Dear lybrate-user. Joint pains can be caused due to certain reasons. I suggest you for vita d3 test. Only with pain relieving oils. Pains can not be reduced. She needs trancutaneous therapy with some excercises.

Sports Injuries (ACL INJURY)

Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Advanced Dry Needling Therapist
Physiotherapist, Noida
Sports Injuries (ACL INJURY)

One of the most common knee injuries is an anterior cruciate ligament sprain or tear.
Athletes who participate in high demand sports like soccer, tennis, squash, football, and basketball are more likely to injure their anterior cruciate ligaments.
Causes
The anterior cruciate ligament can be injured in several ways:
1. Changing direction rapidly
2. Stopping suddenly
3. Slowing down while running
4. Landing from a jump incorrectly
5. Direct contact or collision, such as a football tackle

General symptoms
The typical symptoms include:
1. Pain with swelling. Within 24 hours, your knee will swell. If ignored, the swelling and pain may resolve on its own. However, if you attempt to return to sports, your knee will probably be unstable and you risk causing further damage to the cushioning cartilage (meniscus) of your knee.
2. Loss of full range of motion
3. Tenderness along the joint line
4. Discomfort while walking
Physiotherapy treatment

It includes; combination of electrotherapy and exercise therapy protocols as advised by your therapist. Treatment started sooner the better.

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. X rays of both knee joints (digital) physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikid plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi,
My friend had an accident on 27th feb 2016 in which his heel got separated from his ankle. It is a 36*10*10 wound...
Bad news. If gangrene is established, your friend will have to lose the dead tissue or part of the limb to save his life. Or else, he will lose his life. You have to take the decision. Life or limb? obviously, it's life that's the 1st priority!

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Take Mag Phos 12x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Rest. Ceasing activity for a few days allows injured tissue and even nerve roots to begin to heal, which in turn will help relieve lower back pain. However, more than a few days of rest can lead to a weakening of the muscles, and weak muscles have to struggle to adequately support the spine. Patients who do not regularly exercise to build strength and flexibility are more likely to experience recurrent or prolonged lower back pain. Heat and Ice Packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately. Hi I think you may b right. But to be sure you need to wait till your periods date. And if you do not get periods you can do urine test at home. So many such kits are avalable at medical stores. You must have seen it on tv. One such kit is pregacare. And if that is positive you need to consult a gynecologist. You didnot mentioned whether you want to have pregnancy at present or not. If you want to have pregnancy that is good. But if you do not want to have pregnancy it is very important that you consult the gynecologist after your period date. Because if you go early you can have abortion by medicines. Bt if you go to gynecologist after 45 days of your last perion operation need to be done. So consult the gynecologist before that.
