Dear if you are having angina, it is better to undergo coronary angiography, so we can prevent any future heart attacks.

You should eat 6 healthy small meals throughout the day to keep yourself energetic. Try to take break between your work for small meals and a little walk. Do some stretching in the washroom, this will ease the body tension. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hi sir I am 22 year old male. My neck is very pain from 2 months. What should I do?

It could be fibromyalgia rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

I'm 26 yr old married female. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and hirsutism when I was 20 years. Doctor said there is nothing that he can do about hirsutism, however I have been taking thyronorm/thyroxin tablets (25mcg) daily in the morning 1-2 hours before breakfast. The levels are within the normal range. But I am unable to lose weight (because of lack of physical activity and sedentary lifestyle). For how should I continue the medication? and is there any cure for hirsutism? thank you.

Deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Hi lybrate-user to reduced belly fat you should do full body exercise. And after some day start abdomen exercise. Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Unwanted hair troubles many of us. Though waxing, shaving and tweezing have been used as a successful methods to remove hair for long, but with busy lifestyle and the tension of undergoing pain every month or so makes hair removal a very tedious process. The process is all the more painful for sensitive skins and areas like face, bikini and underarms. Moreover, the post waxing bumps, ingrown hair gives nightmares to many. Laser hair removal is one the best and safest technique to get rid off unwanted area from any part of the body. The technique involves killing the hair follicles from where the hair grows. It requires multiple sitting to complete kill all the follicles but that depends from patient to patient, hair thickness and intensity. One important point to note here is that laser technique are not same for all skin tones. People with darker skin tone have customised laser procedure according to their skin type and different procedure is used for lighter skin tones. Results of laser are best on people with dark, coarse hair and a fair complexion. One of the myths associated with laser hair removal is that - once you get it done, you will stay hair free for all your life, but that is not the case. Hair will grow again after several months of the procedure, but they will be much lesser in intensity and thickness. Before going for laser hair removal, always visit your dermatologist in advance as the process involves some preparation. You have to stay away from waxing for at least 1-2 months before laser therapy, similarly, an analysis of skin in advance is very important as some people have really sensitive skin. Laser hair removal therapy is indeed a gift to all those who have excessive body hair either naturally or because of some hormonal imbalance like PCOS.
