Hi PCOD may or may not affect your chances of pregnancy. Usually in women with PCOS and irregular cycles egg formation is affected however this can be easily managed with tablets or injections used for egg formation.

Hello Lybrate User I understand your anxiety about the concern that you shared. At times things do take time to happen. There are many people who do not get married till this age and even more and they do not feel the anxiety about the same. Moreover, the thought of producing children is also making your anxiety worst. I would suggest you to keep working on your marriage plan, through word of mouth in your relatives and known people or through matrimonial websites or if somebody you know as a person. Moreover, you have to calm yourself down and be patient, keep trying for a match and it will happen one day. And if you will keep displacing your aggression out on your parents, this is not acceptable on your part. Because you also know that you are bombarding at them because something is troubling you from within. I would suggest you that try to feel free and keep trying for it, it will definitely happen someday. And do not think about children at this age. If you get married soon, enjoy for sometime and then plan out the child. And your child will be a healthy one if you will take care of your and your would be wife's nutrition and emotions. If other people in your house get tensed also about your marriage, try to either avoid it or just answer them back jokingly that it will happen someday. But first you have to make your mind for the delay which is happening. So feel relaxed and be patient. And keep your search on for the right match. Regards.

I can't wake up easily in the morning though after putting on alarm. I wake up by myself at say 10 am or 11 am directly. 1 or 2 day in a week I get up at around 8 am by myself. And remaining 5 or 6 days of week, as I have my college so I need to compulsorily wake at around 7: 30 am to 8 am, but as I can not, so due to these I feel like my brain is hanged and I begin my day slowly slowly. Nw I have to make a habit of waking up early and get ready instantly. What should I do?

You should go for reducing your weight, please. * Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

My basophil absolute count is .01 (normal range .02 to .1) and Total RBC count is 4.1 (normal range 4.5 to 5.5) RED cell distribution -SD is 51.3 (normal range 39 to 46) Whereas 25 OH Vitamin D value is 9.03 And Vitamin B12 value 150 (normal range 211 to 911 pg/ml) If you can prescribe some medicine to cure above condition.

The reference range of the total 25 (OH) D level is 20-100 ng/mL. It means you have to take Vit D supplements and other reports are fairly in normal range and slight differences you see are not significant.

You can apply analgesic (pain-killer) dental gel (e. G. Ultigel) on ulcer, 15 minutes before meals. Also, increase water intake, reduce stress, add vitamin c and vitamin b complex to your diet, quit smoking like habit if any.
