I have faced stomach pain issue as I have irregular periods happen for one or two days in a month. Also hemoglobin is also very low about 8gm and I am currently taking thyroid tablet of 5 mg. I have high weight according to my height. Please suggest.

What precautions should I take to maintain blood sugar level so that I can avoid diabetes?

Which means: 1) maintain near normal weight, exercise regularly for at least 1 hour a day. 2) avoid too much of sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, sweetened aerated drinks, pastries, fructose corn syrup containing products and high fat milk products. 3) consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads and fruits. 4) avoid alcohol and smoking. Your caloric intake should be just exact to the need based on ideal body weight and extent of daily exercise.

Hi. Previously I asked about my problem of planter fictitious. For this I met a ayurvedic Dr. He told me that I hav a problem of blood heat. He gave me a list of food vegetables which are comes in cold nature. But with this he took my blood from my feet veins approximately a full of mid size katori. I dnt understand this .after that I feel very pain in my feet. He prescribed me fr 15 days medicine. Aftr 15 days he will repeat the process. please suggest me what should I do.
