What kind of food should eat Diabetic person and What's treatment. Please explain in detail.
Hye, Thanks for the query. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - The sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

I am 37 years old, married, working in a KPO. My daily routine suffers me to eat twice - first around 10 am (3 rotis+ vegetable/pulse + curd) and after 10pm (2 roti + veg/pulse + salad). In between i eat 2 tea + 4 buiscuit and more than 2 liters of water. So my weight is increasing day by day. Can not able to do any kind of exercise due to lack of time (6 days working). However still no complain from health wise, but how can i loose my weight, please guide.

Hi , Instead of eating three rotis in a breakfast, eat one or two then around 2 u can carry roti wrap with you with salad and bean in it it wont take much of time to eat that and will help you maintain your weight, avoid biscuit instead u can carry kurmura and chana, or baked puff rice chivda. Try to increase yoe water intake to 3 liters. It help. Regads

Hello, You have to sleep on the left hand side else the uterus may compress the aorta causing decrease blood supply to your child and hence decreased growth. You may place a pillow under your back on the right side so that you don't turn at night.

It's because of forward bending and continuous looking into phone. Do neck exercises and stop using phone for playing games or continuous use. Use it only when necessary.

First you need to under stand some thing that the height a person attains is mostly decided right from the time a person is born, by his genetics. Height is mostly hereditary and a persons height is determined by the height of the father or mother. If none of them are taller than your current height then it is less likely that you will grow over that. Still some inches of growth is possible by taking some healthy steps which you should always try. Try taking a healthy food and never skip a break fast. Sleep adequately. Growth hormone is released at night in sleep and you should give sufficient time to sleep. Do regular exercise. Preferably stretching exercises like skipping, hanging from the bar or standing tall on ones toes. Also sports such as badminton and basketball also increases the height. Adequate weight control s essential to divert your energy to increase in height. All said, these habits are good for a healthy life as well. You can try all of them regularly and just hope for the best. Don't fall for all the super natural remedies claiming to increase height in 2-3 weeks.
