Yes hole in heart can be closed surgically and also by less invasive method. That depends upon the location of the hole and direction of flow througj that hole. It can be assesed by your cardiologist and he can guide you.

How to decrease weight in gym or a healthy diet after and before gym.Please tell.
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: MORNING: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2.200 jumping jacks. 3.100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. EVENING: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3.150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4.200 mountain climbers. 5.50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6.200 mountain jumpers. 7.100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hello lybrate user- oily skin and pimples in this age suggest of improper liver functioning which happens due improper food intake and schedule. Try these ayurvedic medicines- 1) tab arogyawardhini vati 1 tab twice daily. 2) maha manjisthadi kadha 2 tsp twice daily. 3) khadira rishta 2 tsp twice daily with water. 4) avoid spicy, sour, salty foods, fast foods, fried foods and non-vegetarian diet. 5) go to bed before 10 pm and wake up before 6: 30 am and go for running. Your problem will be solved in few weeks.

1. Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily 2. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily 3.. Take Viscodyne D syrup 2tsf thrice daily 4. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief .5. consult me for further advice

High blood sugar occurs when the insulin in the body fails to metabolize the sugar from the food, which raises the amount of glucose in your blood. It is a metabolic disorder which can be managed effectively with the help of lifestyle modifications such as exercise and food. This article is going to focus on the foods that you can eat to lower your blood sugar levels.

Here are 9 foods that you can use to reduce blood sugar levels:

  1. Cinnamon: Cinnamon is a herb which is very effective in getting your blood sugar down to manageable levels. You can simply sprinkle cinnamon on your food before eating it.

  2. Fenugreek (methi): Fenugreek is a common spice which is used in almost all Indian cuisines. It has a number of health benefits, one of which is reducing blood sugar levels. Soaking fenugreek in water and then drinking it the next day is a very effective remedy in combating sugar problems.

Start with Physiotherapy treatment and learn spinal exercise. Don't sit on floor. Don't drive. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take Calcium and multivitamin with vitamin D 3 for 2 month. Use lumber spine belt

There are so many causes of mouth ulcers like- -stress or tissue injury is thought to be the cause of simple mouth ulcers. -certain foods, including citrus or acidic fruits and vegetables (such as lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, tomatoes and strawberries), can trigger a mouth ulcer. -sometimes a sharp tooth surface also trigger mouth ulcers. -some cases of complex mouth ulcers are caused by an underlying health condition, such as an impaired immune system; nutritional problems, such as vitamin b-12, zinc, folic acid, or iron deficiency and gastrointestinal tract disease, such as coeliac disease and crohn's disease. -when you first quit smoking, you may develop more mouth ulcers than normal, but this is temporary. Usually ulcer heals by itself only within 1 week. You can take becosule capsule' once in a day for 1 week for faster recovery. Temporarily you can apply mucopain gel over ulcer for relief.

Bleeding while eating n brushing are signs of gum infection. Get scaling n polishing done. Maintain the same with proper oral hygiene habits. Start using a mouthwash.

That's a very serious thing and it will affect your general health. Try to find out the cause behind it. If you r suffering from any stress or depression, let me know in detail about it. Avoidance of the cause should be the first line of treatment. You may start with ayurvedic treatment which is safe, effective and reliable.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

For making periods on regulsr time these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily. • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb. Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily. If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or, syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor..• Practice Yogasana like Chakrasana & Pawanmuktasana daily under the guidance of yoga expert. • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4, TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular.

About 1 year ago construction work was going in our house, I bent down and lifted up a big heavy stone and my backbone sounded like (tik tik), after that day I am getting low backpain I have not taken any medical advise or any medicine yet. When I get up in morning at that time I get maximum pain and in rest of the day I get pain only when I sit on chair or sofa. Tell me how can I become normal, without this Backpain?

For glowing & smooth skin - • Apply or rub one teaspoon of honey on your face and leave it for 30 minutes , and then wash off it. Honey is best moisturiser. • You can use two teaspoons of milk with two teaspoons of honey and a pinch of sugar mix it and apply it for 10 minutes on your face and then wash off it. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • You can apply aloevera gel on your face. It will smooth your skin . • Use moisturizer contain Vitamin E Or take two capsules of vitamin E ( cap Evion ),open it and squeeze out their liquid on your palm or directly mix it with cream or moisturizer you have and apply daily on it on your face at night daily

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c. Apply kojic acid based cream at night.
