Hello, You can take(if no drug allergy) Tablet Pantocid 40 Mg before food once a day for 2-3 days.. I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Pain in your chest might be indicative of angina. Obesity & high bp can result in heart diseases. 18 kg weight loss is needed. Here are some tips that can help you lose weight & improve your health. 1. Have small frequent meals (every 2-3 hrs) instead of 2-3 large ones 2. Avoid junk/ fast/ street/ outside/ processed/ fried/ sugary foods, table salt, cold drinks, chocolate, ice cream 3. Drink 3 litres water daily 4. Have coconut water daily without malai (1 no) 5. Have low fat milk 6. Replace simple carbs like refined grains, sugar, potato with complex carbs like whole grains, fruits, vegetables. 7. Maintain a regular sleep cycle 7. I am a 43 year old male suffering from asthma since 1997. Between 2013-2015 I was regularly on high doses of steroids to manage my asthma which I have since reduced. Somewhere around that time I also developed moderate sleep apnea for which I use a CPAP machine. A slight high uric acid content was detected last year with a report from Thyrocare - about 6.9. I also had very low Vitamin D which I managed with supplements and time in the sun. I had developed IBS which I managed with high fiber diet and is now only occasional flares if I eat outside food. In the last 2-3 years my asthma has been difficult to manage but also accompanied by continuous problems of muscle weakness (repeated cramps on small effort) and bone pain. With the steroids I also have put on weight (98 kgs now at a height of 5 feet 9 inches - about 20 kgs overweight) However the body/ bone pain with water eyes and tiredness is impacting my day to day functioning. I am worried that exercising might hurt me easily by mistake so am wary of doing excessive effort. I believe my immunity is also very low which makes me susceptible to infections very quickly and then repeated cycle of wheezing/ asthma - interrupting my exercise efforts. How do I manage to work through this repeated cycle and build a better health? What can I do to improve my situation.

You need to improve immunity & that can be done well with ayurvedic suvarna rasayan treatment .kindly consult. Do's 1) close windows at night to avoid pollens 2) take regular medicines 3) do exercise and pranayama daily 4) diet should be healthy 5) keep bedroom clean and dust free 6) regular checkup at clinic 7) use a light color to wall as well curtains.(especially bedroom) 8) dinner should be taken before sunset. 9) Use mask while going out or apply coconut oil to nostrils 10) carry inhaler all the time (emergency) 11) massage to the chest and back warm with oil, afterward take hot fomentation. DON'TS 1) smoking -active or passive 2) exposure to allergens air pollution 3) avoid visit to gardens 4) stop the self medication. Paracetamol also increases the risk of asthma by 27 %. 5) Avoid outside food 6) avoid preserved packed food 7) oily food should be avoided 8) cold drinks and ice-creams. Al issue related to health like IBS, asthma, GRDS can be solved by ayurveda.

Hi, Blackheads are initial stage of acne. Wash your face with Schwabe's Akne Sor soap, use cleanser, toner and moisturizer on your skin. Apply Bakson's Sunscreen before going out. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub on the areas, followed by Papaya or Apple pack on it. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. Home Remedy: Mix fuller's earth, almond powder and glycerin , then apply this face pack on your face affected with blackheads and whiteheads. Keep this face mask on for 30 minutes and do mild scrubbing while removing this mask to eradicate blackheads effectively.

Respected sir, I am 35 years old, and I have pain problem in back and in knees. And one more thing is that I when I come from outstation then there is big pain in my head and then vomiting and after some time I get relief from my head pain if more then I go to doctor then they give me injection and I get relief, they tell me this is due to food those I have eat out of station. Hi, prevention of kidney stones may include a combination of lifestyle changes and medications. Lifestyle changes you may reduce your risk of kidney stones if you: drink water throughout the day. For people with a history of kidney stones, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday. If you live in a hot, dry climate or you exercise frequently, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. If your urine is light and clear, you're likely drinking enough water. 1 eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. If you tend to form calcium oxalate stones, restrict foods rich in oxalates. These include rhubarb, beets, bhindi (okra), spinach, swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Calcium in food doesn't have an effect on your risk of kidney stones. Continue eating calcium-rich foods unless your doctor advises otherwise. Ask your doctor before taking calcium supplements, as these have been linked to increased risk of kidney stones. You may reduce the risk by taking supplements with meals. Diets low in calcium can increase kidney stone formation in some people. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - berberis vulgaris q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Revert me back.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

You are overweight by atleast 10 kg. You have not given symptoms and sugar level and any medicine being taken. First avoid sugar and other sweets. Reduce your diet by 20-25% take lots of green vegetables take saboot ir chilka dals avoid dhuli dals di not seive floor. Do regular brisk walk for 45 minutes a day. Repeat sugar after 2-4 weeks. You can send your diet chart with sugar reports and medicines being taken.

U need to change your medication and start with medicines for diabetic nephropathy start tab. Nephrosave forte twice a day and please consult regarding further medication which can be added after thorough examination.

Causes and Symptoms of Folliculitis

Folliculitis is an ordinary dermatological condition which causes inflammation of hair follicles of the skin. This condition, which occurs due to both bacterial and fungal infections, causes small red or white pimples to form around the hair follicles. The infection, if left untreated, can spread and turn into rough, coarse sores which may take a long time to heal.

The Staphylococcus aureus bacteria is responsible for causing the infection, which leads to this commonly occurring condition. In some cases, folliculitis can be also caused by viruses and fungi which had perhaps penetrated the ingrown hairs causing subsequent inflammation. This condition is categorized and diagnosed as a superficial or deep infection depending on the amount of hair follicles involved.

Causes:

  • Friction caused by shaving or tight - fitting clothes
  • Heat and sweat, due to prolonged exposure to the sun
  • Skin conditions like acne
  • Tightly wrapped bandages or dressings on the skin

Symptoms:

  • Clusters of tiny red or white bumps in and around the hair follicles
  • Reddened and inflamed skin
  • Itchy skin and rashes
  • Pus-filled blisters that may crust and later break
  • Swelling on the skin

Risk Factors:

Anyone, whether young or old, may develop folliculitis. But, there are certain factors that increase the risks of the condition. The following are some of them:

  • Conditions like HIV or AIDS that reduces the immunity in your body
  • A pre-existing condition of acne or dermatitis
  • Being obese
  • Medications and ointments with side effects
  • Improper shaving

Many a times, people ignore this condition, presuming that it will heal with time. But if left untreated, complications such as large itchy patches of skin, increased swelling and heightened inflammation of hair follicles may occur.

Get a complete urine examination (CUE, and USG KUB. Do not worry it will be mostly due to lack of adequate hydration. Back pain may be due to postural problem.

Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days.
