Blood in stool in your case can be suggestive of bleeding piles. This is due to habitual constipation due to less intake of fibres in your routine diet. When I wake up in the morning I use to have pain on my back head and heavy vertigo (chakkar aana) and it last upto 3-4 hours and sometimes after smoking I get black out feel like lie down somewhere and chest pain too.

Increased mucus production, nasal congestion, discomfort in the cheeks, forehead or around the eyes and headaches are common symptoms. Sinus Treatments Decongestants: Medications that cause blood vessels in the inner nasal tissue to constrict. As a result, there is less sinus congestion, mucus production and postnasal drip. Hi Vinaya their is no definite cure for PCOD . You should have healthy lifestyle and diet. Daily exercise for 40minutes. No bread, potato, rice, bakery products. Have antioxidants in diet and proteins too. You need to take treatment as per symptoms like delayed period, heavy bleeding, difficulty in conceiving.

I am 79 years old. While walking bare foot I feel padding, also feel cool while lying down. Ian diabetic with suger level fasting bwlow 100 and pp around 200. I take amaryl 2 mg before breakfast. Galvus 50mg after breafast. Please advise.

Your ppbs is on a higher side. From the history you are giving, I think you are developing neuropathy, a complication of diabetes. Go and get your foot examined by a podiatrist.

Physical intimacy is a very important part of our lives and defines how we relate to others and see ourselves. It is the attraction one feels towards a particular gender or group of people not just romantically, but emotionally and sexually. There is an increase in the number of people in today's world who identify themselves as bisexuals. Bisexuality is the romantic and sexual attraction or behavior towards people of any sex or gender i.e. both males and females. There are many factors that affect the sexual orientation of a person including environmental, hormonal, emotional and biological factors. Bisexuality is not a disorder that needs to be treated, nor are bisexuals psychologically disturbed.

One very misleading myth is that bisexuality is just a phase and after experimentation (usually during college years) you settle for your true identity as either a homosexual i.e. attracted towards the same sex or heterosexual i.e. attracted towards the opposite sex. Bisexuality is not a transitional period. Most bisexuals may act on their desires and choose to be with one particular sex. However, it doesn't mean that bisexuals are not attracted towards the other sex. This does not mean that they are any less faithful towards their partners than other sexual orientations such as heterosexuals, homosexuals, pansexuals etc. 
Several surveys later, it has been concluded that women are more likely to identify themselves as bisexuals than males. This is because women have greater erotic plasticity as compared to men. Bisexuals are often prejudiced against and are stereotyped as highly promiscuous and sexually confused. There is also a social stigma attached to the concept of bisexuality. This is nothing more than an unfair social bias. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist.

I have rare disorder. I am not getting proper sleep after beard trimming, this continues for 3 to 5 days. I will be in sleep for 7 to 8 hours but after waking up I am feeling illness, dull and not refreshed. After growth of light beard, I will get normal sleep. It is happening to from past 3 to 4 years. I don't have any medication habit for sleep (pills).

With the super busy lifestyle that everybody is gravitating to, there is less and less time for everything, including cooking and eating. Thus, more and more processed foods are finding their way into our refrigerators, as they can just be picked up and eaten anytime hunger pangs are felt. And, we do not immediately realize that processed foods are devoid of all the essential ingredients. What we end up eating has less fiber, more salt, and more preservatives (generally not very safe for all), all leading to an unhealthy lifestyle.

Refined flour, white sugar, cheese, canned juices, frozen foods, cheese laden pizzas and breadsare all yummy, but not something that is readily accepted and digested by your stomach. Try eating pizza with loads of cheese for two days and experience the bloated feeling for yourself. Not to scare you, but imagine this; you would have to eat an entire medium pizza to get 2 g of fiber. Where as, your body requires about 25 to 40 g of fiber per day for regular health maintenance.

Biologically, our digestive system requires a lot of fiber, which adds to the roughage. This is very important as it helps in digestion and aid in cleansing the bowel later. The function of the large intestine is to remove water and essential ingredients when food passes through it. Junk food passes through quite quickly, thereby, leading to loss of water and ingredients. A lot of digestive issues are also related to lack of fiber in the food, like polyps, colon cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, high cholesterol, and obesity. 

Most of us are aware, but tend to ignore the fact that junk food is as the name suggests, junk. There is hardly anything of nutritious value in it. On the contrary, it contains lots of salt, fat and artificial chemicals, which though, make it very tasty, but has zero nutrition value. 

Try to eat only junk food for about a week regularly, and you will surely feel:

  1. Bloated (a lot of gas due to indigestion)
  2. Dehydrated (excessive salt needs more water, which we don't realize)
  3. Constipated (lack of fiber leading to reduced bowel movement)
  4. Weak and lousy (due to lack of nutrition)

This of course does not include the harmful effects on skin, hair, looks, etc. It does not mean you have to stop eating junk completely and eat only healthy food all the time. The human body is adaptive and can adjust to a lot of variations. It is not wise to try the example above (eating pizza for a week), however, binging on junk food once a week would definitely not hurt. Use your discretion as nobody knows your body as well as you do.
