I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 24 kgs in an year. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim..>> Add more 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. .>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim..>> Love yourself and respect your body.

  1. Tension problems - can have somatic, psychological, social dimensions. headaches, bodyaches, abdominal complaints, palpitations, depressions, worry, suspicions, obsessions, fears, sleeplessness, anger etc
  2. And tension thoughts cause >Feelings and Behaviors.
  3. Based on assumption or guess that most emotional and behavioral reactions-wrong habits are learned.
  4. Benefit of remaining calm or at least neutral when faced with difficult situations. (If you are upset by your problems, you now have 2 problems: 1) the problem, and 2) your tension about the problem
  5. "Rational thoughts." –are Facts and not assumptions
  6. Most emotional and behavioral reactions are learned.That is bad learning
  7. What is irrational thinking? It is wrong thinking
  8. I need love and approval from those around to me.
  9. I must avoid disapproval from any source.
  10. To be worthwhile as a person I must achieve success at whatever I do.
  11. I can not allow myself to make mistakes.
  12. People should always do the right thing. When they behave badly, unfairly or selfishly, they must be blamed and punished.
  13. Things must be the way I want them to be.
  14. My unhappiness is caused by things that are outside my control – so there is nothing I can do to feel any better.
  15. I must worry about things that could be dangerous, unpleasant or frightening – otherwise they might happen.
  16. I must avoid life’s difficulties, unpleasantness, and responsibilities. You will try but not always succeed
  17. Everyone needs to depend on someone stronger than themselves.
  18. Events in my past are the cause of my problems – and they continue to influence my feelings and behaviours now.
  19. I should become upset when other people have problems, and feel unhappy when they’re sad.
  20. I shouldn’t have to feel discomfort and pain.
  21. Every problem should have an ideal solution.

Ego disturbance:

  1. Emotional tension resulting from the perception that one’s ‘self’ or personal worth is threatened – and lead to other problems such as avoidance of situations where failure, disapproval, etc. might occur.
  2. Looking to other people for acceptance; and unassertive behaviour through fear of what others may think. 
  3. Discomfort disturbance:
  4. Results from demands about others (e.g. ‘People must treat me right’) and about the world (e.g. “The circumstances under which I live must be the way I want”).

· A = Activating Event of tension.

· B = Beliefs, Thoughts, Attitudes, Assumptions of tension.

· C = Consequences, Feelings, Emotions, Behaviors, Actions of tension.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Perhaps you have chest affection/cold/congestion You need to take Bryonia 30 thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Do avoid taking cold food/drinks Also direct exposure to fan/AC

Why I am getting too much oil and acne on face since 3 months. Even my skin also get darker.
These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.
