Hi take hot water bath twice daily, sleep on hard and even mattress. Kindly rule out your diabetes, calcium, vitamin d and other metabolic disorders. Start physiotherapy treatment. Best wishes.

I am 48 year female. I am having pain in sole of please left foot(near heel)from 7-8 days. It occurs while standing or walking. Also from 2-3 years I am suffering from constipation, kindly advice.

Yes it can reduce permanent do physiotherapy treatment till relief like 10 days ya more after relief do stretching exercise in daily routine. Avoid lifting heavyweight and toward bending.

First and foremost is to treat neuropathy by methycobalamine injection weekly one for 2-3 months and other vitamins as supplement. Then next to treat your prediabetic part by lifestyle modification by taking proper diet + exercises/physical activity. In Diet avoid binge eating, breat the food taking habit to decrease calorie intake. Take food 4 times daily but calorie intake should be low. Physical activity should be for an hour two times daily. Follow food pyramid.

You have probable accidentally bruised it. Use cold packs for foamentation. If complains persist meet an orthopedician.

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Back pain can be due to prolong sitting and poor posture when sitting walking sleeping etc you need to consult a physiotherapist to learn specific strengthening and stretching exs to improve pain and prevent recurring. Gud luck!

A high uric acid level can be caused when your body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid rapidly enough. A high uric acid level may cause increasingly frequent attacks of gout, or it may never cause problems. A high uric acid level may also cause some people to develop kidney stones or kidney failure. And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease, but it's often unclear whether this is a direct cause or merely an early warning sign of these conditions. Factors that may cause a high uric acid level in your blood include: Diuretic medications (water pills),Drinking too much alcohol,Genetics (inherited tendencies),hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid),Immune-suppressing drugs,Niacin, or vitamin B-3, obesity,psoriasis, Purine-rich diet — organ meat, game meat, anchovies, herring, gravy, dried beans, driedpeas, mushrooms and other foods Renal insufficiency — inability of the kidneys to filter waste Tumor lysis syndrome — a rapid release of cells into the blood caused by certain cancers or by chemotherapy for those cancers,Also, you may be monitored for high uric acid levels when undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment for cancer. Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Take tab. Bencid 500 mg once a day. Tab. Ulracet sos for pain in joints. Doctor may be give corticosteroid oral or inject direct in to joint.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise.

Just above the arch, on the inner side of the ankle and just before the ankle, in the inner mid region above the sole, I have occurrence of frequent mild pain, which is more like a mild throbbing tolerable muscular pain. What would be the treatment?

You can strain your foot by pounding it on hard surfaces, being overweight, or wearing shoes that do not fit properly. These strains can irritate the foot bones, muscles, or tendons.Rest as much as possible apply ice to the affected part for 10 to 15 minutes twice a day use over-the-counter pain medications.Wear shoes that fit properly wear night splints, a special device that stretches the foot while you sleep use heel cups or shoe inserts to reduce pain. Take an X-ray to determine the cause of your pain.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

2 days back I fell and my leg got twisted due to which I was not able to walk I am presently out of station so doctor just asked me to the bed rest as it is blood clot can you please tell me how many days I have to rest if it is knee blot clot? And what measures I have to take to get heel properly.

My mom got hurt on her knee, after few days, she was unable to walk, with homeopathy medicine, she is better now, but pain is still there, yesterday she gone out to purchase vegetables, after returning home, her knee start paining badly. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.
