Hi lybrate-user. Semen coming out of vagina after intercourse is absolutely normal. Only one sperm is needed for pregnancy and the semen flowing out will not lead to any problem in conceiving.

At 48, you can afford to do healthy dieting, may be not later. I am not in favor of taking any medicines for weight reduction. Only simple dieting with moderate exercise. You are passing through perimenopausal period too, means a few years before or after periods stop, here is decline in hormones & some amount of weight gain is physiological too@ 1/2 kg per year. One can counter this too through sensible eating. Reduce salt to minimum as it causes water retention. Take lots of potassium like citrus fruits, oranges, lemon water, apple cider vinegar but no sugar or other carbs like grains, maida or bread/rice during the day. Eat lots of seasonal vegetables & fruits & drink lots of water. A katori of nuts gives good fats, proteins & are filling too, they counter hunger pangs & so does 1 boiled egg. Simple walk is best exercise provided there is no pollution. You can use indoor stable cycle too & cycle while watching tv within your home. One meal in evening of daal roti chawal & lots of salads. No bad fats of burgers & other street food. You will lose weight @ 5 kg per month, initially it will be quicker, then remain stable but carry on with diet & exercise, after some time there will be sharp decline. Do not aim for size 0, just lose about 10 kgs & maintain it. Good luck. Get basic tests done like ultrasound of abdomen, blood sugar, lipid profile & get bp checked.

Although there I no any specialway but yess theree is a special time in woman's menstrual cycle in which chances of pregnancy are high-------the best day for conceiving are 4 days before nd 4 days after your ovulation. Now how do we calculate this ovulation day. It is 14 days minus expected date of your next periods.

Hello, No its not necessary at all. The confirmatory test for pregnancy is always a serum beta hcg test.

You need to do a little exercise to tone your body. Avoid crashing your diet or avoiding food groups to reduce weight. Your body needs good nutrients whoch slso include healthy fats. Cutting them out of the diet will only further fat accumulation.

My wife have taken iPill and her period had started on 6th July and have lasted until 14th July. Her usual period date was 15th July. Today on 17th July, her period have again started. This is normal. She need not to take any medicines. The bleeding will settle of its own. I advise her to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Follow this and give feedback.

Hello- Yes it is. Baby isn't hurt when a pregnant woman and her partner make love. The amniotic sac and the strong muscles of the uterus protect the baby, and the thick mucus plug that seals the cervix helps guard against infection.

I'm not well from past 3 days. It began with diarrhea in the morning that was on 29th June 2016. I went to office and it happened again. I got my periods at the same day and I started feeling feverish so I came back to home from office. I have lost my appetite. . I peed twice in 2 days and haven't pooped yet I got awful cramps on my stomach. I can't eat anytime and the last time I got fever was last night. I'm bleeding blackish or dark. As they say, it is all in the mind. The chemical and psychological correlation between the brain and intercourse is way too high. Arousal and physical gratification are chemical reactions and with watching porn, what starts as an innocent indulgence can play a major role in these chemical pathways and alter the natural course of things.

What many people don’t realize is that by watching too much porn, the mind’s channeling is affected and therefore the levels of satisfaction are altered. Read on to know some ways that porn harmfully affects your body.

  1. Personal disconnect: By watching too much porn, a person does not need a partner to get aroused and satisfied. In most cases, the porn and the re-runs of it induce the arousal and gratification. Therefore, when there is an actual partner involved, their role is minimalized and therefore they feel neglected. The partner never feels wanted or satisfied in these relationships.
  2. Kills libido: Because the person connect is so less, there is no drive to enjoy a good sexual relationship. The partner is not required to turn the addicted person on and so there is no sex drive. There is no role for cajoling, cuddling, or anything that gets personal. It is a mechanical process, and therefore, for the partner, it can be a very harrowing experience. The definition of “normal” keeps changing and evolving for the porn watcher, which may not be easily accepted by the partner. This can lead to a lot of expectation mismatch and failing relationships.
  3. Short-lived: Because watching porn is all about satisfying the urge for yourself, it is only that in the mind. There is no consideration for a foreplay or intimacy or what the other person could be wanting. This makes it very selfish, leaving a wide gap in terms of loss of intimacy, which is very much expected here.
  4. Playing it rough: Most people who watch porn gradually move to violent forms of sex and therefore expect to follow it in their lives too. This again can lead to forced impersonal sexual experiences which leave both the partners very unhappy.
  5. Mechanical: In most porn watchers, the end result is not to enjoy the whole act but to reach a high and be done with it. This makes it mechanical, again adding to the bitterness in the relationship.
  6. Selfish behavior: As noted in all of the above instances, it always becomes too much of what one person wants. There is very less consideration for the partner, which makes your relationship unhealthy.

So, while watching porn is one’s personal decision, but watching it within a certain limit may keep you from its side effects, and not let it rule your sexual expectations.
