I am m/26. I am 5ft 9in taller. I am getting a heavy belly fat and my thighs n but are getting heavier day by day. I have a sitting schedule at office for entire day n its hard for me to get time for workout due to tight schedules. Any good meds to get rid of it without harming myself or digestive system? if any ayurvedic or homeopathy is there, it would be better.

Switching from cold water to hot water can do you good. Hot water flushes out the fats from the vessels helping you lose weight easily. Drink hot water before and after your meals regularly, you need to give a gap of at least 30 minutes. Don? t drink water immediately after your meals. See the difference in your body after one month. I am suffering from acne from last 5 years. I have consulted many dermatologist but during using medication my skin becomes almost clear but after stopping it the same problem. My skin is oily. blackspot and blackheads (especially over nose area and chin) all over the face. Small tiny red pimples on the face. Pores over cheeks, dark circle over eye area, facial hairs all over the face. My skin looks dull and pigmented and oily.

For pimples, clear gel- apply after bath over pimples epiduo gel- apply at bedtime for 15-20 min then wash with water and then cetaphil moisturizer-apply moisturizer over full face klin face wash-as a face wash. Do not squeez n prick the pimples.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month. (if the area has gone totally smooth and shiny, then you need to go an option of hair transplant!)

It may be kidney stone or urine infection. Get urine examination done. Routine microscopy and culture. Also get a abdominal ultrasound and consult a physician.

Since she may not be in a position to communicate properly, take her for a full medical check up to rule out any other condition that may be causing this situation. If that is clear, then take her to a school for the differently enabled and meet with the doctor there who is qualified to communicate with her and find out what might be the reason for her change. You mention nothing about the mother, is she around? did something happen in the family recently that might have affected her so? her own awareness will not be of the best level. Normally, in such circumstances, the other house members are more alert to her developments and may know something that you are not aware about. Kindly make some inquiries to get more details. The feeling she displays may be right but the reason may be suspect and for that someone who knows her well will be able to throw some light.

Hi doctors. I am a working women and work from 1 pm till 11 pm and sleep around 1.30 am. I wake up at 9 -9.30. My breakfast time is 11.30-12 (i would say brunch time) is it ok? Because as per my schedule it is difficult to have early breakfast and my exercise level is less active due to sitting job. I am 42 year old female weighing 82 kgs and my height is 5 feet 2 inches. Which means I a obviously obese. I have two major problems 1st I m probably reaching menopause, I got me periods after 5 months this month. I have put on weight majorly on my stomach and hips in the last 4 months, I get acnes on my face. I am worried about my weight gain please advice. Also I have plantar facistitis and heel spur on both my feet and thus walking is extremely painful. My cholesterol is high and sugar level is on the higher side. Thyroid is normal.

Since your body is transition period you because of hormonal imbalance. You might experience few symptoms like burning sensations, irritability, acne. As you said you need to reduce your weight by moderate exercises and strict diet. For your heel pain u could do stretch exercise.(i could send you the exercise detail, if you provide email i'd). I was doing gym from last 5 months .after that I have decide to take whey protein based gainer. But it causes stomach infection and fever .so I decide not to take it. Approx 1 month ago my upper body is well developed. Now m not doing gym from last 1 month. My shoulders, my hands ,over all my upper body is reduced .skin also loosing .my chest turning to man boobs. Now my lower body is greater than upper. Is it whey protein reaction? My whole body size is reduced. Also lower appetite. Stress.tiredness. Please help me .if you have any solution. Hello! according to me you are loosing your muscles. Small n frequent healthy meal is suggested. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. Aim for around 40-50g carbs and 20-30g protein. This stabilises your hormonal system to enable tissue regeneration and keeps blood sugar stable.

Back pain at your age is generally due to muscle strain resulting from improper posture. This should not prevent you from pursuing your dreams. Follow these simple tips to relieve your backache. If problem persists consult again for investigation and management. 1. Sit with straight back and change posture in between. 2. Take breaks in between work and walk. 3. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily. 4. Take simple painkillers like paracetamol if pain is persistent. 5. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6.Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. Avoid exertion take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (if no drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc had you measured your temperature? you need to make temprature chart (morning/evening) for one week tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain consult as we need may to do some investigation to find out cause of fever.

How Hot And Cold Therapy Helps Treat Arthritis Pain?

Arthritis is painful inflammation of the joints caused by excessive amounts of uric acid in the blood. This causes friction in the joints and may cause inflammation among muscle tissues. This is a very painful condition and may even be debilitating for many people. One of the methods used to provide relief from arthritis pain is the hot and cold therapy. Let’s have a look at it in detail.

How does hot and cold treatment work’s?

The hot and cold treatments work on various joints or muscle areas and are very effective in lowering pain as well as providing more mobility to the affected areas. Both these therapies try to enable the healing forces within the body and hence improve on the conditions which cause arthritis pain.

Heat treatment therapy: Heat therapy uses the principle of the expansion of material when warmer. If heat is applied to an affected area, it dilates the blood vessels, improves and stimulates blood circulation and also reduces muscle spasms. Heat treatments are very effective in soothing stiff joints and tired muscles as they encourage the flow of blood to the areas being treated. Some of the options available for heat treatments would be:

1. Heats patches that are disposable

2. Heating belts made for specific parts of the body

3. Moist heating pads

4. Simple hot water in a tub

5. Paraffin wax and Mineral oil

6. Hot oil massages

7. Warms showers or baths

8. Warmed towels or clothes used as a hot compress

Cold treatment therapy: Cold uses the very opposite principle of heat therapy to provide pain relief to arthritis patients. Cold has the properties of being able to constrict blood vessels and slow the flow of blood, thus resulting in numbing the area and reducing pain. Cold treatment is also very effective in reducing swelling as it can fight inflammation very effectively. It is mostly useful in cases of acute and chronic pain and is a very good pain reliever. Some of the options available for cold treatments would be:

1. Cold compress by using ice in a waterproof bag with a towel covering it to protect the skin.

2. Buying a medically manufactured ice pack or bag

3. Buying ice gel packs from the medical store which can be frozen and then used

4. Making ice packs at home by mixing water with rubbing alcohol and then freezing it

5. Taking ice bath by pouring ice into the bath tub. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.

Chhaanchh consumption is good for gut and for piles increase roughage in your diet 2-3 tsf of powder naturolax with luke warm water in night if there is constipation kindly do your LFT done and visit along with report thank you good day.
