Supplements does not cause any harm to your sex life or any kind of disabilities. But it shouldn't be a steroidal supplement. Take soya proteins, milk, white part of egg, lots of fibers, drink plenty of water and take adequate sleep.

Hi, Take tab. Gasex 2-0-2 after food and tab. Avipattikara 1-1-1 for 10 - 15 days. Do not keep the stomach for log hours. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink 2-3 litres of water per day. Walk for 30 mins daily. Take Himcocid Syrup 2 tsf 3 times a day 15 mins before food to relieve belching and vomiting sensation.

Hello, well you may be suffering from tonsillitis. Start taking lukewarm water with salt n gargal regularly. Have ignitia 200 twice a day. Homoeopathic medicine are beneficial.

Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results.

Hi, looking at your age, height and weight it seems that you are not giving proper attention to your physical health. It may be due to your depression. I can understand your feelings. Over thinking leads to negativity. First find out the root cause of your problems by writing down your problems on a paper. Then write down the pros and cons of over thinking on that problem. You yourself will see the correct path to solve your problems. And before doing anything start loving yourself which I think you have stopped doing. All the best. :)

Hair fall can occur due to many reasons like stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors etc. We need to access the exact reason to start treatment. Home remedy. Take 100ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Use clean oil if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines if required will be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. Do it for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Let me know after it and I will advise accordingly.

Masturbation is a healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Most of the liquid contains only water and some fructose and hormones. Hence it does not drain your energy, rather it s your mind. Consult a psychiatrist, if you have excessive masturbation guilt.

Hello, first of all we' ve to know what is the the cause behind your pain, if its muscle weakness start strengthening. If it is joint wear and tear becos of your weight try to reduce weight. Or if it is an vitamin level is low then we' ve to try balance them. So in case your x-ray shows that your joint is worn out and all these above things doesn' t help then surgery would be the option. So go to an physiotherapist and take all the reports what you' ve, they will suggest you accordingly. Dr. Avanthi Prabhakar.

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *Consume more fresh fruit juice. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *wonder product which you already have in your kitchen and it can help you fight against pimples is baking soda. A mixture of baking soda and lemon juice can be applied on the skin to make it pimple free. Baking soda is an amphoteric compound which means it can work both as an acid and as a base. It helps in neutralizing the skin’s pH, imbalance in which is often a cause behind acne. It also dries the skin removing any extra oil and mixing some baking soda with water works wonderfully in cleansing and exfoliating our skin.

No, these are not symptoms of perimenopause stage. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Follow this and give feedback.

Hello, I am 26 years old male. When I was 22 and 23, my body was very strong and used to have good looking & strong muscles, and my skin was so fair. But now. My muscles (chest, shoulders, biceps, thighs, triceps, lads, back buttocks) are weak. Im not able do exercise more tym like before, not even 20 push ups continuously. Feeling weak. My strength and muscles d decreasing day by day. Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

I have this pain when I go to urinate. I can not wait long for urinating it hurts when I do not go. My gynae gave me meds for a UTI which includes an antibiotic, a medicine for gas which I am taking twice a day. I got myself for any infections but the reports came normal. Sometimes the burning remains even after I urinate. My urine has no smell. If I drink around 3 litres of water a day, the pain reduces but doesn't go away. I am about to complete my course of medicines in 2 more days. But I am afraid it's more than a simple local infection.

In summer season many females suffering from same complain. This is due physiology of female urinary tract. What happened is that due to heat more part of body water evaporate in form of sweat. So urine becomes acidic and it lead to burning and pain while urinating. Nothing to worry please complete the course which your doctor suggest you and follow up with them. You will be completely okay. Keep in mind that drink as much fluid as you can. Maintain hygiene of your urinary tract.
