Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

If all the tests seem to be normal and symptoms persists, it can be of a functional origin or a stress origin, for which you need to consult an ENT .Blood test also could be much usefull in this context.

‘Gastritis vs Constipation’

Everyone knows that gas, acidity, acid reflux, bloating, growling noises from the stomach is a different phenomenon from constipation. Constipation is the inability to excrete fecal matter in an effortless manner.

Why it happens? How it happens? What are its effects?

The reasons that cause this and what are its effects on the human body and health?

Ayurvedic scriptures say that if you are cleansed from within then  you may lead a disease free life.

We are leading this ‘cleanse movement’ since many years. 3 bottles for ‘Bowel Cleanse’. 

What is Bowel?

Bowel is from mouth to rectum and cleanse means its cleansing. The size of the bowel depends on a persons height. A five foot person has twenty seven feet long bowel. The bowel is five times the size of a human being’s height.

Anatomy of the bowel – anatomy means body composition. The mouth cavity which leads to the food pipe and then the stomach. The stomach has the capacity to hold one to one and a half liters of food content. The food pipe coiling below the stomach is called deudynm from where the small intestine begins. The appendix is located right between where the small intestine ends and the large intestine begins. Appendix has a very important function and on the advice of doctors, people who get it removed end up forever facing stomach ailments. In the colored diagram you can see the part in green is part of the large intestine and the part in blue is the rectum. The large intestine has an ascending, transverse, descending and the sigmoid colon followed by the rectum. So let’s understand this 27 foot bowel and then cure it.

The small intestine is comparatively smaller than the large intestine in size as the large intestine is larger and wider. Here you can see the ascending, transverse and descending colon and the sigmoid colon. When people get swelling and resultant wounds inside the colon, it is known as ulcerative colon.

This causes blood laden faeces, loose motions, smelly faeces and an increase in the bad bacteria in the colon, which in turn causes more ulcers in the colon as seen in endoscopy results.

Hello, use witch hazel cream of medisynth brand. Witch hazel is great for cleansing your skin of blackheads. Use a cotton ball and dab some on your face daily to help remedy a breakout of blackheads. Home remedy:- 1. A mashed tomato paste applied to the face for 20 minutes will help reduce the appearance of blackheads while pulling the impurities out of the skin. Rinse off with warm water. 2. I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately. Change your mattress/sleeping posture and see if this helps you.

I take regularly from last 1 mont but not work and one additional problem of period is face by me and my face look very ugly. Please note the following for your condition: The head should be massaged slowly with oil or shampoo while bathing or cleaning hairs resulting blood circulation becomes fast and the skin of the head is protected from dryness. Shampoo should be used only two times a week. Hairs should be washed with curd for removing dandruff. Spicy or fried foodstuffs should not be eaten. Excessive cream or jell should not be applied on hairs. You are advised to take protein-rich diet/ take, plenty of water. Moreover your diet should be easily digestible and light, and timely. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Dear lybrate-user, your teeth have become sensitive to cold food-stuff and water. Sensitivity may occur due to a variety of causes, the most common being: 1. Brushing your teeth too hard 2. Gum diseases 3. Dental cavity if you are applying too much pressure while brushing, it is likely to lead to a condition called as attrition, wherein the the outermost tough layer of the teeth (enamel) begins to wear, exposing the underlying structures that are more sensitive to cold stuff. If that is the case, you need to use a soft brush and put minimal pressure on your teeth while brushing. Also, you must switch to an anti-sensitivity toothpaste which will help reduce your problem to a considerable extent. In case you have an inadequately maintained oral hygiene, is likely that you may have developed a gum problem, which is manifesting as sensitivity. For that, you would be required to get a thorough professional cleaning/scaling done from a dentist. It will solve your problem. Besides the above, dental cavities also cause abnormal sensations to cold water. You will have to get it checked from a dentist, and if such a cavity is present, it may require a filling. Dear diabetes control is governed by following the right diabetic diet. What to eat and what not to eat is important for diabetes control and diabetes cure or diabetes reversal. Even if you are pre-diabetic or borderline diabetic, or diabetes is part of your family, it is important to follow a diabetic diet to prevent diabetes. A diabetes diet should be high on fibre, must contain milk without cream, buttermilk, fresh seasonal fruits, green vegetables, etc. But remember to consume these components in moderation. Diabetes diet for indians should have the ratio of 60: 20: 20 for carbs, fats and proteins. Per day calorie intake should be between 1, 500-1, 800 calories with a proportion of 60: 20: 20 between carbohydrates, fats and proteins, respectively. A diabetes diet should" have at least two seasonal fruits and three vegetables in a diet plan" though dry fruits may seem like a healthy snack, it is not a good option for diabetics, as the fructose can spike your sugar level. Go for fresh fruits rather than dry fruits for diabetes control (but there are some restrictions.). But you can still opt for nuts as a healthy snack. Few tips. - one teaspoon of methi seeds soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes. - drink tomato juice with salt and pepper every morning on an empty stomach. - intake of 6 almonds (soaked overnight) is also helpful in keeping a check on diabetes. Always remember diabetic dietary advice is highly personal. No two people can have the same advice. So take expert advice. Thank you.

May be caused by unhyegenic condition of skin. Wash properly the affected area. Drink plenty of water daily. Apply trichoderm ointment. If it is kept increasing take a surgical opinion.
