Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Mastubation will not affect on you being skinny but it's better to stop it and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Green tea is helpful in reducing weight and eat food with low fat content in your diet and exercise regularly and for cramps get your blood checked for cbc and eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest.

It is just a matter of habit you make it the way you want it you will have to work for it deliberately to regulate your timings it is certainly not a disease at the most consult a physician in person and get your general checkup done to rule out any weakness or disease.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

This is not really a food, but more of a natural herbal remedy for increasing height. The scientific term for ashwagandha is Withania somnifera, and it is popularly known as Indian ginseng. The wide range of minerals present in this herb help in broadening the bones of the body and also increase bone density which helps in increasing height. This herb also has the capacity to influence the Human Growth Hormone (HCG) in an indirect manner which is responsible for the growth in height. You can purchase ashwagandha at any herbal store. Add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to a glass of warm cow’s milk; add some sugar for sweetness and drink every night before going to bed for 45 days to notice an increase in your height. Hi take low calorie foods like brown rice, brown bread, all whole grains, plenty of vegetables like more gourd family, all fruits except banana, coconut, dry fruits. More citrus. Ni fast, street, junk, restaurant foods. Work as much as possible, dynamic life more exercises, activities.
