Calcuim deficiency might be because of vitaminD 3 deficiency. Get it checked. Slight elevated alkaline phosphate levels are usually considered normal if rest of the liver function tests are normal.

I had taken bartya carb 3 and thuja 1M drops with sbl right hite for height increasing but I find no difference in my height.

Hello, you need to take step-up height increaser powder, 1 spoon with water in morning and another spoon with water at night before sleep. This is definitely going to help you. Better you go for this than taking those medicines, its because those medicines work slowly and your age has reached to such extent that after 1 year, it will stop growing. I am now 60 year old, I have blood pressure and I am taking medicine for the blood pressure. My weight is around 100 kg. My problems is that my penis is not be come hard so I am not able to do sex perfect.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

I'm underweight, my age- 28, height- 169 cm, weight-48, whenever I'm happy, my weight is increased , while my weight is increased, I'm becoming anxious whether I would get affected by cardiac arrest since hearing a few days ago the news that my friend's father died of heart attack. Sir I'm 20, I has black marks it was pimple and acen marks. These are having since many years. So how to clear the marks it may has home made medicine or English medicine what kind of medicine that has to be cured. Pls tell it look's like so dirty in my face and my skin is fair. These are the methods to treat fastly acne & marks • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every few hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

For last 7 years I am having pcod problem of irregular menses since then on medication metformin I know that exercise and losing weight is the only solution but I will not able to do it regularly as my body does not allow I became very exhausted & tired while doing so. I wanted to know am I taking right dosage metformin 850 sr twice in day or should I take any other medicine or in addition to that for pcod?

15 SIMPLE WAYS TO STAY HEALTHY FOREVER WITH AYURVEDA

● Wake up early, preferably by brahma muhurat (4 am)
● Complete your daily activities without any worries
● Brush your teeth with herbal sticks like khadir
● Have 1 tsp of triphala powder with cows ghee and honey
● Apply natural kajal (surma) in both the eyes
