Kidney stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, Most kidney stones won't require invasive procedures. You may be able to pass a small stone by: Drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. Hi, start using sunsreen lotion above spf 30 .Include citrus fruits and salads in your diet for complexion.Don't use any bleaching agents for skin.Apply plain cream or lotion which doesn,t have harsh chemicals.Take medicine R-60 drops (Dr Reckweg ,Germany) 10drops in 1/4cup of water drink twice a day ,1/2 an hour before meals.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4.Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly . 6.Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7.Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight. Neither it gives rashes nor it cause erectile dysfunction. You can use durex or kohinoor brand of condoms. It also does not cause skin dry.

Is memory loss always a part of aging? How much loss is considered normal? How much exercise do people over age 50 really need? Is osteoarthritis a part of aging, and is there a way to reduce risks, even after age 50? Do sleep needs change as we age? How much sleep do we need after age 50? What exactly is" preventive care, and what do you need after age 50? I see lots of vitamin supplements for the" golden years. Are they necessary? I just don't enjoy the things I used to, and I don't feel much like visiting friends or family. Is this part of aging?

Memory loss and osteo arthritis are part of ageing process.Elderly man can go for walking 30 minutes daily.He needs 8-9 hours of sleep.preventive health care means taking precaution for disease like daily exercise,control diet,reduce weight, yearly medical examination,avoidance of alcohol,smoking etc,doing yoga,pranayama,deep breathing exercise,avoiding stress,taking balanced diet, drinking plenty ofwater, taking adequate rest,socilising with friends and relatives. If elderly person take good nourishng diet he does not require vitamin/mineral unless there is deficiency

Recommendations - berberis aquifolium - 30 three times a day 5 pills before meal and topi berberis schwabe ointment apply on affected area 2 times a day. Sulphur 30 - morning 5pills, cal. First of all you change your shampoo into a baby shampoo. Avoid iodized salt. Use natural henna dipped in liquor of tea overnight. No medicine is required to keep heart healthy if bp and blood sugar and lipid profile is in normal levels. Healthy diet and exercise and no exposure to smoke or pollution. Oxygen through plants can be labelled as'drug' to keep the heart healthy.

Hi I have been thru your concerns. One thing which you have not mentioned is this behaviour of Agression in his school also I would like to know his behaviour within his peer group the importance of this is that is this behaviour of Agression visible at all places or with his parents only .If the behaviour of Agression is visible everywhere like complaints from the school teachers of hitting other children and disobedience not remaining seated at one place, not able to play harmoniously with his friends, poor attention span than I would suggest to get him evaluated at a Child guidance clinic but if it is with parents only than the reasons of said behaviour should be found. In general I would tell you that behaviours are always learnt which means that it is possible that your child has learnt to get things doen his way by shouting ,misbehaving or hitting you among others. So the simple principle of modifying this behaviour is that by not giving him what he is trying to get by doing that particular behaviour so it means if you could give him a signal that if we don't have to give something to you howmuch ever you misbehave we not be giving u.when you start practicing it initially this behaviour may increase more but if you remain firm and you don't give him into his demands the child will get signal that I cannot get everything thing through misbehave if they don't have to give me they will not give me at any cost .But this practice will also test you r patience if you remain firm you improve the behaviour of you r child .I hope I answer u.also U can contact privately.

M 29 years old single guy with out any wrong habits. I have very weak strength so in order to have good heath joined gym hired PT as well. Frankly to be honest good trainer I got no suggestion for any drugs or powder stuff all natural foods. My difficulties is stamina and also when I lift weight or dumbles hands get shiver. When checked with trainer he said it's normal but do you can get suggestion from good physician. Please help too know how can I get rid of this difficulties and be strong even forearms are weak please help.
