Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Dear Dr. l am suffering from hand tremors and weakness in hand. When l face some challenging tasks these symptoms increases, Also let Android break down. Or lam getting restless and Angry, lf someone is not listening me l start getting violent. Sometimes l feel danger from my wife and son .l want to go away from them. They are reason for my disease they always do not listen to me, THEY are doubting me. I feel they are spying on me. They are spying on me. I feel as if l have done some thing wrong, Not always but during peak of nervousness l start listening some mild sounds/ musics when l follow these sounds l find no one talking or l was listening a fake ringtone of my phone, there was actually no calls on my phone. These are some examples. Also these days not before from last 2,3 days l am getting confused like did l locked my door or not, where did l kept my mobile, what is the date today. Thanks.

Dear, some of the behaviors you have described fall into the category of psychotic symptoms. This means your suspiciousness towards your wife and son, the sounds/music that you hear, and other similar behaviors where you doubt intentions of other people - these behaviors indicate that you are displaying symptoms of schizophrenia. However, you also mentioned feelings of worry, anxiety, anger and guilt. These emotional symptoms are making your condition worse and they are also maintaining psychotic symptoms because during these peaks of nervousness, your voice hearing increases. This is leading to a never ending chain of severity. Generally these symptoms of suspiciousness and doubt develop due to lack of social skills and poor reasoning ability. You may be facing difficulties in knowing intentions of others towards you. You do not trust others in general. You are not able to develop attachment with others easily. This may have been present since your childhood. You feel left out and believe nobody cares for you. Feelings of guilt and rejection are some of the signs why you have got these symptoms. You also mention some poor concentration at work and day to day life. This is also common in schizophrenia. You need to consult a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist to relieve these symptoms. A spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday does boost the good cholesterol, this is heart friendly. No oils, no junk food either but lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take curds and boiled eggs plus proteins supplements.

lybrate-user The report you share here is important. You must show it to a general surgeon at the earliest. It you are having regurgitation of food, which may cause the above mentioned changes of the oesophagus, then you need treatment for that. Your surgeon may also advise you another endoscopic procedure to remove the patch of abnormal cells. If none of the above then at least a regular follow up every 2-3 months is advisable. Regards.

Only one product in india this product may remove insulin. Noni syrup 10 ml in a glass of normal water stir well and consume in 2to3 minutes after 30 minutes take meals mor and night. Continue your insulin test your sugar after 7 days. If sugar reduce then reduce insulin uites accordingly. Test weekly and reduce insulin it's comes zero then stop insulin and continue noni for long time. Feedback to me monthly.

7 do's and don'ts of jogging

Exercises like jogging give great benefits during the cold weather, provided they are done in the correct way. Jogging not only keeps you active throughout the day by increasing your energy level but also helps you in maintaining your shape even if you consume some extra calories when the weather is relatively pleasant or colder than usual like it is during winters. Read on to find out the do's and don'ts of jogging.

Do's

1. Wear thin and loosely woven clothing
Opt for clothes made of thin synthetic material while jogging. This is because this type of material is beneficial in absorbing the sweat from your body. Additionally, you can wear an outer layer of nylon, to ensure that you remain protected from the wind and precipitation, besides maintaining the heat balance of your body. Never wear cotton while jogging as it does not absorb sweat and leaves you with a wet feeling.

2. Cover your hands and feet properly
The heat possessed by your body escapes mostly through your hands and feet (as much as 30% of heat is released by them). So, make sure to cover your hands and feet with running gloves and socks during jogging when the cold is mild, and with mittens when the temperature further decreases. Wear wicking sock liners underneath your woollen socks to soak the moisture generated while running.

3. Maintain your regular fluids intake
Irrespective of the type of weather, your body loses fluids in the form of sweat while jogging. In addition to this, the chilly air of the winter increases the chances of dehydration. So, keep yourself hydrated during, before and after jogging by drinking enough water or sports drinks.

4. Warm up
It is necessary to stretch out a bit before jogging to wake up your tired muscles. So, before starting your daily jogging regime make sure that you get a bit of physical activity.

Don'ts

1. Stay in damp clothes
Getting wet from rain or sweat while jogging on a cold day, increases your chances of developing hypothermia by decreasing the body temperature further. Immediately change your clothes if they are wet and turn on your heater to warm yourself.

2. Overdress
Never dress in a way that makes you feel warm and comfortable before starting to jog. This is going to make you feel warmer as your movements increase, and, in turn, results in more sweating or discomfort.

3. Forget to cover your head
It may be an astonishing fact, but your body actually loses 40% of its heat through the head. So, never make the mistake of leaving your head bare before stepping outside to jog in the winter. You can wear a hat, woollen cap or a scarf during this time to protect your head.

Caution: jogging at a slower pace is a low impact exercise as compared to running. Research has shown that jogging at slow speed is better than running because of lower impact on foot, ankle, knee and hip joints. However if you have any medical conditions then you should discuss with your medical practitioner to know if jogging is safe for you.

Hi, Take homoeopathic medicines - Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: Daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Sleep for 6-9 hrs at night and 1-2 hrs. During daytime. Avoid going out or playing under the sun, best time is after sunset. Wear a hat with broad brim, wear sunglasses whenever you are out in the sun. Don't awake late nights, follow motto of 'early to bed, early to rise' Avoid unnecessary exertion or stress. For blackheads: Blackheads are initial stage of acne. Wash your face with Schwabe's Akne Sor soap, use cleanser, toner and moisturizer on your skin. Apply Bakson's Sunscreen before going out. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub on the areas, followed by Papaya or Apple pack on it. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. Home Remedy: Mix fuller's earth, almond powder and glycerin , then apply this face pack on your face affected with blackheads and whiteheads. Keep this face mask on for 30 minutes and do mild scrubbing while removing this mask to eradicate blackheads effectively.

You may be into an anger-related depression and it is not unusual to feel fear too during this state. You need help immediately and you should inform your wife-to-be about all this. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved. Life is very precious and when you marry you will be important to your wife too. Whatever it is work on the issue and live life well and to the fullest. Be positive always.

Similar to underarm hair and hair on one’s hands, legs and genitalia, the nipples (or areolar) also have hair follicles, both in males and female. Normally in females, the hair is usually fine and hardly visible, but some may have hair that is longer and thicker. Usually it is a normal condition and does not require any treatment. That being said, there some other conditions that could precipitate this unusual growth of hair • Hormonal fluctuations: This usually happens around puberty, menopause and pregnancy. • Patients have recently started taking oral contraceptive pills or any other kind of hormonal medication or hormone replacement therapy. • Women with a darker complexion also tend to have this problem. • There are some medical conditions that can lead to this condition as well. Conditions like PCOD and complex ovarian cysts. • In some cases a person (man or woman) might have excessive hair all over their body (on their chest, hands and face). This condition is called Hirsuitism.

You should have 2 tablets chitosan medician 30 minutes before meal and avoid eating in between medician or meal. This will reduce 3 to 4 kg per month definitely without any side effects.

Hello, she might have some sort of urine infection causing haemoturia, please contact some urologist in this regard. Moreover, give her homoeo medicine/ @ can notherish 200-6 pills, dly morning, orally. @ carbo veg 200-6 pills, thrice a day, orally avoid, caffiene, alcohol, junk food, pizza, burger, cold, spicy, fried intake.
