I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

My hairs are falling and its been almost 7 to 8 years and I am 23 years old. There are no patches as long as I see but from front it has started showing that it is going behind I mean hairs started disappearing. I Do not want to be blad any soon. Have consulted a doc he had recommended mx5 and keto shampoo. I have dandruff too. But there are no positive result yet. So what do you suggest and would I be blad any soon? If you get above symptoms inky during exams or when you are overloaded with study logs, then you need to learn to manage stress appropriately. But if inspite of all attempts to manage study stress you always end up with same symptoms, you should consider trying help with medications and counseling. You also might need to learn some relaxation exercises

Take following oil 1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1.neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

Dear lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. I can understand. Loosing someone near and dear is called grief and depression related to grief is pretty normal. But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. The best option for you is to undergo counseling and depression related therapy. This is happening due to insufficiency of hormones and improper functions of serotonin. The good news is that this is easily treatable with ayurvedic tablets. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

hi, take Mag phos 6x, 5 tabs thrice daily with warm water and BC no. 03, 5 tabs thrice daily. Take China 30 ch , 3 drops twice daily. Consult a physician personally if do not get relief and get an ultrasound test done. take care.

Please use baksons facewash and cocoa butter cream. You can use berberis aq ointment daily on your face. Also prepare a homemade mixture of haldi. Besan. Tomato juice and lemon juice. Make a paste and apply on face and neck twice daily. Wash when dry. Revert back in fifteen days. Your complexion and skin colour will improve.

If you are diabetic what type of diabetes is it juvenile diabetes or diabetes mellitus. The treatment depends on that and what is the blood sugar level both fasting and post parendial. You should consult a medical specialist or a endocrinologist for the same. You have to maintain blood sugar level maintain your body wt as per bmi have balanced diet with restriction of carbohydrate diet go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises.

If it is only a few days overdue, you should wait for a week, repeat the test. If still negative you can take progesterone for withdrawl bleed after a consultation.

1. Dinner whole grain bread or chapattis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple. 2. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 3. A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning.
