Hello Lybrate user. As you mentioned that you hav multiple joint pain & stiffness. There might be few possible causes for this but after only a proper history n clinical examination a professional can reach to a conclusion for your condition. Presently problem your facing might be because of multiple joint osteoarthritis, Small joints more over affected in rheumatoid.in ankylosing spongy .in morning your joint and spine will feel tired n stiff but as far as you involved in daily routine works you will feel better. Another possible reason can lack of calcium, d3, vit b12. Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. As you r working in front of computer just walk in between your work whenever you get tym, or if not then do some desk stretches or in the morning just do stretches or jogging for 10-20 minutes only, after that be hydrated always, then tym to tym keep your eye off to your computer screen so as to prevent them from damage, have some healthy snacks like salad, fruits, nuts etc along with you so as to refill your body every 2 hrs. Hope you take my advise forward. Nd for any other nutritional advise or diet chart you can consult me anytime using private consultant option. Take a gud care of urself. Have a gud day. Is ankle pain related to some disease? I have ankle pain from last two days please suggest me what to do?

Is ankle pain related to some disease? I have ankle pain from last two days please suggest me what to do?
Ankle pain could be caused by an injury, like a sprain, or by a medical condition, such as arthritis. Ankle sprain is one of the most common causes of ankle pain. For immediate at-home treatment of ankle pain, the RICE method is recommended. This includes: Rest — Avoid putting weight on your ankle. Try to move as little as possible for the first few days. Use crutches or a cane if you have to walk or move. Ice — Begin by putting a bag of ice on your ankle for at least 20 minutes at a time. Do this three to five times a day for three days after the injury. This helps reduce swelling and numb pain. Give yourself about 90 minutes between icing sessions. Compression — Wrap your injured ankle with an elastic bandage, like an ACE bandage. Do not wrap it so tightly that your ankle becomes numb or that your toes turn blue. Elevation — Whenever possible, keep your ankle raised above heart level on a stack of pillows or other type of support structure. Once your pain subsides, gently exercise your ankle by rotating it in circles. Rotate both directions, and stop if it begins to hurt. You can also use your hands to gently flex the ankle up and down. These exercises will return your range of motion and help exercise your ankle, lowering your risk of reinjury. If you still have pain. Please consult a nearby Physiotherapist.

1. Apply a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar directly on the scar. 2. Gently massage the area so that the apple cider vinegar can be absorbed fully by the scar. 3. Allow the apple cider vinegar to dry up on its own. 4. Once you are sure that it is dry, repeat the process. 5. This can be done several times. Results can be seen after about a month of doing this process every day.
