Increased creatinine is reflection of decreased kidney function which is common complication of long standing diabetes and there there is no medicine which can reduce cretinine. Treatment is aimed to preserve kidney function as long as possible by controlling diabetes, BP and avoiding nephrotoxic drugs. When kidney functions deteriorate despite these efforts dialysis is done and renal transplant is the final answer.

You just have healthy diet and exercise to gain stamina. You can make your body fit by proper diet and exercise as well. To build your stamina, don’t just rely on physical activity, you also need to watch what you eat. Include a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables 1. Just do Warm up for ten to fifteen minutes of easy running. 2. For mental tiredness - do meditation and yoga 3. Mix it up. Run for two minutes at high intensity and then jog slowly for two-minutes, thirty-seconds. Run at top speed for 30 seconds and then jog for 45 seconds. Mix up your intervals at random. 4.Cool down for fifteen to twenty-five minutes. 5. All types of outdoor sports are best to overcome fatigue and boost your stamina level; this is because it is a form of aerobic exercise. Sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart 6. Include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. DIET TO INCREASE STAMINA- Peanut butter is also excellent for building stamina. It is high in calories and digests slowly. Consume peanut butter in combination with complex carbs. Lean meat, fish, chicken and eggs (IF YOU ARE NON- VEGETARIAN" Rich in protein, these foods are important for growth and development, muscle building and repair. -Be sure to eat breakfast -Eating fruits can provide you with immediate energy.-Avoid simple, processed sugars.-Incorporate foods that are rich in omega-3 into your diet.-Mineral dense foods can increase stamina - take green tea these above ways will help you boost stamina. I hope this will help you. For more queries contact.

I am suffering from hereditary can you please suggest a diet to reduce my weight.

I am suffering from hereditary can you please suggest a diet to reduce my weight.
Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: it is important for you to find the right kind of weight reduction method to get back into shape and never fall prey to diet pills and weight loss supplement advertisements that you come across on television channels and the internet. If you are able to combine a proper and healthy diet with an exercise regime, then this could be your passport to the fastest way to lose weight and that too naturally. The first and foremost thing that you should remember is that you should not skip meals or eat at irregular times in any weight loss plan. If you ever thought that skipping a meal or two an eating a hearty meal only once a day is never going to help in reducing your weight. Also, make sure that you set realistic weight loss target goals before beginning a weight loss program and try to achieve the set target. Always bear in mind that you can only stretch your body to a certain limit with rigorous exercise routines (30-45 minutes treadmill) and a well-balanced and healthy diet plan.

I am 64 years male, leading a very active life. Cycling, walking, gym and golf are my regular activities. From last about 3 months, I am gaining some weight. About 2.5 kgs. Can not understand the reason, as nothing has changed in my life style. I will mention here that I drink regularly and even left drinking for 12 days about a month ago. But no difference in the weight. Please advice.

Its very good that you are physically activ at the age of 64, you have not mentioned your present weight, as the age increases our metabolic rate decreases so we have to reduce caloric intake, go for following basic investigation 1. Blood sugar fasting & 2 hr pp 2. Hb a1c 3. Tsh review after reports.
