Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

My tailbone pains a lot while I sit. This started when I sat continuously for 6 hrs on a chair.
You might be suffering from coccydynia.In this condition there is inflammation of tailbone (coccyx) making it difficult to sit on butt and sleeping on back. Generally coccydynia will resolve with conservative treatment as mentioned below. In severe cases an injection called Ganglion Impar block might be needed. This is done by a Pain specialist in operation theatre under X Ray guidance to locate the accurate pain transmitting nerve. 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen round the clock for pain relief and decreasing the inflammation for few days. 2. Sitting on specially designed gel-filled cushions can reduce pain when you are sitting down. 3.You can also lean forward in your seat and rest your arms in front of you on a flat surface. 4. Clothing such as tight jeans or trousers, may make your coccydynia worse. 5. It can also help to wear flat, comfortable shoes. 6. Patients with coccydynia find sleeping on their sides most comfortable. If you have severe pain, you may sleep on your front. You could also try sleeping with a pillow or cushion between your knees. 7. Warm and cold packs – applying either a warm or cold pack to the base of your spine.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. 1. Vitamin a booster

Hi Krishasai.. you can do Yogasanas, pranayamas... drink plenty of water, stop eating oily and fried food, take more vegetables and fruits... drink turmeric and milk once daily.. Or You can do homeopathic treatment (the most natural method).

Have 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water. ake one teaspoon of coriander juice mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder. Drink twice daily. apply multani pack on face daily afternoon... avoid oily and spicy food...drink 12-15 glasses of water daily...do exercise daily...take sound sleep...avoid constipaion.

Hello, do regular exercise, or regular walking or yoga you can do it in the home. Sleep well, be always stressful environment. Eat balanced diet. Drink plenty of water. Don't eat two big meals. Take a frequent meals. **avoid junk food like pizza, burger, noodle, carbonated drinks. Eat green vegetables & fibre. Avoid oily food. Do not watch tv or read books while eating. Do not snack between meals. Never shop when you r hungry.

Get an xray done of the tooth concerned.If she has blood pressure It has to be under control that is not over 150/90. If she has diabetes sugar should be in check pp not over 160. Any other serious ailments like coronary heart disease, cardiovascular diseases, renal / kidney disorder or liver disorders I suggest you get tooth extracted in a hospital with dental set up.Where if they have facilities they can rush you to emergency . A course of antibiotics to be taken 48 hrs prior the extraction.

How You Feel When You Look Good?

In today’s world, when you go to meet someone casually, or for an interview may be, the first thing that people will notice is your looks. The world has become very shallow; here your packaging matters than the content. And looking it positively we can make out that one doesn’t get to know about your inner beauty until he comes to talk to you or spend time with you, and to do that your looks should be capable of bringing people to you.

For maintaining this good look and personality you need to take efforts. You don’t need to take too many efforts so as to look like a supermodel, but some simple things and precautions to get a good look, a good personality and a healthier, prettier you!

Focusing initially on the looks of your face, you don’t need going to parlor every now and then or continuously applying tons of makeup on your face. You need to wash your face at least four times a day with a face wash, the one with natural ingredients.

Then resort to simple makeup like cream, powder, natural mascara, some lip gloss, simple accessories. For hair care, apply oil before washing and don’t use conditioner very frequently, and comb your hair at least twice a day. Don’t be stressed, it reflects on your face and body.

You don’t just need to look healthy but also feel healthy, for that the first thing you should start with is some yoga and meditation for 10-15 minutes along with your daily work out of at least 30 minutes. Working out doesn’t really help if along with that you keep eating like a baby elephant. You need to be on a healthy diet, not the starving diet.

The important thing in diet is to eat, but eat less and eat in regular intervals of like 2 hours, and whatever you eat should be less of oil, fat and spice. Don’t cut off on anything, just reduce the quantity, as everything is essential for body, the body even needs fats in proper quantity but not more than that. And try to eat salad, sprouts, and juices whenever you’re hungry. Also chew your food properly and try to avoid processed food as far as possible.

Following these simple things you’ll not look good but will also start feeling good. And when you feel good, only good things will happen with you. Also keep smiling, that’s the best way to look and feel good.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.
