Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, so to decrease belly fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Many reasons are there like heredity,health problem,food habit.So do medical check ups.Beside that eat more food more frequently.Do not skip meals.Use whole cream milk or milk shake.Use weight gainer supplement.Take small amount of food whenever you want so that always you will feel energetic.Eat lots of dense fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Take animal protein,plant protein like pulses,soybean,soy product,soy milk,tofu,mushroom.Take nuts and seeds.Use extra healthy fat in cooking.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Take quality sleep.

I have stich mark on my face in childhood .but I want to remove it so tell me about the ways to remove it.
Use mederma daily. Some other tips - 1. Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2. Apply vitamin e oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3. Apply aloe vera gel once a day on the area 4. Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5. You can also apply creams like elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6. Consume diet that is rich in vitamin e, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin e and a. 7. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

Choosing A Sunscreen - Is It As Easy As It Seems?

Studies have shown that those who inculcate a habit of wearing sunscreen at all times while stepping out during the day have younger and healthier looking skin than those who don't. Sunscreen acts as a layer of defense against sun radiation and keeps it from causing any damage. Skin is, thus, protected from accelerated aging.

These are the do's and don'ts you need to follow before you apply sunscreen the next time:

Do: Apply sunscreen 15-30 minutes before going outdoors - For the product to be most effective, it needs to be fully absorbed by the skin before exposure to the sun; the reason why applying approximately 30 minutes before you step out of home is a must.

Don't: DON'T buy sunscreens with ridiculously high SPFs - SPF means the number of times the skin will be protected against the minimal damage to skin by UV rays. SPF of 30 and above is good for Indian skin. Sunscreen should have broad spectrum coverage to protect against UVA UVB and visible spectrum. Sunscreens with an SPF of 100 can cost about twice as much as the same brand with an SPF of 30, but it doesn't provide three times the protection. SPF 30 blocks about 97% of harmful UV rays, while SPF 100 blocks 99%. While it is a difference, it might not be enough to warrant the extra cost. 

Do: Use sunscreen every day of the year - The sun's harmful rays persist in all seasons, whether it's summer or winter. Even on cloudy days, it's advisable to apply sunscreen to protect the skin as UV rays are still able to penetrate through thick covers of cloud, thereby harming your skin.

Do: Test a small amount of the product on yourself before application - Apply a small amount of sunscreen on your wrist first and check for allergic reactions if you're trying it for the first time or are switching over to a new brand.
In case it causes an allergic reaction, discontinue use at once and consult a dermatologist regarding, which sunscreen you should use.

Don't: Forget to reapply - Sunscreens rub off quite easily due to sweating or contact with water. Reapply as often as you can, ideally every 2 hours.Keep in mind that apart from the application of sunscreen, it is also necessary to keep the skin covered as much as possible to protect yourself against skin ailments caused by exposure to the sun.

Don't: Apply sunscreen only on the face - Make sure you apply it to every part of your body, especially the hands, forearms, thighs and ears, which are commonly exposed to the sun. Not only are these more prone to skin ageing, but the risk of melanoma (skin cancer) is also tremendously high in these portions of the body. Consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

That is for premature greying of hair, .There r homeopathic medicines for preventing hair fall also, u can apply Arnica+jaborandi hair oil externally, n the shampoo also with same contents. Hi, nice 2 hear from u. You r a very shallow thinker. vn d question is of obesity it's not about ur going bad with ur speech (may n important to ur profession) but it's about overall health of d body. so think dip about d root cause of d problem. Normally, d first setup for treating obesity is gaining d knowledge of d acute n passive etiologies - reasons particularly with ur personal n family n ur socio economic history. So first, get ur basic metabolic profile done like Tsh, sugar, etc. n properly describe urself with ur height n weight n profession n any medical problems etc. thanks

Hello sir, I would recommend you not to use whey protein as it has many side effects, Instead the better option for you is try using Plant Protein powder.

Hi. Avoid having anything oily now for at least 2 days. You can take baking soda mixed in a glassful of water, it will help in reducing acidity. Pain will also be better. You can also take some heeng as well as lukewarm water. If it still doesn't improve, consult a doc personally.
