If u dont get yr missing teeth replaced,your other adjacent present teeth wil also get compromised as they wil try to occupy the missing space and shift from their original position.

plz take a pain killer and then consult a dentist. pain killer is only going to give you temporary relief. dentist will find out the cause of the pain and help you to get rid of it.

Do you often wake up with a dullheadache or a sore jaw?
Do you sometimes find yourself clenching your teeth?

Until you experience pain or have a dental checkup, you may not realize that you have a condition called 'bruxism', a habit of grinding or clenching the teeth. Many people are unaware that they grind their teeth because they do it while they sleep. Bruxism often occurs in the early part of the night and can disturb sleep partners. The clenching and grinding may be quite audible. Others make no sound while bruxing their teeth and do not realize they are doing it until the dentist discovers unusual wear spots on their teeth. Bruxism may be mild and occasional or aggressive and frequent.

If you suspect you are having too much wear of teeth or have a dull ache in the morning, you may require timely intervention to avoid any damage to your teeth and jaw joints.

Nicles you are having cavities . having blood in mouth in morning shows poor oral hygiene . The best way to get rid cavities is filling of cavities regular rinse with Mouthwashes (listerine )after meals . you have to visit dental surgeon ,for filling .and ensure your teeth stay healthy.

While sleeping my lower jaw stuck and its paining. I can not even open my mouth. Its appears only while sleeping. And some times my lower jaw came forward and stuck with upper jaw. Please help or give me some advice.

Flossing removes plaque and bacteria that you cannot reach with your toothbrush. If you don't floss, you are missing more than one-third of your tooth surface. Plaque is the main cause of gum disease. It is an invisible bacterial film that develops on your teeth every day.

Within 24 to 36 hours, plaque hardens into tartar (also called calculus), which can only be removed by professional cleaning. Floss at least once a day, and plaque never gets the chance to harden into tartar. Getting into the habit of daily flossing is easier when you floss while doing something else like watching tv or listening to music, for example.

How to floss your teeth
Step 1
