching exercise of back and put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 time. If it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment must.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.. .
