Now a days am regularly going to gym but my muscles is growing fastly so how can I buld up muscle faster?
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

1.Mittelshmerz: Wondering why you're experiencing cramps mid-month? The culprit could be mittelshmerz German for "middle pain" a symptom of ovulation. The discomfort can range from mild to severe but usually only lasts a few hours.

4.Increase in Basal Body Temperature: Is it hot in here or is it just you? Your basal, or lowest, body temperature typically rises a few tenths of a degree during ovulation. To track your BBT, use the same thermometer every morning upon waking andchart the resultsas you go.

5.Changes in Cervical Mucus:It may not be pretty, but checking your cervical mucus is one of the most useful ovulation symptoms, because the changes occur as ovulation is approaching, giving you more time to take advantage of peak fertility. Look for mucus that feels thin, slippery and stretchy, like the consistency of egg whites. Then it's game on.

6.Changes in Cervical Position:As ovulation approaches, a woman's cervix will move higher up and become softer and more open. Detecting cervical changes takes some practice (and requires very clean hands), but they're a reliable predictor of ovulation.

 

Paying attentions to these signals, as well as the calendar, is a great way to clue into your body cycle and find your fertile window. If playing doctor doesn't appeal to you, or you'd like some outside confirmation, there's always the option of purchasing a digital ovulation monitor. They're pricey but easy to use, accurate and typically give you several days warning before ovulation occurs, increasing your chances of conception.

One of the best ways to reduce the fat in your body is to drink honey in water. • Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. • Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. • You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture.

Hello! as coffee contain a lot of caffeine n tannin, these can cause low iron absorption, high hcl formation in gi tract, restlessness, insomnia etc. For the use of antioxidant property you can drink 1 cup black coffee a day.

Homoeopathic medicine r-89 drops (dr reckeweg) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 time daily r-89 drops (dr reckeweg) massage 10 drops in 1 spoon fresh water on bald spots briskly for 5 minutes daily and move dermaroller in those bald spots.(you can get it from a cosmetic accessories shop) acid phos. 30 (dr reckeweg), drink 5 drops morning empty stomach, once in week. Dear sir I'm in relationship aged 21. I was very interested in sex, but first relationship is break up due to vagina bleeding at the time of sex. Initially we noticed that bleeding is due to loss of virginity, but after so many times sex also there is bleeding in my vagina. I lost my virginity at the age of 18, at the time me and my boyfriend is studying first year Engineering and till last month he enjoyed sex with me last 3 years. But most of the time during sex my vagina got bleeding and I don't know the reason. Hence in between I tried sex with my cousin aged 19, but during intercourse I got heavy bleeding on my vagina and he sex with me more than 6 hours on that day. So I won't continue with him. Now my cousin is relationship with my sister aged 18, but she won't get any bleeding after the loss of her virginity. Now I'm in relationship with new boyfriend, but still I got bleeding in some times. I did my sex after Oral sex, masturbation but it's not stop. Pls guide me.

Hello- here are many possible causes of bleeding from the vagina, either during or just after sexual intercourse, also referred to as postcoital bleeding. The good news is that many causes of postcoital bleeding are benign and include conditions like inflammation or noncancerous growths in the uterus or cervix. But sometimes post coital bleeding can be a sign of cancer or an infection that requires prompt treatment. It's important to see your doctor if you are experiencing bleeding after sex. In other words, it's not a normal phenomenon, so it warrants investigation.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Hi, Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

I'm having vomiting for last 5 days, and I'm unable to eat or drink anything, everything comes out as vomiting. So I took a pregnancy urine test, it turned out to be negative. Then I tried blood test for hCG count which was 170 which indicates positive pregnancy. But then I proceeded for ultrasound which showed nothing and no pregnancy was declared. So is it possible to have negative ultrasound and urine test but positive blood hCG test? There is no specific reason given by Dr. for positive blood test. I cannot understand whether I'm pregnant or not.

Hcg is a pregnancy hormone and when levels exceed a limit it is shown in urine and we test it's presence by looking at 2 lines, 2nd line is due to hcg. Your levels in blood are marginally high to show it in urine test which is positive. There are 2 reasons for not showing in ultrasound, either it is too early or it's a tubal pregnancy. Get a repeat ultrasound test done after a week but no need to do urine test as it's likely to remain positive. Do take time tested tablet for vomiting in pregnancy-pregnidoxin twice daily on empty stomach and eat fat free food preferably liquid nourishing food like diluted milk and curds.

Please take a lot of salty drinks including lemon water, namkeen lassi, salty jal zeera, additional salts in foods, etc. Sleep with leg/foots on pillow. Consult again after starting these tips.

No, it is not possible when after intercourse if you have continuous 5 day period then there is no question of pregnancy.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Use of regular sunscreen is very essential. Sunscreen lotion has to be applied atleast 20 mins before leaving the house. It has to be reapplied after every 3-4 hours even if you are indoors. Sun is the major cause for blackening or commonly called tanning. You can grate potato and cucumber and add 4-5 drops of lemon juice and scrub your face with it daily. Also, take Homoeopathy for the same or consult me privately if need be.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Do not apply oily cream on face, these block the follicles on the face and cause such type of infection. Wash the face frequently. Drink plenty of water. Apply on your face pack of masoor dal weekly. That reduces the white heads and also remove black spots.
