Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Everything under the sun including sun can cause allergy. First treatment is avoid the cause. Second is to boost your immunity. Third one is to purify your blood. So avoid the cause, avoid spicy and fried food and take ayurveda treatment to purify your blood and to boost your immunity.

Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? if you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you will not grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

No you are not pregnant.This can be due to Anaemia.Just start taking green leafy vegetables in your diet along with a good iron supplement.Once your Hb comes normal,I think your problem of periods will be itsself solved otherwise we will have a review there.

Dear Lybrate user it has no specific hindi name ,since its origin is not India, its nutrition is same as rice n wheat after cooking, you can get in supermarkets or can buy online.

Hi there ~ first things first. You need your blood sugars under control, and this is a priority. You need to get yourself to a diabetologist and consult them to check if you need changes in your medications. I strongly believe that you do. Next off, you need to control your blood pressure and hypertension along with uncontrolled diabetes is the cause of many medical emergencies like stroke, heart attack, etc, stress is the result of or the causative factor in many cases for the medical conditions that you are experiencing. I believe that you may need to consult with a psychiatrist after your medical problems are solved to see if you need any medications or therapeutic measures like relaxation techniques and yoga pranayama dhyana meditation and mindfulness to overcome stress. 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat.limit fluid intake during meal 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 8.Consult me for further advice

Do not take any oily food, spicy food, junk food. Take 3-4 ltrs water per day. Take worm medicine. Cina - 200/ 2-3 drops twice daily in empty stomach for 10 days. And phos-30/ 2-3 drops twice daily for 3 days. Then after 15 days revert for your next medicine. Thank you.

Hello, Lybrate user, It's your 9 th month of pregnancy, almost,movement of baby should once in a day or more. You can not feel pain in umbilical cord & uterus, rather than pain in neval region may occure. You might be suffering from gastric disorder, too which is very much common in pregnancy. Please, go for a NST test. Maintain intake of proteine, calcium,Iron till the delivery of the baby as per instruction of your gynae, of,course. B stress free with regards to your delivery. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body & to condition the amniotic - fluid, properly. Tk your diet, easily digestible, on small intervals. Tk homoeo medicine, if you so require: @ Rhus tox 200-6 pills, dly morng. Avoid, junk food, pizza,burger, cookies. Always be in touch of your gynae wish you a normal delivery of a healthy baby. As I understand your problem is common with many people when they sit for prolonged periods in wrong postures and develop pain in lower back or neck. You are advised to stretch your legs while sitting for longer periods, excercise your body mucles by getting up in between and walk few stpes and again come to work. Place your table contents like computers etc. (if you use) at proper angles so that you do not get more curbed forward. Avoid pain relieving drugs and resort to proper back exercises / walking and massage of body parts. If you don't get relief it will be better to get your vitamin d from exposing yourself to sun and good diet containing vitamin d and calcium. Extension excercises of back muscles will also help.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3.
