Hello, Go for meditation to reduce your stress to nourish hair follicles. Tk, plenty of water  to moisten your  scalp to check dandruff, inorder to condition hair follicles. Gastric disorder, triggers hair loss, hence, tk,  easily digestible diet on time to check gastric disorder ,avoiding  sweets, suggery items, fried and oily food. Tk, apples, carrots, tomatoes, protein, grams, beans, nuts, soy milk, walnuts, flaxseed, fish. Avoid, junkfood,  alcohol & nicotine, scorching Sun & dust. Hi, melasma is often associated with the female hormones estrogen and progesterone. It is especially common in pregnant women, women who are taking oral contraceptives pills, and women taking hormone replacement therapy during menopause. It is thought that estrogen contributes to its development in predisposed persons, but estrogen is not essential to the development of melasma, however, as men may also be affected. Sun exposure is also a strong risk factor for melasma. It is particularly common in tropical climates. Melasma develops due to a combination of genetic, hormonal and sun related factors. Deficiency of folic acid during pregnancy can also lead to development of melasma. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - sepia 30/ 3 times a day daily for 3 months initially. Revert. (not to be taken if you have conceived or else planning a child).

Hi Doctor, I am at age of 40. Last few days I feel my self very weak even my office colleagues noticed that I am looking more weak that time I also feel the same. Last 3-4 months where my mom and my child were ill and hospitalised and due to over exertion this can happened, where I did not take food in time not even got sleep fully is this impact on my health. BUT above all where I am looking thin n weak still my weight has been constant ie 59, how it is possible? Then what factors I am looking more thin n weak? AND wht should I follow things for better health? Kindly suggest any supplements n medicines which cause inner good health.

Then schedule demanding activities when your energy levels are typically at their peak. 8. Shed extra weight. Losing extra weight can provide a powerful energy boost Some people may benefit by eating smaller meals more frequently during the day. This may help to steady your blood sugar level. I am 21 years old. I had viral fever from 10 sept which continues around 2 weeks during that I took dolo 650. And after I recovery I had intercourse with my boyfriend on 29 sept. We had it after 8 months gap. 29th wasn't the ovulation time too and moreover he withdrew before ejaculation. My period is 15 days delay actually it was due on 3rd Oct. I got negative results when I took the test with sugar and urine. Can I get pregnant? Please help me. I am not ready for pregnancy.

Fever can lead to delay in period but pregnany must be ruled out. Check with hormone urine pregnancy kit or blood HCG test. If negative take tablets for withdrawal bleeding.
