Avoid heavy weight and computer work other strain full activity take hot and cold pack for 20 minutes and muscle relaxant medicine if it work then ok otherwise take physiotherapy treatment.

Goodevening I have understood your problem. You must first of all try and avoid sitting for long hours. A good posture will help a lot to increase your spine stability which in turn will improve your sitting posture. I would like you to correct it by sitting straight not bending fowrad too much. Do take a feww breaks inbetween while your at your study time. Do a couple of stretches for your shoulder and your back. Your very young and you need to take immediate care as you reach your late 20s you should not have further complications. `

Hi 1 relax and stay positive. 2 increase fluid intake. 3 eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins 4 do stretching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. 5 if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. 6 do check your calcium and vit. 7 apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

If everything is normal then the pain may be muscular or due to hyperacidity. For hyperacidity take some anta acids and for muscular pain you go for massage with mahanarayan tail followed by hot fomentation.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Since how many days are you suffering from this pain? you should start physiotherapy exercises for frozen shoulder. It may take up to 6 months for pain relief.

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Oa could cause pain knee. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes, vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises. Gradually develop your walking & standing stamina. Hello, Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports and follow following advises 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying

Leg pain in your case (considering your mother's age) could be a 1. Reffered pain from spine. 2 knee osteoarthritis 3. Decreased blood supply for accurate diagnosis and management consult a pain specialist for further tests and treatment. Meanwhile follow these tips to get some relief. 1. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting. Change posture in between. 2. Apply cold pack over painful area for 10 mins 4 times a day. 3. Back stretching exercises daily. 4. Quadriceps stretching exercises and strengthening exercises. 5. Calcium and vitamin d supplement. 6. Avoid sitting cross-legged or squatting. 7. Adequate liquid intake of at least 2 litre per day. Hello, please send me your all investigation report to rule out whether it is ldp/ loss or increase of lumbar lordosis or anything else. This is may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I can explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques, if interested. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
