Get through examination at dermatologist. Also avoid tight clothing. .wet undergarments. .reduce the weight. Use antifungal dusting powder 2-3 times a day.

For scar no cream or lotion will help .go for dermaroller or laser. Will get more satisfactory results. Discuss with nearby dermat.
