Your weight is normal according to your age. Check your Haemoglobin status increase protein in your diet. 1gm per kg per day.

So what can I do now?
Simple carbohydrates that have high amount of sugar and less fiber and nutrients like cakes, biscuits and white flour often redirect the nutrients consumed through other sources to the process of digestion of their own. They could indirectly lead to hair loss since sugar is known for slowing down the ability of the body to handle stress – and stress is a major factor for hair fall. Eating complex carbohydrates and fibrous food like wholemeal flour, bananas and beans, on the other hand, help digestion and body’s ability to carry nutrients to blood stream and effectively, to hair follicles.

Sir I have a habit of masturbation due to this I have dark circle under the eyes. Please give me solution to remove these dark circles.

Normally it is postulated that Masturbation is as good as intercourse. But that is not the fact. Due to excessive masturbation, following conditions are developed. 1) Guilty consciousness 2) inferiority complex 3) To keep isolation 4) To avoid interact with the people I am suggesting you that you don't need any medicine, just make some changes in your lifestyle, avoid isolation, be in group, have a good friends.

No it is just syncope. Due to continuous laughter oxygen supply to brain decreased and you fell unconscious. Don't worry.

Our hair determines our overall appearance in a major way. Long, black and shiny hair is often looked upon with admiration. In fact, in the present scenario, we leave no stone unturned to rid ourselves of various hair problems which we tend to face every day. Whitening or greying of hair is one such common problem. High levels of stress: the modern life along with its comforts brings a lot of stress and tension, whether it is work related or personal. The ultimate outcome is the occurrence of white hair. Genetics: the age at which your hair starts turning white is also determined by your genetics to a great extent. Thus, if your parents or grandparents suffered from premature greying of hair, then you are most likely to suffer from the same problem improper diet: a balanced diet plays an important role in maintaining the health of your body which includes your hair as well. Lack of vitamin b12 is the most common cause of white hair. Thus, to combat this problem it is advisable to increase the consumption of food rich in vitamin b12 such as tuna, sardines, salmon, beef, egg, lamb, cheese and milk emotional shock: sometimes, white hair occurs during a patch of time when a person is undergoing an emotional shock or turmoil. This is a temporary phenomenon and the growth of white hair automatically ceases after sometime. White hair treatment walk barefoot: morning walk is great for our overall health and benefits our hair as well. Walking barefoot on wet grass early in the morning prevents the occurrence of white hair. Eat more iodine rich foods: food rich in iodine help in preventing grey hair. Fish has a high content of iodine. In addition to this, bananas and carrot also contain some iodine. You can replace the sea salt or kosher salt with iodized table salt to increase your iodine intake treatment consult or ask privately.

This happens but come up, you have to live and face the life challenges. Concentrate on your lively hood work or business, do yoga, read some stotra and chant some liking mantra. Sufficient sleep, good food and rest is required, herbal preparations will be helpful.

You don't need protein supplements if you are a beginner. Only at pro level you need supplements. Your protein requirement can be fulfilled by food itself.

How can I improve the digestive system naturally? Because since 10 days am getting a problem of digestion.
To increase digestion power you can follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal. Eat an apple daily. • Do running and jogging exercise daily. Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food, spicy food, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol.
