You need to get your thyroid function tests rechecked in 6 weeks to see if it is the correct dose for you. Also you need to get a complete hormonal profile done for pco as disturbances in these can also be related for hair fall.

Hi, you can have bananas, chikko, paneer 50 gm a day. Its not necessary to eat non veg to increase weight. You can also gain weight with veg but the condition is to follow the proper diet as well as make sure you are physically active as well. Make sure you are having 3 glass of milk daily.

1.Mix equal proportions of Fuller’s earth (multani mitti), rose water, and sandalwood powder. 2.Apply this mud pack to your face. 3.Wash after it dries up. 4.Repeat the process once a week. 5.Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the spots overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water. However, this particular remedy is not suitable for those with sensitive skin. 6.Rinse your face with water and pat it dry. Crush up mint leaves thoroughly, you can use a blender but a mortar and pestle works quite well if you happen to have one lying around. Rub the juice and crushed leaves on your face and leave for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off thoroughly with cold water. 7. Avoid oily and spicy food. Donot skip breakfast. 8. Avoid constipation so drink plenty of fluids and water. 9. keep ur face clean dust and oil free.

Hello- Vegetarians eat mostly vegetables, fruits, and grains, though some also eat dairy products and eggs. Since it has no meat, you might find that you lose weight when you first start a vegetarian. While for many, this is a benefit, for others it can be a problem. However, with a little tweaking, your diet can better support your body's health. On a vegetarian diet, you can gain weight by choosing your foods thoughtfully. 1. Understand the difference between vegetarianism and veganism. Diet cuts out all meat products — beef, poultry, fish, and so on — but a vegan diet goes a step further. Vegans don't eat any foods that come from animals, including dairy products (milk, yogurt, butter) and eggs. Instead, a vegan eater relies entirely on grains, seeds, nuts, legumes, soy, fruits, vegetables, and oils. 2. Calculate your calorie needs.. 3. Continue eating healthy calories.. 4. Eat protein-rich food to build muscle mass.. 5. Explore soy alternatives. Soy protein is the vegan’s best friend, and is even thought to lower “bad” (LDL) cholesterol levels.[7] Tofu and tempeh don’t have much flavor on their own, but they take on the flavor of whatever they’re cooked with while increasing your protein intake. Some people object to tofu's smooth texture, so you might add TVP (textured vegetable protein) to dishes that need protein that feels like ground meat — tacos, pasta sauces, etc. Add calories to meals through soy garnishes, as well. You can find soy cheese, soy milk, or soy sour cream at your grocery store. Use these products to add calories to salads, baked potatoes, tacos, or granola without filling yourself up. 6. No smoking and alcohol. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

The best and most effective way to get rid of the localized fat is a combination of low fat and low calorie diet with exercises. let us talk about the diet first. Cut down on calories and add necessary fillers like insoluble fibers to add bulk to the diet, you may include whole grains, fresh whole fruits, raw salads and vegetable preparations. This helps in attaining satiety while consuming lesser calories. Restrict the intake of refined foods like those made with refined wheat flour. Avoid sugar wherever possible. Making way for the good protein sources like legumes, dals, milk and its products and soy in the diet also helps in cutting down the calorie intake. Protein rich foods delays the digestion time and one dos not feel hungry soon. Also, you must choose the fats wisely. Limit the intake of oil and avoid the fried foods and snacks. Drink plenty of water and other healthy drinks to keep up the metabolism. You may also include options like green tea and lemon tea. Buttermilk and tender coconut water are also good options. As mentioned above, in addition to the dietary modifications, exercises are equally important, especially the ones for abs. Moves like crunches, twist crunches, bicycle crunch, step hop, squats etc. are excellent to burn abdominal fat and tone the muscles. Set a time for exercise and start with simple workouts for short duration, you can slowly increase the time, frequency and intensity of the workout. This would allow the body to keep pace with the changes. Make sure that you give enough time to warm up and cooling down after each workout. Avoid lying down or sitting immediately after the meals. You may go for a light walk after lunch and dinner. Or if possible sit in Vajrasana for 15 – 20 minutes after the meals. Avoid heavy meals after sunset and reduce the total salt intake. We know that applying aloevera gel is goof for our face. I regularly apply the aloevera gel extracted from my home plant n keep it for 30 mins n then wash it off. But overtime I use it for a continuous of 3-4 days. Pimples start coming out. My skin is oily but in both winter n summer season. Applying aloevera on my face on a regular basis brings out pimples. Do I continue to use it. As it makes my skin soft n fair also. No doubt at that. What to do then?

Aloe Vera is beneficial. For some people it causes a few skin allergies. If you get pimples on continuous application, you can mix aloe vera with a moisturizing lotion will will dilute it. Also, the moisturizer will have cooling effect on your skin thus should the heat production which indirectly leads to pimples. Drink plenty (2-3 litres) of water and fluids.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.
