Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

Hello, Mild Pericardial effusion RV side is associated with tubercular diathesis which is treatable by Homoeopathy by providing proper Characterized Homeopathic case recording for your individualized treatment else your problem will persist. However the related discussion is as under: Assessment of Pericardial diseases Although the purpose of the pericardium is mainly to protect the heart and provide lubrication, it also has important hemodynamic effects on the cardiac chambers. The nondistensible pericardium limits the acute distension of the ventricles and contributes to ventricular coupling: the distension of one ventricle alters the filling of the other, an effect that is important in the pathophysiology of cardiac tamponade and constrictive pericarditis. The pericardium is not seen normally on an echocardiogram neither is pericardial fluid. Therefore the visualization of either of these is pathological. Pericardial effusion Filling of the potential pericardial space with fluid or blood results in a pericardial effusion. When the volume of fluid is small, it can be seen as a black echo-free space present only posterior to the heart in the parasternal short and long axis view, and may be present only in the systolic phase (fig. 1 and 2). When the volume of fluid is more than 25 ml, an echo free space exists all around the heart throughout the cardiac cycle. When the amount of fluid is massive, the heart may have a swinging motion in the pericardial cavity.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Will a person with Type 2 diabetes under control end up with the need for insulin?
Hello, diabetes mellitus (t2) occurs either due to deficiency of insulin or resistance to its action or both. Further in a person who is likely to develop diabetes beta cell (cells producing insulin) function starts going down even before actual disease develops. When diabetes is detected, beta cell function invariably comes to 50% of normal. If blood glucose in not well controlled then insulin producing cells are damaged more severely due to glucotoxicity (excess blood glucose). In any case there is progressive reduction in number of beta cells in a diabetic person hence invariably after many years of having diabetes oral drugs become ineffective, hence, patient has to be shifted on to insulin. Very few few patients may remain on only oral drugs for life time. Thanks.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 5yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance. All the best!

get examined by a genral surgeon , or you can have ultrasound of scrotum . for diagnosis. Premature ejaculation is one of the common sexual problem man faces in some time in his life, is sometimes a symptom to underlying cause. Like too infrequent sex, over excirment, physical reasons urinary stones,hyperthyroidism, hence cause has to be found. And treating the undrelying cause corrects the ejaculation time on the otherhand mostly controlled my mind, Common solutions are , divert mind while enjoying sex, don?t get much involved, slow down all activities, take small brakes, stop, then start, then stop, do non penitrative activities in betwwen genrally delays ejaculation .

Your skin will be healthy and the face will be bright once you maintain healthy life style and disciplined habits. *. Take nutritious and timely food. *. Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, pulses, greens, milk and whole grains *. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. *. Have timely and adequate sleep. Your body will be fresh after good night sleep. *. Be relaxed and avoid tension *. Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and all parts of body. Facial massage will also promote good circulation. *. Hair, which do not have enough moisture to shine and have a rough texture are called dry hair. Hair go dry when natural oil from hair get reduced. It happens due to prolonged exposure to sun, use of harsh water or swimming in chlorinated water, overuse of hair dryers, malnutrition of medical conditions.

Here are 10 Home Remedies for Dry Hair. Give your hair -

1) Goodness of Milk: To heal dry hair, pour some unboiled milk in a bowl. Soak a cotton ball in the milk and apply it directly on hair and scalp. After one hour, wash your hair thoroughly.

2) Conditioning of Eggs: One of the highly recommended remedies for dry hair is egg yolk. Egg yolk works as a natural moisturizer and conditioner for dry hair. Also, for moisturizing rough hair egg whites can be used. Separate white part of egg and damp it on hair. Leave it for 20 minutes and then, wash it off.

3) Nourishment of Sesame Oil: Sesame oil is excellent in nourishment. As it is rich in vitamins and minerals, it helps in strengthening hair and increasing blood circulation in the scalp.

4) Treatment of Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar is very effective in treating dryness of hair. A simple pack or massage of apple cider vinegar works wonders. Apply it with the help of a cotton ball on the scalp and hair. Rinse it off after 5-10 minutes.

5) Richness of Coconut Oil: Coconut oil is the magical remedy for curing dry hair. Massage your scalp with the oil. It is beneficial to use warm coconut oil.

7) Strength of Curry Leaves: Curry leaves are a great remedy for the treatment of hair. They are enriched with calcium, vitamins, phosphorous, and iron. Heat two tablespoons of coconut oil adding 5-6 curry leaves in it for a few minutes and allow it to cool down. Apply it on the scalp and hair.

8) Moisture of Curd/Yogurt: Yogurt is a natural conditioner for dry hair. Apply it as a mask on hair. The moisturizing properties of yogurt quick heal dryness of hair.

9) Smoothening of Fenugreek Seeds: Fenugreek(methi) seeds are great natural remedy for dry hair. The conditioning properties of fenugreek seeds makes hair smooth and silky.

10) Beauty of Bananas: Bananas are excellent for treatment of dry hair. They are rich in potassium, antioxidants, and vitamins, which makes them a beautifying fruit. For the treatment of dry hair, you need to prepare a pack out of banana paste and apply on scalp and hair.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. I assure you that you definitely gain weight & height fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Actually sir/madam my brother used to be more fair complexed guy. But due to it's excessive sweating nature and exposure to sunlight regularly he lost his all glowingness of his face and skin. His face specially sweats more. Please suggest some allopatheic/home/ayurvedic medicines and cosmetic products to regain his previous glowingness and healthy face (skin), besides diet.

Let him start using Bioforce's Blooume - 55 ointment (for clear skin) twice daily and also use Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen, 20-30 minutes before stepping out under the sun. Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. Home Remedies: Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with enough pineapple juice to make a paste. Apply the paste to your face and neck. Leave it on until the paste dries completely. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy two or three times a week to reduce the appearance of spots on skin. Make a paste by mixing equal amounts of turmeric powder and gram flour with a little water or milk. Apply it evenly on your skin and leave it on until it dries. Wash it off with lukewarm water, scrubbing your skin gently in a circular motion. Follow this remedy once a week to lighten your skin tone and remove scars. Extract the gel from an aloe vera leaf. Apply the gel on your face using a cotton ball. Allow it to dry on its own for about half an hour, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy daily or several times per week. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices, and rub them thoroughly all over your face. Leave it on overnight and rinse with warm water in the morning. Do this daily before going to bed. Alternatively, make a mixture with equal amounts of cucumber juice and lemon juice. Apply this mixture to your skin, allow it to dry completely, and then wash it off with warm water. Do this daily.

Posture correction sit straight keep leg raise do stretching exercise of spine and legs avoid medicine and do hot fermentation and rest avoid long sitting and toward bending. If it work then ok other wise physiotherapy treatment must.
