Food Items That Function As A Natural Testosterone Booster

Food Items That Function As A Natural Testosterone Booster

Testosterone is a vital hormone within our body as it is responsible with the development of a variety of organs within our body. Of these are the skin, muscles, bones, and various physical features such as facial hair along with the male organ. That is why if you lack some testosterone, you've got to be able to address this by means of the testosterone booster supplement.

Age is the primary factor in the reduction of the testosterone production within our body. But other factors, such as poor lifestyle choices, are also contributing factors and among these are poor sleep patterns, obesity, stress, smoking and alcohol.

While some would rather address their issues by taking the very best testosterone supplements, there are some people who are not comfortable with this idea. If you are one of these, then you've got to look at the list of foods below that will help to improve your level of testosterone production.

• Oysters

Oysters are the number 1 food that may serve as a natural testosterone booster. The oysters function as aphrodisiacs and thus, they assist to increase one's drive. The oysters are also packed with zinc - one of the most important nutrients that will help to increase testosterone levels. Eating oysters every so often will make an enormous difference in your body.

Meat

Meat is the number 1 source of protein also it helps you to stimulate the production of testosterone and aids in the development of muscles. So those who wish to build up on muscles fast should eat as much meat as possible, such as beef, pork, chicken, turkey, tuna, etc.

Remember that white meats are lighter alternatives while red meats are full of fats so don't overeat on this type of meat. Eat in moderation in order to achieve lean muscle mass.

• Eggs

Eggs will also be considered natural testosterone boosters. They're rich in protein and cholesterol and both nutrients are essential in synthesizing one's testosterone. It is advised that you consume only up to four eggs in a day, whether it's hard boiled or fried eggs. You may also add some olive oil for a healthier option. Studies have shown that the cholesterol that you will find in eggs are not harmful, thus, they are safe for consumption.

• Fruits

There are specific fruits which are loaded with minerals and vitamins that will help to boost up one's testosterone production. Among these are avocados, berries, bananas and figs. You can make a smoothie from these fruits and add some yoghurt or milk in it. These fruits are certainly the very best testosterone booster because they taste great and are healthier, and therefore, they won't trigger any side effect on our bodies.

• Nuts

Nuts are also among the foods that will help to improve your production level of testosterone, so eat almond nuts, walnuts or cashew. Other nuts which are also regarded as testosterone booster are pine nuts and packed nuts can be bought at supermarkets.

• Vegetables

Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, collard greens, cabbage, kale and radish are also great for boosting up one's testosterone level. Aside from the aforementioned vegetables, you may also stock up on asparagus, celery, onions, etc. You can consume them steamed or raw. Apart from these vegetables, beans, celery and asparagus are also great in enhancing your testosterone production.

One method to address your testosterone deficiency is to figure out what causes this problem. Thus, apart from eating the foods which are considered testosterone boosters, it's also crucial that you make some changes in your lifestyle. Get some regular exercise from time to time and ditch your alcohol as well as smoking habit.

Sweet Slumber - A Good Night's Sleep!

Sleep is essential for a person’s health and well-being. But unfortunately in today’s fast paced life people are not sleeping enough. Studies suggest that adults require 6-8 hours of good sleep every night for a healthy mind and body. Even for children and adolescents, adequate sleep is required as growth hormones are secreted mostly during sleep. A good sleep helps in better learning, improves memory, keeps you fresh for better functioning the next day and gives both body and brain much needed rest after a hard day’s work.

Odd work timings, excessive workload, high stress levels, demands of maintaining social relationships, spending much time on social networking sites or messengers have greatly influenced both the quality and quantity of sleep. Recently, a popular newspaper published findings of a research done among private sector employees which suggests that about 38.5% of employees sleep less than 6 hours daily and it is having significant impact on their well-being. Hence, in this issue we would suggest you certain ways by which you can get a good night’s sleep.

  • Fix a time for sleeping and waking up and follow it regularly.
  • Use your bed only for sleeping and engaging in sexual activity. Avoid having your meals, sitting and relaxing or studying on the bed.
  • Take bath with warm water before going off to sleep. Drink hot milk.
  • Create a cozy environment, try blocking out any light and sound from the bedroom. Make sure that the bedsheet and pillows are clean.
  • Avoid watching or reading anything exciting or thrilling before sleeping as such an activity would activate your brain and so it would not get the message to relax and subsequently you might find it difficult to drop off to sleep.
  • In case you wake up repeatedly during the night, stop watching the clock again and again as it might create unnecessary anxiety about waking up next morning.
  • I will get a good sleep tonight!” - give this message to yourself with conviction just before sleeping.

Sleep is the golden chain that binds health and our bodies together.

Hi. Your upt is positive means you r pregnant. Now due to just few days usg can show just bulky uterus with no intrauterine sac. But due to associate symptoms like increase ovary size and lower abdomen pain you shld be alert of ectopic pregnancy. Normally beta hcg level double every 48.72 he's. But less than 66 percent increase in beta hcg and empty uterus on usg give the probability of ectopic pregnancy. So adv for repeate beta hcg and usg.

Hi , no you are not pregnant & this is also proved by pregnancy test. This can be just a normal variation of menstrual cycle so need not to worry & take care of your diet & physical activity & have stress free life, this will minimize hormone dependent problems. You can also have iron for 3 months.

I have thyroid problem is there is a chance to get pregnant with 5 times of sexual intercourse?

I have thyroid problem is there is a chance to get pregnant with 5 times of sexual intercourse?
It is important to bring the thyroid problem under control. Please recheck after 2-3 months (for monitoring your thyroid levels after the intake of eltroxin ). You can also visit your doctor along with your spouse for a general health check-up to rule out any problems which can lead to the difficulty in conception. Please update all the reports and the doctor's opinion so that some definite suggestion can be made. You can try Homeopathy which can improve the health status naturally and help in natural conception. You can contact me if you need help.
