Titrate thyronorm by yourself according to the test. These symptoms might be due to these. Still you have to do exercises. Regular walk morning and evening according to your ease. Progressively increase the duration of the exercises. Then start aerobics regular stretching exercises. Diet have be maintained with low fat but fibre rich and break your food habit if you are habitual binge eater. Restrict calories intake.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

I am 58 years old and I am suffering with knee joint pain since 6 years. I used allopathi medicines with orthopedic professor consultant 4 years. Now I am using ayurvedic medicines. But the pain is not controlling & the leg is stiffening tight. Unable to fold/straight the leg. My work nature is site construction. I have to move /walk lengthy. I am level 2 diabetics also. I am 61 years old healthy male without any history of disease or pain. I am physically fit and now also give lectures for five hours every day to students. I regularly attend gym for five times a week where I do cardio for half an hour and weight exercises for another half an hour without much strain. Can I do weights at this age? will it have any adverse effect on my health later? pl advice. Thank you.

I am suffering from cervical spondylosis from some days please give me some suggestions about this disease.

I am suffering from cervical spondylosis from some days please give me some suggestions about this disease.
This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help to reduce the pain and feel relaxed and comfortable. You shall also do hot water fermentation that would improve the blood circulation to the painful area and thereby the pain would be reduced. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain and also that would improve the cervical angle and improve the anatomical posture. The pain actually triggers due to nerve compression and that would definitely improve by wearing a cervical collar. CervicalSpondylosis / Spondylitis – Chronic condition with radiating pain You have to go for Intermittent Cervical Traction and also you can do Interferential Therapy. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercises and also to use cervical collar to improve the contour of your muscle texture and to improve the cervical angle so that the posture is improved and it also gives you comfort and relieves the pain.

Respected sir, I am 18 year old male I have joint pain problem since 4 year my ASO titer is positive450, last year january I take a penidure 12lakh every 21 days since 15 month during pain I take nyprocin 150 mg tablet as suggested by doctor but now I suffering pain after 10 to 15 days. How long I have to take this medicine? Or I should change doctor and medicine please reply Thanks.

If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Wear elbow brace and wrist brace which will make her to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Which joints you have pain? If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, hip & knee has pain) then you can pour hot (warm) water in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear either elbow brace or wrist brace which will help you to feel warm and very protective. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain. Consult the near by physiotherapy clinic and also consult a general physician to check with your ESR levels to check whether you have inflammation.

Reduce your weight. Improve posture. Avoid forward bending. Use hard bed. Start hot saline fomentation followed by volini gel and back exercises.
