I had a CT for 5 years and when removed recently the gyneac told me I had 2 small ulcers on the uterus which is common with women having CT. This needs to be removed by burning it off. Need to know if this is good to go or should I consult a oncologist, just worried.

Do not take tension if you have no any symptoms bleeding or pain. Do not worry if you have no symptoms then no neccesity to be worry.

Hello- Don't have sex in positions that your body is not used to being in until you do some stretching and warming up. Start a daily or three times a week exercise regimen. You may be simply out of shape. Start some herbal aphrodisiacs on daily basis along with it. It will solve your issue.

If the phimosis is mild, the foreskin can be stretched but If it's tight, then you may have to undergo a minor surgery Circumcision. See a good surgeon or Urologist.

This is due to sun allergy.A sunscreen of spf 30 at least should b used. Also, look for pa+++ on the product. Also, go for sunscreens with both physical blocks and chemical agents like avobenzone. Use a gel based sunscreen if you have an oily skin like sun cross aqua gel. Repeat sunscreen after every three hours, use even when indoors. Uv ray's enter even through your windows and car windshields. Use sunscreen before and after you go swimming. You can use make up or cosmetics over your sunscreen half an hour later.u vil also need higher medications for which u need to b evaluated.

Meditate or do relaxation exercises. Avoid any kind of stimulation (auditory or visual) prior to bedtime. Tips to Protect Yourself When Sleepwalking These are steps you can take to prevent harm if and when you do sleepwalk: Keep a safe sleeping environment, free of harmful or sharp objects. Sleep in a bedroom on the ground floor, if possible. Lock the doors and windows. Cover glass windows with heavy drapes. Place an alarm or bell on the bedroom door.

In order to increase your stamina, you need to have small meals at 2-3 hrs intervals. Have balanced main meals comprising of whole grains (atta, brown rice, dalia, suji, oats, quinoa, millets, barley, atta bread), whole legumes (sprouts, soyabean, rajma, chola, chana), low fat dairy (milk/curd/channa), lots of vegetables & salads, a pc of egg/fish/chicken. In between main meals have healthy snacks like- whole fruits, nuts, oilseeds, makhana, roasted chana, green tea, buttermilk/curd which can be kept handy & had at your work desk itself. Regular exercise & complete sound sleep also improves stamina.

To get better sleep. You need to be stress free. Eat healthy nutritious food, sleep in silent comfortable environment, do not use mobile or laptops during sleeping time. Make a sleep- wake time schedule and stick to it religiously. Stress is the main culprit. Find a solution of it and you will be fine.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. Dear lybrate user, masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5.
