I am a college student and I want to loose my belly fat and want to increase my height.
You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

Sebaceous or oil-producing glands in the body become hyperactive with rising temperatures and thus produce excess sebum or oil in the body that clog the skin's pores, thereby causing dirt, pollutants, microbes and dead cells to get accumulated in the follicles, resulting in skin inflammation and infections like pimples. Avoid acnegenic foods: avoid chocolates, breads, cakes, fried foods, and pretty much everything made using sugar, white flours, and butter/oil eat foods that prevent constipation: eat fiber rich foods like fruits, vegetables etc in the diet. Summer is also a time to eat more water-rich foods like melons, can notaloupes, citrus fruits. Keep clean the skin: skin cleansing and moisturizing routine in summer to avoid pimples in this season.

Do not try too hard to loose weight, if your test reports show normal fats and sugars. Get total lipid profile blood test cardiac ct done for blockages, echo test for % age of heart function and continue with healthy diet plus exercise as per your capability.

Reduce weight! morning stiffness in back & pain in other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

After the injury has completely recovered, •Apply a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar directly on the scar. •Gently massage the area so that the apple cider vinegar can be absorbed fully by the scar. •Allow the apple cider vinegar to dry up on its own. •Once you are sure that it is dry, repeat the process. •This can be done several times. How to increase weight. According to my age my weight is very less what can I do for increasing my weight.
Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Your symptoms suggest you are suffering from irreversible pulpitis which is condition in which inflammmation and infection involves the innnermost and deep layer of teeth which is known as pulp which carry blood and nerve supply to the tooth whic cannot be reversed to normal condition. Treatment protocol for you may be rct which is root canal therapy which involves removal of infected nerve and blood supply of teeth and replacing with biocompatible material and providing cap for restoring strength of tooth. So visit your nearest dentist the final treatment protocol can be decided after taking iopa and clinically examining.

Hello dear yes you can take endura mass to gain your weight .eat short and 5-6 meals in a day .eat more green vegetables and fruits .Add calories in at every meal and snack through food and beverages. Focus on protein, fats and carbohydrates. Make sure you drink plenty of water and Try weight gainer shakes. .for other information join diet clinic.

Questions about Diabetes. What is hemoglobin A1c? How do I properly treat a low blood sugar. Two or three months, doctors can estimate patients average blood sugar levels.. Patients who have foot pain should see a podiatrist regularly.

Hba1c is a type of haemoglobin that is a diagnostic test to know good/poor control of blood sugar in last 3 month a pt with foot pain need to evaluate for it cause like trauma/infection/neuropathy.

For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night.
