if your pp sugar level is 300 mg/100 ml, then diabetes is not in control. You need to add some more drugs with the advise from your doctor. What is the hba1c%, is it below 7%? also how active you are, because exercise ad weight reduction helps in better control of blood sugar.

I am very sensitive feel pain when I saw any children or old age suffering for food or shelter 2ND problem is my mind gets very much disturbed when I try to find an answer to a question that after death what happens to the property of a human which is called soul I know the answer that it is a real fact but why it disturbs me please help out I have crossed a life with struggle like migration from Kashmir residing in tents for 7 years and now after a struggle am on respected position but again this question which is a point of disturbance Best regards.

Hi lybrate-user! You have gone through difficulties in life, struggled hard, as you told life in Kashmir is really tough, that is the reason your heart and mind is so soft and sensitive. I will suggest you it is up to you to carry out or not, you can do some social service like providing food for the poor, food or clothing or donation to the orphans or orphanage, which will give you emotional satisfaction. You need to keep going on and on right. There are people who are good as well as bad, it is a mixture of good and evil, you can't actually stay stagnant at one point and keep thinking about this 4G life, which is Kaliyug according to Lord Vishnu, if you do so people will cheat and let you down. You are good, be good, do good, live good, but do not interfere in others affair unless otherwise you have the power to do so, it is proverb survival of the fittest, that is this 4G LIFE AND WORLD. Everything has changed. So you need to do your duty alone cannot expect the result. Soul as you know is immortal, it takes the place of another body after one body is destructed just like tearing our clothes, that is the chain. Be strong. Be good. Live good till your breath. Take care.

They say that the easiest way to remove negative thoughts is to fill it up with positive thoughts. If you focus on removing negative thoughts, it will come back even stronger! paradoxical intention! But if you focus on engaging in productive activities, challenging and satisfying activities and leave the negative thoughts alone, they will go away! no need to bother about them. Very useful technique! try it out.. Give more time for your hobbies; re-engage in old hobbies that you stopped, relive the earlier days, go out with friends, think of life as a short lived opportunity to be happy, not as a long burdensome journey to face problems!

It can be solved. Take everyday oil massage on both knees with ksheerabala tail for about 2-3 months, following hot water bath. Practice yoga which strengthens knee joints. Proper food and diet is essential.

Exercise for Pregnant Women

Walking during pregnancy is the best cardiovascular exercise. A pregnant women can do it at home or anywhere else. Walking is a great, safe exercise for pregnant women. It’s an ideal way to make sure that you’re getting the exercise you need in pregnancy. Brisk walking works your heart and lungs.


    Start with a short, comfortable stroll and gradually increase the duration of the walk.
    Once you’ve got into the habit of walking regularly, you can build up to faster, 30-minute walking sessions, four or more times a week.
    You can walk for longer than that. Slow down or stop if you feel tired or feel any pain.

Swimming is safe in pregnancy.


    Swimming helps to keep you fit, which will make it easier to adapt to pregnancy.
 Swimming is a particularly good exercise in pregnancy, as the water helps to support your extra weight.
 It’s usually safe for you to swim throughout your pregnancy.


Benefits of swimming:
• improve circulation
• boost heart and lung function
increase muscle tone and strength
• build endurance
• reduce swelling and fluid retention
• burn calories, which helps to manage weight gain
• promote good sleep.
Yoga


Yoga in pregnancy

Wear loose, comfortable, light clothing. Yoga is easier to do if you’re barefoot, so you don’t need any special footwear.
Yoga should be practiced daily. Join regular aerobic exercise too, such as brisk walking or swimming. This will complement your yoga practice and help to develop muscle tone, strength and stamina.

Pilates makes your body strong, flexible and balanced. It involves a series of movements and positions that help to improve your strength. • strengthen your tummy muscles, which equips your body better to cope with the strains caused by the weight of your growing baby.
• reduces back pain, by exercising the deepest tummy muscles that stabilize your back and pelvis. Weak muscles can lead to back or pelvic pain.
• strengthen your pelvic floor, which will help to support your bowel, bladder and uterus (womb) as your baby grows and moves down.
• pilates exercises strengthen your core and may make you more stable when you walk as your bump grows.
• takes the strain off your back and pelvis, by using positions such as going on your hands and knees, which is a great position for pregnancy.
Aerobics

Aerobic exercise gets your heart beating a little faster, and makes you slightly out of breath.
Doing regular, low-impact aerobic exercise in pregnancy will help you to:
• strengthen your heart and lungs tone your muscles ease pregnancy aches and pains get a better night’s sleep.
• all of this will help you to stay positive and make you better equipped to cope with the demands of pregnancy and birth.

at the age 27 you will not gain weight my friend, height is gained mostly upto 21, to gain weight firstly start doing surya namaskar daily in morning and also do prithvi mudra for 20 minutes these 2 are wonder exercises to gain weight naturally. eat lots of paneer, curd, banana, almonds, seasonal fruits and vegetables to gain weight.
