Please do a x-ray of cervical spine. Also do hot compresses. Also take Mag phos 6x - twice daily for next 7 days and revert back. Cntinue treatment.

Head pain causes due to stress on brain, do not think too much, go for ct scan of brain to identify if any problem, similarly back pain is caused due to weakness of nerves and muscles, sitting, standing, sleeping for long on bed, anything might can cause you back pain, do back strengthening excercises for back pain and apply heat therapy to reduce pain.

Hello, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are multiple reasons for knee pain, it can be due to setting of early degeneration in joint, imbalance in muscle groups around the joint which can lead to softening of knee cap cartilage, besides other reasons. Please tell me duration of pain and what was the initiating factor for it? what medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. I would like to know whether you have got your inflammatory profile done till now and whether calcium and vitamin d testing/supplementation has been done. Also please let me know what all exercises you are doing on a daily basis. Your management will be based on intensive physical therapy of knee muscles, short course of anti inflammatory medications if you have pain, hot water fomentation at home 2-3 time a day, local analgesic spray for local application after fomentation, daily brisk walks for 2-3 km in a day in mornings etc. If you do not improve in 2-3 weeks time, we will get some basic investigations done and take your treatment from there on. In diabetes some times arthritic problems with fingers do develop. You may take diclofenac or aciclofenac for a few days (tab voveran 75 mg sr once at night after food) and also keep bending and straightening the fingers regularly. May apply ice to reduce swelling. Try this out. Tab voveran may cause acidity if taken on empty stomach.

Hi, knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Avoid protein diets,bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. Bencid 500 mg once a day. tab. naproxen 500 mg sos for pain.

I need your suggestion that how I can stop the leaking during night at sleep. Frequently its not happen but after 5 or 6 days it happens. I also effect my health and a cause of bit pain in legs.

After ejaculation weakness is common, its normal. Go to gym & do exercises regularly take proper balanced diet. If problems exists, then psychiatrist opinion.

An year ago I gone for arthroscopy and arthoscpoic notchplasty. In right knee Implanted with puddu plate and allograft in high tibial osteotomy. But my knee didn't recover fully and also while walking have bend in my knee, can not able to bend my knee as the other. And also done physiotherapy for an year but the condition. Is still tje same. Please help me to walk as before.

Hi, not to worry if you do not have pain / your activities are unhampered. Physiotherapy may help to regain your movement. If you have >100-110 degrees, functionally you can do most of the activities. But if it is associated with pain then you need to get back to the surgeon and get advice.

Hello if you r running or standing or your doing more step activity or any jurky movment to your knee than stop doing all stuff take rest for 3, 4 days put ice pack over knee and aply dolentia relex gel after if pain relives than start doing some good knee strengthening exercises if pain dosent reduce than visit to physiotherapy center and take ift over that pain part.
