Stop smoking any any kind that contain tobacco as its ingredient, n thn visit any dentist nearby asap it will lead to cancer if you dnt stop tobacco consumption.

Definitely possible. First and foremost will be to practice in a familiar surrounding . Go to gyms and other activity places to interact with people. Try to practice in front of mirror. Practice relaxation exercises and yoga which can help. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Avoid too much caffeine and junk food. Last and most importantly believe in yourself and face it. Usually we feel nervous because we think what others think about us. Erase such thoughts and march ahead in life. All the best. Be relaxed stay healthy.

Hi, I used to be very much fit n active few years earlier but now my health is not same. I use to smoke regularly earlier but now its quite often and Drinks alcohol every week may be twice or thrice sometimes. Mai working in BPO from 4 n half years nw in night shift. Hi ajish tips for healthy life 1. Always eat your breakfast 2. Keep eating at regular intervals of 2-3 hours 3. Make sure to have 2 serving of fruits and 3 serving of vegetables 4. In between your major meals have nuts or roasted canna or fruits 5. Have salad before your meals 6. Drink at least 8-10 glass of water 7. Limit the intake of processed food 8. Include pulses, whole grain and lean protein in your diet 9. Go for brisk walk for at least 30 minutes 10. Sleep for 7 hrs for good health.

Well you must learn to live in the present, which is what really matters. The past is history, and those memories will remain and loose significance over a period of time, if you do not indulge in them. The more you think about them, they will renew the wounds as though it were still happening. That way you will never heal from those experiences. Your greatness and wellbeing now lie in your ability to forgive them once and for all. Forgiveness is good more for you than for them. I believe in divine retribution and it will happen for sure except that you are not in charge of when and how it happens. But don?t even wish them that. True and genuine forgiveness, in fact, fosters a good attitude towards them and invites prayers for them too. By not forgiving you are hurting yourself while they sit in comfort unperturbed by all those events. Right now your wife, who you describe as an angel, is the one you are living with and if she has transformed to this extent, you must learn to move on. You could also meet a counselor and talk about your old feelings as a way to purge them out of your system. At your age, and with diabetes and blood pressure, the past can only compound your ill health, which you cannot afford to in the twilight years of your life. Live in peace with your beloved and enjoy this life that God has gifted you, fully. Also keep yourself occupied along with your wife so that the day is full of good happenings and create new memories. Go on fun trips and excursions, some of which are organized by some reliable agencies.

Yes lybrate-user, tobacco increases anxiety since it alerts the brain directly within seconds of its use. Moreover you may need to use tobacco often and repeatedly. There are many other health hazards due to tobacco. Aatif, you are young. Stopping tobacco at this age is comparatively less difficult than at later age. Motivate yourself not to use tobacco. If you are still anxious, take relaxation therapy or anxiolytic tablets from a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist.
