Hello ... take tab. paracetamol in fever/ pain/ bodyache thrice a day after meal. drink warm water. take liquid diet, dalia, juice, veg. soups, plenty of water. if symptoms persist then do tests cbc, mp,widal , blood sugar, urine r/m. and consult again. welcome in lybrate.

Dear lybrate-user, according to your height your weight should be 72 kg to 76 kg. You required to loose only 5 kg, that you can loose easily by brisk walk in morning as well as maintain your diet with salads and fruits. If you will not get results in 15 days, I can suggest you herbal formulations. But first try with your own as suggested.

Hye Thanks for the query. You need to have a healthy , balanced diet. Include fruits, especially oranges, sweeties, guava, strawberries, pineapple and amla. Include dry fruits, nuts like shengdana, almonds, soya, pulses, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, eggs, in your diet. Avoid excessive tea especially after meals. Avoid keeping long gap between meals.

Child's weight depends upon his birth weight, parents built, dietary habits. If he is taking excessive milk and lesser solid diet, it will be difficult for him to grow properly.

There are many causes of yellow or discolored teeth. A few of the most common:------------- 1. Drinks: Coffee and red wine cause major damage to teeth. But other drinks with high acidity, such as soda, juices and even sports drinks can cause staining on the teeth. Even white wine is not far behind in staining our teeth yellow, because its tannins and acidic nature wear away at the tooth enamel. These Acidic drinks lowers the Ph of teeth below 6 thus causing corrosive wear and tear of teeths.--------------- 2. Certain Foods: Colored candies, popsicles and other bright foods can cause staining over time. Think of it this way – if your tongue turns a bright shade of blue, chances are your teeth are getting some of that discoloration, too. Even healthy foods such as berries (blueberries, cranberries, raspberries) can stain teeth. Ketchup, curry and other sauces can cause staining problems over time, too.----------------- 3, Natural Aging Process: Quite simply, teeth yellow over time. It’s a natural part of the aging process that the white protective coatings wear down over time. So the longer you have your teeth, the more likely they are to become yellow or discolored.---------------- 4. Most of us are guilty of at least some of the above (and none of us can stop time).----------------

Complexion of a person is his constitutional quality, which slightly differs with time but didnot change much. (plastic surgery is one of the procedure to change but it is costly and of no use unless you are in show business.) you should not feel any inferiority about your complexion. Everyone in this world has its own beauty, skin colour is not the ultimate quality for beauty. There are many countries where every one is dark but still there is beauty competition. How to get stronger muscles at home and fast please give me suitable which is healthier for me not gym.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.----------- 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie.------------- 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola).---------- 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds.----------- 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates.----------- 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories.----------
