I have piles problem I got it checked 2 years 2016 back they said dietary changes would do but it recurred again after 1 years 2017 pvt doc called for surgery (grade II it was) so went for 2nd med opinion in govt hospital (impressions of gradeIII) still said dietary change still any prob can go for some banding procedure. Did not heed to the advice my bad. It again appeared with bleeding. Can not go for surgery as of now as m anemic so low Hb. Need to know how to stop this bleeding as for now please help before I die. Blood is freaking me out.

I have hiatus hernia. Due to that. I have acid reflux
and always my throat is sore throat. From last 10 years I'm suffering this. Due to sore throat headache also come. I asked doctor for surgery and he done pH study. But my result was not much reflux for surgery. But still sore throat happening. Can't travel can't be comfortable and also some negative thoughts coming like some article says regular reflux leads to esophagus cancer. I don't know what to do.
