Please do not take remedy for this. Be natural with what you have. If you take remedies for this problem it leads to some side effects.

My age is 23. Height 6 ft. Weight 76 kg. Sir my question is that what is an normal indian testis size?
The tanner stages of measuring male testicle size are: Testicle Size Image Childhood – 1 to 3 ml Early Puberty – 4 to 6 ml Mid Puberty – 8 to 10 ml Late Puberty – 14 to 16 ml Adulthood – 18 to 25 ml The tanner staging is a pretty good reference in order to determine testicle developmental stage as well as “average” testicle size for a certain age.

Sir I am short height boy, So how it will be possible for me to grow it? Please advice
First you need to under stand some thing that the height a person attains is mostly decided right from the time a person is born, by his genetics. Height is mostly hereditary and a persons height is determined by the height of the father or mother. Still some inches of growth is possible by taking some healthy steps which you should always try. Try taking a healthy food and never skip a break fast. Sleep adequately. Growth hormone is released at night in sleep and you should give sufficient time to sleep. Do regular exercise. Preferably stretching exercises like skipping, hanging from the bar or standing tall on ones toes. Also sports such as badminton and basketball also increases the height. Adequate weight control is essential to divert your energy to increase in height. You can try all of them regularly and just hope for the best. Don't fall for all the super natural remedies claiming to increase height in 2-3 weeks.

It is the result of wrong treatment which has not fully cleared the cause of pimples. Pl pursue the following path to get rid of pimples permanently. Line of treatment for pimples: 1) start with washing the face 5-6 times a day. 2) take an enema for first 6 six days. 3) eat only fruits for these six days. Still better course will be to sustain on plain water for 2-3 days and then start on fruit diet. 4) apply steam on the face once every day for first six days and then twice a week. The method for applying steam is as follows: 5) take a vessel (topia or pateela or bhagona) of about 2 kg capacity. Fill it half by water and put it to full boil. When water starts to boil cover the vessel and put it on a table. The patient sits on a chair and covers his head, shoulders, upper back and the vessel by a thick multi folded bed cover. It should be large enough to not to let the steam escape from sides. Open the vessel cover a little at a time, keeping the face close to the vessel. Inhale steam through mouth and exhale through nose. Continue opening the vessel a little more at a time till it is completely open and the flow of steam stops. Wash the face with cold water. 6) come back to regular food but completely avoid spicy, fried foods. Eat lots of salads (not less than 200 gms with every meal) and fruits. Avoid fried foods, sugar and maida. 7) if you continue this way not only the pimples will go, the general health will also improve. The patients will experience reduced bouts of cold and cough. Sinus congestion will also be removed.

Plastic Vs Glass Vs Copper - Which Type Of Vessel Should Be Used To Store Water?

Plastic Vs Glass Vs Copper - Which Type Of Vessel Should Be Used To Store Water?

One of the most important aspects of staying healthy is to keep your body hydrated by drinking enough water. When it comes to drinking water, we stress on purifying it but do you ever stop to think about how you are storing your water? The vessel in which water is stored in not only contains it but also interacts with it and influences the chemical elements in it. In the old days, water was stored in earthen matkas but today, water bottles have become more popular. These bottles are commonly made of glass or plastic both of which can be harmful in the long run. Instead, Ayurveda suggests the use of copper vessels to store water. Here are a few reasons for this.

Plastic vs Glass vs Copper

One of the chemical elements present in all plastic bottles is Bisphenol A or BPA. This chemical has been linked to a number of diseases including cancer. They also contain a number of other toxins that are gradually absorbed by the water inside the bottle. Exposure to BPA when pregnant can lead to a woman giving birth to an underweight baby. This chemical can also affect the development of the brain and behaviour. Disposable mineral water bottles should never be reused for this reason. Plastic bottles also absorb odors and tend to leak after repeated use.

The glass is an inert material and hence when used to store water, does not influence it in any way. The two things you should look for, if you choose to buy glass bottles is that they are lead and cadmium free. However, glass bottles are not cheap and have a tendency to crack or break. Once broken, these bottles cannot be reused.

Copper also influences the chemical balance in the water. However, this does not harm the body in any way, but in fact, has a number of benefits. Copper acts as a natural sterilizer and has an oligodynamic effect on water stored in it. It has the ability to destroy a number of harmful pathogens that are commonly found in water. Copper is an element needed by the body and drinking water stored in a copper vessel supplies our body’s daily copper requirement.

Copper can also help regulate cholesterol, heart rate and blood pressure levels. Copper has also been associated with an ability to regulate thyroid functioning, ease joint pains, improve fertility, heal internal wounds, help in hemoglobin synthesis and in maintaining the proper acid-alkaline balance in our bodies. A copper bottle may seem a little expensive when you buy it but there is no chance of breakage. Hence, if handled properly, a copper bottle can last a lifetime.

From the given arguments it is clear that using a copper vessel is the best way to store water. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

No do not do this. The production of milk is dependent on suckling reflex. Milk production will stop on its own minus medicines if no body is fed. If you wish, you can donate milk to milk banks to be used by other mothers who are unable to feed.

You do not need the same treatment like your sister even though you have PCOD provided you do following life style modifications you can conceive normally. If you have PCOD then following guidelin. Get USG done for diagnosis You need Life style modification for PCOD for whole life, You should do physical activities like brisk walking or cycling or any activities which leads to perspiration daily for one hour. Start doing for 5 minutes in first week, 10 minutes in 2nd week, 15 minutes in 3rd week……….within 2-3 months you will reach to your target of doing exercises for one hour/day. You have to control taking high carbohydrate and lipid diet daily. E.g. If you want to take one SAMOSA or One Gulabjambu or one pizza or ice cream, you have to do extra workout for 30-60 minutes over above the daily one hour of daily exercises then only you can eat extra calories food otherwise not. So controlling calories intake and daily burning calories regularly wil help to loos one kg/month- slow and steady control over long period. With PCOD if your BMI remain between 20 to 25 everything will be fine otherwise you will develop Gestational diabetes duri.
