I have wheezing problem for more than 5 years. Even after consulting doctors from Homeopathy, Siddha, etc. And intaking medicines, after 2 to 3 months after stopping the medicines, this problem starts again. Please give me some most useful tips, food practices, etc. To get rid of it. Please.

Likly to be asthma. Pft to confirm. Avoid dust, smoke, pollens, moulds, pets furs. If asthma confirmed, then inhaled asthma medicine are better and are to be used regularly.

Sensitivtiy can also b bcoz of cavities. Go for a thorough check up if cavities r there get them filled or it can b bcoz of wear off enamel surface or receeding gums around the neck of the tooth meantime you can try the sensitivity toothpastes if no relief is ther ein 2 weeks then visit your dentist.

Hope the following remedies will help you. A sugar mix in a bowl add 3tbsp of sugar, one lemon (juice) and honey. Mix all these ingredients together to make one application. Apply the mixture on your zone and in reverse manner try to weaken the pubic hair. This is one of the best natural way or home remedy to remove pubic hair. A besan application all you need is one cup of besan, salt and a little water. Apply this combination everyday till the hair weakens in the zone. This application however takes a long time in hair removal, but it has no side effects. Honey & sugar treat this home remedy will work for those who don't have coarse hair. Mix two tbsp of honey in 1 tsbp of sugar. Combine the ingredients and apply it on the zone. Use a strip to wax the hair.

Kindly stop gutka. Visit your dentist soon; preferably an oral pathologist or oral medicine specialist. By your symptom and history it may be an early submucous fibrosis, a condition in which there is reduction in mouth opening when person is habitual to gutka or supari chewing.

Stop bottle feeding if doing, apply zinc oxide cream frequently in peri anal area if redness is seen in this area. keep this area dry by changing soiled nappies frequently. Exclusive breast feeding for first 6 months of life is recommended before starting weaning foods.

Stool mixed with blood is suggestive of infection. An antibiotic treatment is needed. Give plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. Giving probiotic and zinc helps in early recovery.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Sir, I am very anxious nowadays. I have university exams now. I feel disturbed about exams. But I cracked entrance exam and scored good marks before. There was no problem at that time only small fear but it didn't disturbed me. Now from this exam I am very anxious. My hands some time shiver, high heart rate and blurred vision. I checked blood sugar. But that is not matter. I think I couldn't write exam. Does it an anxiety disorder or other problem? What can I do to manage this?

It is just anxiety and you have to calm mind and meditaion will help. If you have a large project that needs work, clearly identify a path that you will use to get started working on it. If the sequence of actions isn’t obvious, it will be difficult to concentrate. Taking a few minutes to plan not only your end result, but the order you will complete any steps, can save hours in wasted thinking. 5) Know the Rules Get clear on what the guidelines are for the task ahead. What level of quality do you need? What standards do you need to follow? What constraints are there? If the rules aren’t clear from the outset, you will slip out of concentration as you ponder them later. 6) Set a Deadline Deadlines have both advantages and disadvantages when trying to force concentration. A deadline can make it easier to forget the non-essential and speed up your working time. If you give yourself only an hour to design a logo, you will keep it simple and avoid fiddling with extravagant designs. Time limits have disadvantages when they cause you to worry about the time you have left instead of the task itself. 7) Break down Roadblocks Roadblocks occur whenever you hit a tricky problem in your work. This can happen when you run out of ideas or your focus wavers. Break down roadblocks by brainstorming or planning on a piece of paper. Writing out your thought processes can keep you focused even if you might become frustrated. 8) Isolate Yourself Become a hermit and stay away from other people if you want to get work done. Unless your work is based on other people they will only break your focus. Create a private space and refuse to talk to anyone until your work is finished. Put a sign on your door to steer away drop-ins and don’t answer your phone. 9) Healthy Body, Sharper Mind What you put into your body affects the way you concentrate. Nobody would expect peak performance if they showed up drunk to work. But if you allow yourself to get chronic sleep deprivation, overuse stimulants like caffeine or eat dense, fatty foods your concentration will suffer. Try to cut out one of your unhealthy habits for just thirty days to see if there is a difference in your energy levels. I’ve found even small steps can create dramatic changes in my ability to focus. 10) Be Patient Before I write an article, I often sit at my desk for a fifteen or twenty minutes before I put finger on the keyboard. During this time I feel a strong urge to leave or do something else. But I know that if I am patient, I’ll stumble upon an idea to write about and enter a state of flow. Without a little patience, you can’t take advantage of flow when it rushed through you. If you need strong concentration I recommend periods of 90-120 minutes. Any less than that and you will waste too much time getting started before the flow can continue. More than this is possible to sustain focus, but you will probably benefit from a quick break. It's due to performance anxiety. Avoid stress. Drink plenty of fluids and take ashwagandha -tablet twice daily with milk. It'll help.

Hello- Its necessary to make a correct diagnosis first in order to cure penile infections with ayurvedic remedies. As you haven't posted enough details, you can try these general tips. -Avoid foods which has high sugar content and carbohydrate. -Wash your genitals with Neem leaves decoctions and make it dry. -Apply tea tree oil locally. -Vinegar (local application) also poses good healing properties if the infection is fungal. -Drink plenty of water at least 8 glass a day. -Consume freshly prepared yogurt, its probiotic action provides immunity from infections.
