Having many acne marks on face, how to cure them? Should I go for creams or blood cleaning syrups? Or tablets?

It is good to detoxify both inside out. You can take herbal cleansing syrup and also start taking care of your skin externally. Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.  Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

I am 23 years old girl. Few days ago I was suffering from dengue. Now I am fine but my hair become very weak. Daily hair fall.

it is due to weakness due to fever. take protein diets, protinex powder 1 tsf with milk daily. green veg., take plenty of water. you can use hair oil :- minoxidil for hair fall. when recover weakness hair fall also stopped .

Sir I hav joined gym 4 months before & I do it regularly, but I do not have good result which I want. & I also eat good food like eggs, milk,cheese, banana but my muscles not growing. Sir is my TESTOSTERONE level is normal.

It is not like that. You have to take proper rest - a 8 hours of sound sleep along with a healthy diet to develop your muscles. If you had a previous history of being lean and thin that needs to be taken care separately.

Hi am just 24 years old, few months back my hairs started becoming white I mean white hairs started growing, initially it was 2 only now it became more than 6. Am scared because al the hairs changes white within few years. I want to stop it further so kindly advice me on this, should I take any treatment to control growing whte hairs or any idea?

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Sir I am suffering from mouth ulcers and sores on the lips and under the tongue continuously. I am seeing a small red mark and when days passed by it go on increasing and becoming ulcers. If it disappearing at one place it will appears at another area. What are the reasons? Can you please explain remedies?

Hello doctor I am 21 years old and I often have stomach. It pain more in night. I am not able to sleep. In morning I have more pain in lower side of stomach.

Please do USG whole abdomen to rule-out any cause for the pain. Please note the following recommendation for your conditions: Enjoy a Cup of Chamomile Tea -- Pour boiling water over a teabag and cover your mug, letting it steep for 10 minutes. If using dried chamomile, place 1-2 teaspoons in a mug and cover with boiling water. Cover the mug and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Sip slowly. Use a “Hot” Pack-- Find a place to lie down, and rest the hot pack on your belly. It should be a comfortable temperature, but definitely warm. Do this for at least 15 minutes, or as long as you need to, reheating as necessary. For further queries get back to me.

treating dark circles around eyes *.Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. *.Take nutritious and timely food. *.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains. *.Have timely and adequate sleep. This is one of the major reasons for sagging of skin *.Be relaxed and avoid tension *.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and face. Do a head massage for 20-25 min with tungadrumadi taila (ayurvedic oil) followed by a warm shower. Do this after dinner. Then drink warm milk and feet massage be done. Then go to sleep. Avoid tea/coffee after 5 pm in evening don't watch t. V, laptop, mobile phone 2 hours before sleeping time. Don't sleep in day time. Rather take a nap for 20-25 min. Do regular meditation.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. I see lot of articles on net on reducing weight and loosing belly. But it is very confusing when you see lot of suggestions. Can some doctor give me simple diet plan which helps in reducing belly fat and weight loss?

Hello You need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Drink plenty of water. For belly fat, do squats and planks. Hi. Im a 23 year old female. I have been suffering from scalp folliculitis since past 11 months. I've tried allopathy but it recurred. Now I'm on homeopathy and my doctor told me that scalp folliculitis is a very dangerous disease. It has a chance of turning into psoriasis. I want to know if that's true? Does scalp folliculitis turn into psoriasis at the later stages? She told me that if that happens psoriasis is untreatable. I'm a student and now I'm really worried after hearing this that I might permanently go bald. Kindly provide me with the right information.

Hello, Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. I always have a burning sensation in the chest. So I do not feel like eating. I just eat little but still my stomach comes out. Please help regarding this.

Dear lybrateuser, -the burning sensation in your chest is due to acidity -avoid fried, spicy & junk food, aiso reduce consumption of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day, avoid alcohol & tobacco if you consume the same -do not skip breakfast & other meals, have 5-6 small meals including snacks in between main meals, chew your food properly, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, do not lye down immediately after meals -have 8-10 glasses of water a day to wash away the toxins & for proper digestion -do regular exercise for 20-30 min a day, also do yoga for 10-15 min as it is good for digestion -take syrup digene gel, 2 teaspoonful 20 min before every meal -also reduce stress & sleep well for 7-8 hrs in the night this reduces acidity -reduce your vit d intake after consulting your doctor as it will improve your appetite.
