These are the causes of premature graying hair includes- "A hormonal imbalance, Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age." *First of all you should correct our diet because what we are eating , that is reflecting on our body, so we should take Foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our Homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. you should take lycopodium 200 , 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day. 3. Apply jaborandi Hair Oil (SBL) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. 4. Wash the hair with Montana herbal shampoo(SBL). 5. Take amla powder +Seasame seed powder, 1-1 tsp both with water once daily.

If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

Hair troubles are not solved by mere use of shampoos. For best results for obtaining nourished hair one has to follow a combination of diet, hair oil and medicines suited as per person. Applying egg mask before shampoo helps in decreasing the dandruff. Amla oil is good for hair troubles. For a proper package you need to consult the doctor. Keep Yourself Active Through Out The Day - 6 Tips to follow!

All of us have our 'good hours' and 'bad hours' each day. While there are the night owls, who are more productive and ideating in the late night hours, there are others who like to be the early bird that literally catches the worm. For both these categories, there are again hours where the energy wanes. Did you know there are some simple techniques that can help to maintain consistent levels of energy throughout the day?

As much as possible, try and maintain a regular routine in terms of waking up, eating at the same hours as closely as possible, and retiring for the day. The biological clock or circadian rhythm needs to be maintained as much as possible if high productivity is desired. Here are some things that can be completely and easily controlled to keep your energy levels steady through the day.

  1. Sleep patterns: Be it going to bed or waking up, try and maintain a pattern that does not vary too much, at least not drastically.  After waking up, a good dose of light in the morning is very helpful. If your work requires you to sleep during the day, ensure you get up into a room that is well and brightly lit.
  2. Exercise: Whether is it Saturday or cloudy, a 30 minute workout does magic like nothing else. Get outdoors and be it a walk or a run, cycling or swimming, you will see nothing else boosts your energy as well as this.
  3. Nutrition: Reduced carbohydrates, a good dose of protein, ample hydration, adequate fiber intake, and good quantity of dry fruits are somethings to definitely follow. Start with a good breakfast that can boost your energy requirements for the day and eat less as the day goes by.
  4. Caffeine: One of the most pleasant experience is to wake up to have a refreshing cup of coffee. While it sounds exotic, the body benefits more if this caffeine is provided sometime later in the day when the energy levels are low.
  5. Alcohol: For many, alcohol could be a way of stress busting, but if scientifically looked at, alcohol reduces the quality of sleep and leaves you feeling unrested. It also leaves one tired and irritated. If possible, the alcohol intake should be at least 2 hours before bedtime.
  6. Power naps: Highly proven technique, where possible, a power nap of 15 minutes is believed to boost up energy levels significantly.

These are some methods to boost your energy levels. Most of it something completely controllable and changeable by you, all it requires is a conscious effort from you. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.

hello.. yeah he is gain his weight no worries.. breakfast oats with milk , 7 soaked almonds, 2 banana, 3 walnuts brunch banana shake , salad lunch 2 chapati , any veg , littel curd, rice, boiled potato before workout 2 banana after workout 5 eggs, sprouts, banana shake, dinner 3 chapati, daal, salad, chicken, before sleep 1 glass milk follow this diet for 3 weeks.. then contact me again i'll change it after that

The principal symptoms of dengue are: High fever and at least two of the following: Severe headache Severe eye pain (behind eyes) Joint pain Muscle and/or bone pain Rash Mild bleeding manifestation (e. G, nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: Severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting Red spots or patches on the skin Bleeding from nose or gums Vomiting blood Black, tarry stools (feces, excrement) Drowsiness or irritability Pale, cold, or clammy skin Difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. Persons who think they have dengue should use analgesics (pain relievers) with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. They should also rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc. To prevent dehydration. Preventing dengue fever: the best way to prevent the disease is to prevent bites by infected mosquitoes. To protect yourself: Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. Use mosquito repellents, even indoors. When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks. Make sure window and door screens are secure and free of holes. If sleeping areas are not screened or air conditioned, use mosquito nets.

Hair fall has a different patterns and reasons. We need to rule out what is a reason. It may be due to Vit deficiency / hormonal přoblem / mental Stress / due to the side effect of some medicines etc. I would suggest few blood tests: Hemogram with ESR, Sr. Ferritin, Sr. D3, Sr. B12, T3, T4 TSH And Testosterone Please send me your photo of hair fall from front, sideways and back on. Ayurvedic treatment with hair oils + hair pack and internal medicines. Along with this if you have lab reports stating deficiency of Vit then Vit suppliments. It takes 6 months to see the new hair growth.

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in salt, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Medicine and insulin will work better if you follow diet and exercise. Get your S creatinine level done. As medicine will depend upon your creatinine report.

Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

1. Drink plenty of water (8-10glass) daily 2. Get your urine examined for re/me, culture and sensitivity test 3. Take a course of antibiotic for 7-10 days to avoid recurrence after consulting doctor with your urine report 4. Take one tablet of meftal spas ds after food for pain during urination 5. Avoid coffee/alcohol/spicy food which irritates bladder.

Get t3, t4 tsh done. Take 2 tab medohar vati thrice daily with luke warm water. Join aerobics in evening and follow the diet chart. Diet for weight loss: early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken/dal (100 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish/ green leafy vegetables (50 gm) + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl follow up after 20 days. And conitnue jogging or brisk walking.

Hello, I am giving you few advices for peaceful sleep Kindly follow advises given below: 1. strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular Physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. avoid Tea coffee after 7 pm 5. you can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes

Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients....sleep and weakness...so take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day...drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.
