Diabetes affects all organs in the body – Eyes, kidneys, nerves, reproductive system all are affected, In fact, from toe to hair. For diabetic control, patient and doctor should be in constant touch for regular follow up and advice. The common symptoms are :-Both types of diabetes have some of the same tell-tale warning signs. Hunger and fatigue. Your body converts the food you eat into glucose that your cells use for energy. But your cells need insulin to bring the glucose in. If your body doesn't make enough or any insulin, or if your cells resist the insulin your body makes, the glucose can't get into them and you have no energy. This can make you more hungry and tired than usual. Urinating more often and being thirstier. The average person usually has to pee between four and seven times in 24 hours, but people with diabetes may go a lot more. Dry mouth and itchy skin. Because your body is using fluids to make pee, there's less moisture for other things. You could get dehydrated, and your mouth may feel dry. Dry skin can make you itchy. Blurred vision. Changing fluid levels in your body could make the lenses in your eyes swell up. They change shape and lose their ability to focus. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch personally. IMPROVE YOUR CONCENTRATION

IMPROVE YOUR CONCENTRATION

with the exams approaching, the pressure increasing and the anxiety reaching the pinnacle; being able to concentrate on what you study and remembering it is the most important concern of the hour.

Here are some tips which will help you to concentrate on your studies and remember whatever you have studied:-

* keep your cell phone aside. These days, the cell phone addiction has become more difficult to cure than any other addiction. It is better to switch off your cell phone and keep it in a place far from your reach so that you can concentrate on what you are needed to concentrate on rather than what is pulling your attention.

* make a timetable and stick to it. Make a proper schedule of each day which will include what time will you wake up, when you will eat, when you will take a nap etc. Even include what subject and what chapters you will study each day. This will make your revision planned and hassle free.

* take adequate sleep. It is necessary to sleep at least 6 hours in a day even during exams as your brain needs that much time to recuperate from the stress and strain. Studies have shown that taking an adequate sleep of 6 hours in a day, increases productivity and improves your ability to remember what you have studied that day.

* take a short nap after lunch. The grasping ability reduces after eating lunch and hence it is a good habit to take a power nap of 7 to 8 minutes after lunch.

* keep your body properly fed and properly hydrated. There is no specific food that will help you improve your grasping ability. All the foods are important enough to provide the necessary nutrition to your brain and, in turn, improve its grasping and retaining ability.

* lastly, don't over exert yourself. Stress is only going to make you forget what you have read. If possible, perform meditation for 10 to 15 minutes in the day to relax your mind and refresh you for the whole day of studying.

Hello Ma'am The pain that you are suffering from is considered as PMS aka pre menstrual syndrome. As your history suggests, there is only two days bleed accompanied with clots. This is because you have less endometrial growth. And due to this you are having unbearable pain as the endometrial thickness is less, it leads to severe pain when it gets removed during menses. Kindly have proper diet. Medicines. Will be required to increase your Endometrial thickness. To get proper and precise medicines, kindly consult to a physician or a consultant personally. This problem can be completely resolved, don't worry. Tk care.

Hi, me and my girlfriend did unprotected sex on 6th February at afternoon 12.30 like that. She is a virgin. We tried for Intercourse for three times not even more than 15 seconds because as she is virgin she is getting huge pain when I inserted my part into her vagina. Moreover as its hurting her I not even inserted my male organ completely into her vagina, only half of it and not more than that, and also its not even more than 15 seconds each time and I removed my organ from her vagina as she says it hurts a lot. I not even rubbed to and fro in her vagina and also I already mentioned I inserted only half of my organ into her vagina in all the three times. And as it only 15 seconds and I not even rubbed to and fro there no chance of ejaculation inside her vagina. And to mention I didn't ejaculate or cum inside her. Moreover it is no possible in 15 seconds span of time, in all the three times the same repeated. After the third time I haven't tried again as she is experiencing a lot of pain. Nothing happened after that. At that time I don't know exactly whether my precum existed or not because I thought that it will not cause any pregnancy. But while going through on the next day (i.e.7th February) I found that precum may also contain a small amount of sperm which also cause pregnancy if they are alive. I don't no if there existed precum during Intercourse. Moreover I washed all my bud and shaft with soap when I was bathing before Intercourse. But I'm not sure the precum existed or not during Intercourse or even if it existed I don't know if it contained a small amount of sperm content. Thats why after reading the article in Google the next day (i.e.on 7th February) I was so scared that she may become pregnant. So I said her to take an ipill in less than 24 hrs (i.e before 12 pm of 7th February). She took the pill between 11.30 to 12.15 on 7th February afternoon i.e.exactly after 22-23 hrs after our Intercourse (i remind you again that I didn't ejaculate or cum inside her vagina and what I did I explained clearly at the top of my query. And also ro mention you one thing that she do not have a regular periodic cycle of periods. It varies each time. Her last date was 26th January and it was a 22 day day period. Now I'm also afraid that when her ovulation took place and is it the date of our Intercourse (i.e 6th February) eventhought I didn't cum inside her I'm afraid of precum if it contains any sperm that she may be pregnant. She took an ipill in less than 24 hrs. 1) Will it work or she can be pregnant if it was exactly her ovulation date even she took an emergency contraceptive pill? 2) she may be become pregnant even with my precum without ejaculation inside her?  3) what will be her ovulation date if her date was 26th January and it is a 22 day period, will it be 6th February or even the day after or day before 6th February?  4) will the pill work for all those cases?  (note: she is experiencing a vaginal dryness from 6th February till today, is it any symptom for anything or its just the pills side effect?)  Whatever may be the case please tell whether she is going to been pregnant or not?  Please help me sir by replying fast, because I'm sooo scared?

Yes she can get pregnant, as sperm stays alive for a week inside a female genital tract, still would advise now to wait for the due date and if she misses her period, do a Urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy.

My consumption date 9th may but periods is come for 20th may then next month june not periods come its pregnancy.
It may be pregnancy or may not be, if you miss the period of June then you should test your urine for pregnancy, absence of menstruation may be due to hormonal disorder, anxiety etc.

Hi you can do abortion. First of all you do one usg scan for early pregnancy to see the location of pregnancy, weather its intra uterine or extra uterine. If its shows that its intra uterine pregnancy than you have to take mtp kit. Its total 5 tablets course 1+4, after that you will experienced bleeding which will continue for 7-10 days. In 95% case mtp kit is successful and you will abort completely. After 10 days you have to do repeat usg pelvis to see weather you had aborted completely or not. This is the solution for your concern thanks.
