Rheumatoid arthritis is a self limiting disease. Acute phase can be managed with medicines. Physiotherapy helps in preventing contractures & deformities. Keep your moral up! any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4-5 days, contact me again.

You can start with mosit heat pack and shoulder pendular exc.( check on youtube). There can be many reasons for shoulder pain. You need to consult physio or orthopaedician for further prescription. Pendular exc are safe for all conditions to relieve pain. I hope I helped you !

Spleen swelling be blood disorder and you need to check up blood CBC and pbs and marrow test also may be needed . For sleep you can take a sleep pill for a week

Hello Lybrate user. Groin pain is usually common in athlete due to athletic activities n prolong stand n stretches. Do apply ice packs for 20 minutes a time repeat atleast thrice a day, ther kinesio taping for groin can help n heal muscle fibre. Take NSAID (ibuprofen), have rest. If it doesn't work visit physiotherapist near by. Thanks.

Please take led. Pal. 30 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Calcarea fluor 6x / 4 tabs thrice a day for one month. Keep a 10 to 15 minutes gap in between these medicines. Revert back after one month with feedback.

I deliver a baby girl on 27th Jan 2017. I have been experiencing joint pain and fatigue. My pelvic area also hurts. Once I am in a lying position it gets difficult to get up. The same is the case even when I sit on the floor. Also when I wake up in the morning my fingers are stiff and painful. Please suggest.

Hello Rachel. Thank you for contacting. A detailed examination is required. It is a common problem after pregnancy. Mild exercise will help in reducing pain in joints. A proper technique should be followed for lying to sitting. Posture maintenance is very benificial. Physiotherapy is very effective for joints and pelvic floor strengthning. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine rhus toxicodendron 30 (3 drops four times a day) kali phosphoricum 6x (5 tablets three times a day) take them hor 10 days. Take them one hr after meal. Make a gap of 15 mins between above medicines. Update me after that for follow up. Good luck in life.

My daughter was injured by a cycle Tyre hitting her feet about 14 days back. We went to two orthopedic doctors one after another. Both of them found no fracture but soft tissue damage. She is taking pain killer, applying ointments and hot and cold pack treatment. But till now she is feeling pain on her upper part of the feet and unable to walk. Please help.

Dear user please get your vit D test done and x-ray of lumbar spine. And avoid standing long at a stretch also make a good sitting posture. Along use a remedy Rhus Tox 200 once daily x 7 days.

You can try steroid injections in knee. They are cheap and pretty safe. But if knees are very damaged then operation can be good for long term.

Numbness may be because of peripheral neuropathy or vascular compromise. The cause of peripheral neuropathy may be deranged blood sugar. Take multivitamin like neurokind plus. Get your blood sugar and colour doppler of lower limbs done. You may consult a physician for detailed physical examination and management.

Dear you can definately go for the surgery. But before opting for surgery, I would suggest you to try ayurvedic medicines atleast for 3 months. Rx. 1. Tab. Rumayog gold - 1 tab twice daily for 15 days 2. Tab. Yograj guggul - 2 tab. Vatgajankush -2 1 dose twice daily for 3 months 3. Tab. Reosto - 1 tab twice daily for three months 4. I am suffering with heel problem since 6, 7 months . What is the reason for this pain.
It can be either plantar fascitis, or calcanear spur. Though without seeing your feet and examining it properly, exact diagnosis can't be done. Still i'll give you some general suggestions. Don't wear heels, wear flats, if possible wear sandals/shoes made of mcr material, every morning as soon as you get up, before placing the feet on the ground, do some general up-down and sideways movement of feet, then take a tub filled with lukewarm water, add some salt in it, immerse your feet in it, and again do feet movements for 10-15 mins, then place a cloth or towel on the floor, place your feet over it and curl your toes, ie, bend your toes and relax, continuously for 20 times, then do calf muscles self stretching for sometime. All these will gradually reduce your problem. Visit a physiotherapist personally for some other treatments for pain relief.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
