Hello, calcium and proteins are the most vital nutrients for the bone health. Having egg, chicken with bones, fish, milk and its products like curd, paneer are rich sources of protein and calcium. Other sources of calcium are ragi (nachni, leafy vegetables and sesame seeds. Besides food 30-40 minutes of physical activity also contributes towards improving your bone health. Considering your age following a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, pulses and dals along with all foods discussed above should help. If weakness still persists then you may go for a calcium based supplement.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. I am unable to stop masturbating and if I do 1 time it forces me to do 2 more time so in a day 3 times happens weekly not every day because of tensions and in 15 days I stop than 16th day nightfall happens or early morning as if I am there what can be the solution if I had to stop that.

No and never, food or weight are not the root cause of masturbation. Your mind which thinks always of sex is route cause of masturbation. Masturbation in balance is good for relief of body and mind. You are in age of youth and sex hormone are in the abnormal secretions and that is the reason for excessive sexual thoughts.
