The process of cheese making is an age old practice dating back to ancient times and is practiced all over the world. In contrast, semi-hard and hard cheeses are made with rennet and ripened with bacteria or mold.

If you sleep more than 8 hours, the risk of being affected with it rises to almost 75%. Hence sleep at least for 6 to 8 hours each night for a healthy life sans diabetes.

Most probably there is nothing to worry. If you still have doubt, pls get urine pregnancy test done.

Contraceptive pills do have adverse side- effects even still if you wish to get rid of your doubts, get a prega-news or a similar kind of a self test pregnancy kit/(available at pharmacy/medical store). It is cheap and accurate and she can easily use it.

Hi, There are many causes for not conceiving. If all the tests are normal it is called unexplained infertility. .Regarding the advice about urinating in to the vagina before semen is discharged should not be done. Actually very rarely in men there will be retrograde ejaculation meaning instead of ejaculating outside they will ejaculate in to their urinary bladder.In that case their semen analysis will be abnormal. But it has to be confirmed by a doctor and if he finds out retrograde ejaculation is happening he will take the urine sample and separate the sperm and then inject in to the female uterus at the time of ovulation.

Usually during pregnancy food rich in fibre and folic acid i. E. Green leafy vegetable, protein like chicken, fish, pulses, mashroom and more fruits and dry fruit should comprise of healthy diet. In first 3 months there is increase chance of vomiting, so better to avoid more spicy and oily food. All kind of fruits can be eaten during pregnancy including papaya, contrary to the general belief. All fruits provide good amount of fibre and vitamins. Along with that full glass of milk twice a day will supplement calcium.

You can always check the fertilization chart available freely in internet. 7 days from the first day of period and seven days before the first day of period is considered safe. Other days chances of pregnancy is more. But you can always use precautions like male or female condoms. Take care.
