Your thigh muscles are getting strained due to overexertion. Follow these tips; 1. Be gradual in your exercise. Gradually increase your workout intensity. Give at least one day break in your exercise regimen. 2. Do leg muscle stretches before gym and apply cold pack after exercises. 3. Take adequate liquids during and after gym. 4. Take well balanced nutritious diet rich in Calcium and vitamin D. 5. Take analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for 2 days to get relief. If problem persists consult again.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Me and my boyfriend met few days back, and we do had close relationship like touching and Kissing and all other types on non penetrative sexual interactions. Precum and some Sperms do evolved around near Vagina but no Sexual intercourse happened between us. But we fear that it could lead to Pregnancy after reading certain articles in internet. How could it happen without penetration? If So, is it legal in India to abort for a 19 years unmarried Female in Multi- Speciality hospitals with her own consent?

Hello, Contraception is better than abortion. Kindly educate yourself regarding contraception, safe sex practice and stds. Abortion is legalised only for certain indications and only Upto certain weeks of pregnancy.

Hi Take brahmi vati. Smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit. Make its powder and mix it. Then take these medicines with honey twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Do pranayama early morning for freshness. Avoid oily food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption. Eat green vegetables. Walk for at least 45 minutes a day.

Sir, am working in metro city I will go to my office regularly by car it took 1 hr to reach my office due to heavy traffic I will felt stress& pain in my legs especially in left knee after driving I feel this every day after my driving. Is there any exercise are some kind knee cap pls suggest me.

keep straight legs in long sitting do stretching exercise in daily routine. put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 20 time twice a day.

Hi My hand got fractured and the plaster is removed yesterday. But after removing the plaster, the hand is paining a lot, not able to move. It sticked at a place. If tries to move it hurts a lot. Pls suggest.

Hello Lybrate user After removing POP cast exercises are must to reeducate the involving muscle and to regain the strength of muscle too.In immobilise stage or Pop cast is necessary to heal the fracture. Once fracture is healed next stage to mobilise the joint with proper exercises. First week of exercise of that joint can be painful but proper smooth movement decreases pain day by day and joint becomes painfree & actively move. Exercise with advice of qualified physiotherapist only.
