Take following homoeopathic medicines for 3 days and revert back. 1. Causticum 200 4 pills morning and night 2. Kali phos 6x 4 tabs morning and night 3. Equisetum 3x 8 drops in quarter glass of water 3 times drink water only whie thirst. Avoid coffee and soft drinks. Nothing to worry.

Hello- increase in body temperature by means of spicy diet/alcohol/over exercise/late night activities etc. Tends to liquefy the semen and promotes its involuntary ejaculation during night. Monitor these things and start ayurvedic aphrodisiacs.

It presents as severe diarrhea with rice water stool. Adequate hydration which may require hospitalization too. Safe water is the best preventive measure. Vaccine also available.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and take two tsp of cital Syp mixed with a glass of water twice a day and can start with tablet norflox 400 mg twice a day for five days and Avoid spicy food in your diet

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and your pain could be due to muscular pain or oesophagitis and get your vital parameters of the body checked

For penis: Penis has normal curvatures -- towards left- right- up - down- or may be straight. There is no (tab, cap, powder, oil, pumps, rings, yoga, exercise, etc.) Medicine to make it straight. For better erection & for long time period you may use tab. Pushp dhanva Ras, tab. Manmath Ras & tab. Brihat bangeshwar Ras one each with hot milk for 3-4 months. Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/usg done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

We love eating, don’t we? Unfortunately, there are few people who cannot enjoy food because they suffer from dyspepsia or indigestion. It is manifested in the form of gas, bloating, heartburn, vomiting or a heavy or sluggish feeling.

Here are 4 easiest tips for better digestion -
1. Eat slow, chew well - When you gobble food without chewing, there is no time for the salivary juice to act on the food in the mouth. This puts a greater load on the digestive process in the stomach. Taking enough time to chew ensures good digestion.
2. Munch on Fennel - Fennel seeds (Saunf) are not just mouth fresheners. When chewed after a meal, these ensure better digestion. They can be boiled with a glass of water which soothes irritation in the stomach and intestine.
3. Include Fiber - If you have a tendency for constipation, you might suffer from a sluggish feeling, gas and bloating. It is important to increase the fiber in your diet. Bananas and green leafy vegetables are good sources of fiber. GO GREEN. GO VEG.
4. Get meal timings right - Don’t skip breakfast! If you directly go for lunch, it causes too big a gap between meals and leads to gastric irritation, heartburn and acidity. Have smaller meals at more frequent intervals with a breakfast compulsorily every morning. Also, have dinner at least two hours before going to bed, it helps good digestion.
