This is side stitch. Stretching may relieve the pain of a stitch. Reduce pace until pain lessens. Some pain alleviation can be achieved by grabbing an object such as a small rock and clutching it firmly in your hand whilst running. The alleviation is believed to stem from the fact that this gives your body something else to focus on, rather than the pain in your side, and although the effectiveness of this method is individual, it can for a lot of people make quite a significant difference. Massage or press on the area with pain. Bend forward to stretch the diaphragm and ease the pain. Raise both hands above the head and inhale fully, expanding the abdominal and thoracic cavities, then exhale fully, tightening core muscles to do so until pain subsides.

Hye, thanks for the query. The body is a survival mechanism. Whatever isolated so called diets you follow will show some loss on the scale but will be back or will stop loss after a period of time. The body needs continuous monitoring and planning when it comes to losing lot of weight. You have to understand that weight loss is about eating sensibly, about earing right. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating, so if you have lost weight on scale by crashing your intake or restricted intake or skimping on a particular food group or over exercising, then be assured that you have not lost fats but muscle mass and water. This, once if you get back to your old routine, is going to show up as a gain, which is infact much more than what you lost. These methods and fads also cause rapid loss due to loss of muscle mass, leading to a very lowered metabolism, which will cause reduced fat loss and further fat deposition. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets, singular food remedies like doodhi juice or green tea will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. If this is the way by which you lost weight, you can't maintain it for sure. So, if your weight loss is by any of the above methods, you are bound to gain all the weight you lost. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits which you can sustain and maintain for life. Here, you can be assured that your unwanted lost weight won't come back if you maintain right diet and workout. Do take a personalised diet consultation in order to break plateau and see healthy loss.

If your body constitution is of a lean and thin nature then you need to relax a bit and have patience. General fitness is important than a bulky particular muscle group. Do not compare your body with others who have a well built body. Do not overeat as it can later lead to other complication. Still if you are not satisfied with your progress than go for an expert opinion ( certified fitness trainer along with medical fitness from a doctor ) and follow the instructions in a slow and study manner without taking shortcuts which can harm your body later on.

Hello,Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same. Best wishes.

In diabeets it is very common.You should control your diabetes with diet and exercise which will help you to reduce medicinal dose and improve the sex life.Take lots of whole and watery fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods small amount.Use small amount of healthy fats.Eat extra protein foods if there is no other health problems except this.Avois fast foods,junk foods,processed foods,sugar,sweetened juice,fruits in juice form,cola,soft drinks etc.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Do regular exercise.Take proper rest

Hello. If you have previous history of dandruff then it can be due to that. Treat your problem first. Apply curd and aloe vera mixture on scalp for half an half and then wash with mild shampoo. Use homoeopathic medicine. Buy arnikesh from any homoeopathic medical store. Then add coconut oil or any other oil in it. Quantity of oil is marked on bottle. Apply this oil on scalp at night time. In morning wash hair with any mild shampoo. Use it 2-3 times a week. If you want medicine for this then consult me. Stay healthy.

Use virgin coconut oil as a lip balm during the day. Apply a tiny amount and spread it out with your fingertip. 1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

Loss can be of many type and loss of a close person can be a very depressing and stressful situation for you and many others. However, bereavement which is normal usually lasts for about 6 months, and anything more than that can be classified as treatable. You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones. 8. You can also take neeri syrup 1-2 table spoon with a glass of water at least for 1 month.

Hi the kind of hair loss that you seem to be suffering from is known as male pattern baldness. This kind of hair loss happens because of improper conversion of testosterone hormone present in males which destroys the hair roots. However it is difficult to pin point why it happens. Treatment with certain solutions will be very effective but will be temporary. You will find improvement till the time you apply the solution. The hair fall will be as it is once you stop the application. However the hairfall will not increase.
